¡¡ALERTA ESTAFADORES! Alex es el mayor estafador de esta empresa. Alquilé un coche durante casi 3 semanas. Quería que me devolvieran mi depósito al final. Ya llevo 3 semanas esperando y hoy descubrí que este gran idiota (Alex) envió mi dinero a la cuenta equivocada. Al confrontarlo dice que es mi problema y que debo comunicarme con el banco. Y luego empieza a gritar por teléfono y cuelga. Actúa como un tipo duro por teléfono, pero cuando lo ves en la vida real parece un yonqui sin hogar. ¡NO ALQUILES AQUÍ! SON ESTAFADORES.

The owner is braindamaged and uses normal spanish bad behaviour with extorting money.

The lovely owner Chris, still claims after one year that the spanish police have not closed the case, sometimes she claims she has not recieved money for the reperation from the insurance and sometimes she just claims the car is still damaged.

We we’re hit by a hit&run, police filed report and atated we were not to blame. The car was full insured and the deposit were on hold by Chris. She states that it will be returned as soon as possible.

After a year, 1500eur missing and the owner blocks me on whatsapp eritong its not his fault.

Big joke, unhonorable people without shame.

Me and my friend rented a car from here! One of the worst rental experience you can get. Everything went wrong when I left the car back. They told us the deposit will get refunded but that never happened. When I came home They charged me again.how? Tried to reach their support but no one got in touch with me! After some months they even stopped answering my phone calls.

Went needing a 7 seater which at this time is impossible. They did not have it but the service was excellent and helpful. Their rates are very good and next time I need a car I will check them out

Ovoid at any cost! I have booked a car in advance, paid for car and full insurance. After I signed a contract and paid fir all, man in a shop demanded to write down my credit cart number together with security code on a peace of paper. After I refused to write down a security code of my credit card, they spoke to me in very rude way, shouted at me and refused to give me a car, even was paid and contracts signed. Pay attention to your credit cards if you ever went to this shop. I believe this is a fraud company.

Car booked 20 days in advance, mail received. Once there, they say that they don't have car, and price for available is more than doubled. Cheap price just to attract, than when you come to them without other option they put price 60e per day for cheapest car on parking (e.g. Smart). Don't recommand at all.

Had a good experience, saw some negative reviews before we got the car so was nervous but the car was fine and our deposit was returned automatically. I think they've had issues with their system in the past but this seems to be resolved.

Very convenient and fast collection and drop off. Other companies make you walk to and find a shuttle bus, then to wait for a longer time at an office but with this company you use the videos they send over Whatsapp and walk to express carpark pillar 14. Very handy.

Reserved a car in february for april 13th until 20th 2022 and this reservation was cancelled 3 days ago. Now I found another car for € 200. - more!

I booked a car and after waiting 10working days for confirmation i made a call only to hear i just need to wait few more days and is not possible to speak with someone about the booking very poor customer service and waste of time

Very bad experience I booked a car online with a baby chair and the price was good and when I came the price increased 100 euros and it was full insurance and they took 200 euros deposit and the baby seat was very dirty and when I tried to convince them that I booked at this price the lady told me that the price is variable and not fixed … Very bad experience

Definitely don’t recommend this company, price looks very cheap but they will take it on other stuff. Even with full insurance where I was not supposed to pay deposit and had coverage for own damage, I made a tiny scratch on the car and they made me pay 150€ for this. Communication with worker Christina was horrible, never replied for my messages and I felt hopeless as a customer, dont waste your time and rent a car in a different company, very disappointed and unhappy customer.

We booked a car for our holidays and also called them a couple of days before to confirm the booking was all ok to which they said it was.
We drove one hour to go pick the car up. Once there, the woman called Christina (if I can remember well) told us that the car wasn’t available. She then proposed us another car but we had to pay nearly double. She had given our car that we had reserved to another person and had no valid reason as to why she had done this.
She was very rude, didn’t listen and didn’t care. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would definitely not recommend it.

En mi opinión 1 Retacar es la mejor compañía de alquiler de coches en Marbella, tardaron aproximadamente 20 minutos en entregarme el coche que reserve en mi propio hotel. Lo que me dejó alucinado es que esta compañía no aplica ningún coste en el combustible. ¡Muchas gracias por vuestro servicio!

Mi familia y yo vamos a menudo por Marbella y siempre alquilamos con Cristina de 1 Rentacar, por el trato que nos dispensa y los precios razonables que nos ofrece. Siempre nos trae los coches limpios y siempre es muy cariñosa atendiendo nuestra reserva a domicilio.

Never received the deposit but I gave back the car without any scratches. They advised they would tell their finance department. That’s a lie, they’re way too small to even have this kind of staff. It’s a total scam.

La compañía de alquiler de coches 1 Rentacar me ha sorprendido bastante, no tardaron nada en entregarme el coche que había reservado. ¡5 minutos tardaron! Un servicio de clase, volveré a elegirlos la próxima vez que venga a Marbella.

Mi mujer y yo estábamos pasando las vacaciones de Halloween en Marbella y queríamos alquilar un coche para movernos por la ciudad. Reservamos un Smart, cuando fuimos a por el coche vimos que estaba sin estrenar. También nos ayudaron a la hora de explicarnos cómo conectar nuestro teléfono para poner nuestra música. Volveremos pronto a alquilar un coche con vosotros a nuestro pronto regreso.

Watch out! Ojo! My confirmed rate was 30 € plus 11 € insurance and everything was confirmed. Coming to the rental place (which has changed location without any advise) the tried to charge me 90 € plus insurance.

Fantastic, helpful staff. They give email confirmation right away after you do your booking on the website, in case you have any problems and contact support. The girls that attended me where super nice and the car was brang at the right time. For sure I´ll repeat.

Alquilé un Fiat y me lo trajeron muy limpio a Renfe directamente, no tuve que coger minibús como me pasó con otra empresa. Repetiré con 1rentacar.

A great service, I am a regular customer, each time I go to Malaga I rent with 1RENTACAR. It is by far the cheapest Rent a Car, it is very good that you do not have to worry of waiting because they bring the car to you in less than 5 minutes. The staff are very helpful and they did not mind when I left the car at 4am because my plane got cancelled.

1rentacar es una compañía con unos precios muy razonables, son muy puntuales a la hora de dar el coche, a mi me tardaron aproximadamente 5 minutos en traerlo, no como otras compañías que te hacen utilizar el minibús, esta compañía te espera en la puerta de Renfe. El papeleo fue rápido y el empleado que me atendió fue muy amable. ¡Reservaré más con esta compañía sin duda!

Los conocí por mi padre que lleva tiempo alquilando con ellos y la verdad es queme ha ido muy bien. Este es mi sexto alquiler con ellos y puedo decir que hay todo tipo de coches, a mi en particular me han dado un Ford Focus con un precio muy bueno y con el seguro a todo riesgo por si tengo algún problema hasta que devolviera el coche. LLos empleados son muy puntuales al entregar el coche. Lo que me gusta de esta compañía es que entregan el coche en la terminal en vez de coger un minibus como hacen otras compañías de alquileres de coches.
