Me ha encantado el coche que alquile con ellos, un renault captur que me vino genial para moverme por Marbella durante las 2 semanas que estuve. Se nota el nivel de esta compañia con el trato que me han dedicado hacia mi como cliente. 10/10

Buena experiencia con el alquiler de coches, coger un coche con seguro a todo riesgo, dejar una fianza de 350 euros, devolverlo al aeropuerto y devolver la fianza el mismo día. Personal amable, si volviera, los usaría nuevamente. Gracias por su amabilidad, nos vemos pronto.

Son unos sinvergüenzas quedamos con ellos un domingo alas 5,15hrs de un domingo en el aeropuerto de Málaga y no se dignaron a presentarse hasta las 7hrs de la mañana lo cual nos hizo perder el vuelo y encima nos metieron una penalización en la fianza. Tened cuidado con esta gente, tengo todo demostrable en papeles.

Nos penalizaron con 70 € y fueron ellos los que llegaron tarde al punto de recogida mala experiencia trato nefasto no perdimos el vuelo d milagro

Recomiendo mucho este lugar de alquiler de coches. Reservar fue fácil y el personal fue amigable y atento desde el principio.

Mi experiencia al alquilar un coche en Marbella fue fantástica. El personal de 1 Rentacar fue muy simpático y experto desde que llegué hasta que entregué el coche de vuelta. Además, el proceso fue rápido y sencillo.

El equipo fue amigable, servicial y experto, y me asistieron a encontrar el coche ideal para lo que necesitaba con mi familia. El coche fue un Mercedes de 8 plazas y la verdad que estaba en perfecto estado y nos llevo a todos lados sin problemas, cuando volvamos el proximo año alquilaremos de aqui lo mas seguro.

Baratísimo lo que al principio nos dió que pensar por si hubiera algo oculto en la letra pequeña, pero nada mas lejos de la realidad, todo muy claro y correcto desde el primer momento de la reserva, pague lo que decia mi reserva

Impresentables. Conseguí una oferta buena online con ellos unos meses antes del Verano (reserva para Julio) en Malaga aeropuerto y 2 días antes del inicio de la reserva me enviaron un email diciendo que cancelaban la reserva porque el coche estaba averiado y que lo sentían, que no había más coches en la flota. Mentira, la demanda aumentó mucho y lo estaban alquilando ya a precios casi del doble, por lo que no les interesaba mi reserva más económica. Me jodieron el viaje. Nadie me hizo nunca algo así. No recomendable.

Alquilamos siempre con esta compañía y siempre he quedado satisfecho, son serios y no hay sorpresas.

Debido a que resido en IRLANDA y mi casa está en Marbella, vuelo a Málaga con frecuencia y después de haber pasado por alguna empresas de alquiler de coches creo que 1rentacar es la mejor opción.

El trato por parte del personal fué en todo momento muy amable ofreciéndose incluso a resolver cualquier duda o pregunta que le pudiéramos plantear.

We rent a car from them, they took 200 euros deposit, cash, extra, not written in the booking contract. 1 month later they have not return the fund as they promised. Do not go to this company or avoid to give them extra money!

Me and my friend rented a var from here! One of the worst rental experience you can get. Everything went wrong when I left the car back. They told us the deposit will get refunded but that never happened. When I came home They charged me again.how? Tried to reach their support but no one got in touch with me! After some months they even stopped answering my phone calls.

ENTREPRISE À EVITER ABSOLUMENT! Les prix sont compétitifs mais ils ne rendent pas la caution dans mon cas 200€. Ils ont prétexté un problème avec ma carte puis avec mon compte. Après vérification auprès de ma banque il est évident qu'il n y a aucun problème, c est juste une arnaque. A ce jours je n' ai toujours pas récupéré ma caution malgré la promesse de remboursement et des dizaines de messages échangés. Ces personnes sont malhonnêtes et pour avoir voulu économiser quelques euros me voilà en perte de 200€. J'entame des aujourd'hui les démarches pour porter plainte auprès de la police de Malaga.

I rent a car april 2022 and they have not give the deposit back for 350euro. And i have send email to them and call and they say that paymaskin is broken. So i have call the spanish police and i Will call the News too.

Paid for additional insurance but got brutally scammed… 1500€ Insurance for 3 days, never got my insurance money back as they promised. 1 year later they still can’t admit they did wrong. This company defrauded me of the deposit of 350 euro. Disputed with my Credit card company. They are lazy, incompetent and not a serious company. Stay away!

Besides not paying the deposit back, they even charged it in SEK instead of EUR causing the exchange rate to increase.

I believe they are doing this on purpose in a systematic fashion and encourage all affected to contact the police so we can shut them down.

After renting a car, I never received my deposit of 700 euro. Despite 15 calls and similar amount of emails, where they said I was going to get the deposit. After more than 7 months I had my card company to claim the money, which worked out well, but an unacceptable way to deal with it from Solauto /1rentacar Malaga.

Hice uso del parking en Málaga, y cuando recogi el vehículo la llave estaba rota, la ventana del conductor arañada y en la parte trasera un pequeño arañazo sin mucha importancia. En un principio me dijeron que la llave estaba así, aunque días después me escribieron dándome la razón, hice una copia y me abonaron la factura, pero el roce que tiene la ventana me dicen que no se ha producido en sus instalaciones. Les he demandado las fotos que le hacen al recepcionar el vehículo para verificar las con mi abogado y se niegan a remitirlas. He intentado en varias ocasiones ponerme en contacto por teléfono y wasap que me facilitaron, aunque los mensajes los leen no hacen caso alguno. Sin duda no utilizaré más sus servicios

Skip this rental company! Website suggest that you can rent a car for 1 day, but 7days is minimum. I've been charged €5 (!) for a 2min return phone call to explain to me why I can't rent a car for a day.

Avoid this company. I have been chasing them for my deposit (Eur 350), for the last 8 MONTHS. They hardly even reply. And the replies are one-liner b.s. Excuses. Saying they already refunded it. I checked, there is no refund. I can track my banking transactions online, 1Rentacar, okay? You have not issued a refund! I assume they are stealing my deposit and will not return it to me. Criminal! Don't do business with them! Avoid Avoid! Avoid!

Interesting.still not got any money for the deposit of 800 euro that we paid August 2019 due we have "email contact" about it. A true robbery. When having contact with them they use a standard answer as below, and then nothing happens. When you try to follow that answer up, you only get the same answer again. A criminal company! Be aware!

Comencé a usar 1RENTACAR hace aproximadamente dos años y acabo de regresar después de mi décima reserva y fueron fantásticos como siempre. Esta es la compañía de alquiler de coches más amigable y mejor administrada en Málaga.

Worst company; avoid renting cars from them. Refused to return our deposit and stole an additional 200 euros from our credit car without asking for authorization. We had to block our credit card. They still won't give us an alleged excuse for stealing our money. They behave disrespectful and threatening in their emails - their communication is extremely uncomfortable, scary and aggressive.

I have hired a car from 1 Rentacar for the last two Summers and they have been absolutely brilliant, you could not get better prices, anywhere in Malaga, they are completely reliable and fast.

We have used 1rentacar several times now. They are always waiting at the airport for our arrival. They are very friendly and helpful staff. The car we had was excellent we always take extra Insurance for peace of mind. When we take the car back after our holiday, they meet us in the terminal and within 2 minutes we left the car back. It is the best car hire service we have had in Malaga and will continue to use them every time we go to Malaga.

Absolutely fantastic. Trustworthy, reliable and with no hassle at all, they were waiting in the terminal the whole time until we came. Car was ready, no need to wait. Really nice staff always helping if you have a problem.

Amazing car service and customer care. I really liked how the cars were brand new and super clean. The price was amazing and affordable.

Terrible service and cars. We rented 2 cars, thinking we would get the ones from the pictures or something similar, instead we got 2 old and worn out cars that reeked. At that moment we felt ripped-off but it gets worse. We also paid an extra insurance because these were supposed to be expensive cars so that we lost as well.
We're now a solid 9 months after we delivered the cars in the same condition we got them and still haven't received our deposit. I hope we get our total deposit of 850 euro back.

AVOID this company! They DID NOT RETURN our deposit back! The deposit is 800 euro and thei don't respond to our e-mails and phone. It is outrageous that this happens in an European country in 2020.

Last year I rented at 1RENTACAR and I was really satisfied with it. Easy to pick up the car as they are waiting for you and the same when you want to return it. The car was in good condition, the air conditioning was fine and the interior was clean. Awesome company.

Mi hija y yo teníamos mucha prisa ya que íbamos muy justos de tiempo para llegar a coger el avión. Cuando estaba llegando a la entrada de la terminal les llamé para que me recogieran el coche de alquiler en la entrada para no perder el vuelo. No tardaron nada, sin duda volveré a utilizar los servicios de esta compañía ya que me han demostrado que están muy bien organizados.

1 rentacar ha demostrado que es dar un servicio de 5 estrellas a un cliente. Me atendieron cuando llegue la estación de Renfe sobre la 1 de la mañan. Y ahí estaban, con el coche que había elegido desde la página web. Limpio y con todo el equipamiento necesario para que estuviera satisfecho con el servicio que había reservado. ¡Sigan así!

STAY AWAY! Absolute ripoff and scam. They charge you for a ‘nice car’ and give you a wreck. Upon return they send you home promising they will refund the deposit but of course they don’t! DON’T RENT WITH THIS COMPANY
