¡Lo pasé genial con la gente de Arcology en su campamento en Cerdeña!
Crearon un gran espíritu, fueron muy comprensivos y relajados, pero al mismo tiempo muy precisos, bien organizados y profesionales. He viajado mucho en mi vida, pero nunca antes fue tan difícil para mí partir. ¡Muchas gracias por este hermoso e inspirador momento!

No podría recomendar lo suficiente a estos muchachos. Hice el retiro en Cerdeña y fue la combinación perfecta de actividades (acroyoga, senderismo y escalada en roca) en el entorno más hermoso con una maravillosa comunidad de personas. El calendario se planificó increíblemente bien para que los días estuvieran llenos de actividades pero con mucho tiempo libre entremedio para descansar y recargar energías. Las clases de acroyoga eran accesibles para principiantes, pero se tomaron el tiempo de estructurar las lecciones para que aquellos con más experiencia también pudieran desafiar y mejorar habilidades más avanzadas. ¡Además, son el equipo de personas más agradable y amigable! Si te lo estás pensando dos veces antes de ir, ¡resérvalo! No te arrepentirás… ¡nos vemos en la próxima!

Solo tengo agradecimiento y amor hacia David y Caru. Gracias por todos los vuelos, por haberme hecho el regalo de poder probar cada dia cosas nuevas con vosotros regalandome momentos unicos. Ulassai es precioso y esta lleno de magia, pero vosotros tambien

Participé en el Retiro de Acrología en Cerdeña este verano (2023) y me encantó. Además de los fantásticos talleres de acroyoga, parada de manos, yoga y movimientos, hemos pasado algún tiempo en la naturaleza practicando escalada y senderismo, además de pasar un buen rato conociéndonos. Fue absolutamente mágico (el lugar, Ulassai, también juega un papel importante a la hora de convertirla en una experiencia única). Muchas gracias a los grandes organizadores y profesores, estoy súper agradecida por ellos y por la experiencia.

Este fue mi primer retiro y ¡¡¡qué experiencia tan increíble! Me encanta lo que Caru y su equipo crearon aquí. La visión y creación de este retiro estaba fuera de este mundo. Nunca pensé que existiera un retiro de una semana tan lleno de acción como este. De eso están hechos los sueños y la gente, tanto el equipo de acrología como los clientes, fueron las personas más amables y tolerantes que he conocido. Tuve el mejor momento de mi vida y no hubo un segundo en el que no hubiera algo divertido que hacer. La comida también era deliciosa.
Aprendí mucho y me encantó la sesión de acroyoga. Fue mucho más que eso. Todo lo que puedo decir es que si tienes dudas, hazlo.no te arrepentirás xd

The Acrology Team knows how to plan and facilitate an adventure retreat! I just finished a week long retreat with them in Morocco and they made sure we were well fed, hydrated, safe, comfortable, and enjoying every activity planned. Their expertise in acro yoga, movement, climbing, and Thai massage exceeded my expectations. Their ability to create a safe space for participants to challenge themselves while building a sense of community was greatly appreciated. As a team they compliment each other with their strengths and personalities. Thank you Caru, David, & David for an experience worth remembering for a lifetime!

Absolutely amazing, perfect start for beginners and most surely advanced ones. I was a beginner and the guidance and support set me off right into a new journey of practicing and guiding and basing and flying and starting hopefully an acroyoga community or entering one at island Crete. Amazing teachers and venue and not to mention every single participant at the training. Love love love to you all. Thank you again.

Incredible team of teachers and community to share knowledge and fun experiences. Highly recommend their classes and events. I’ve gone to their Easter Acro Retreat, workshops at Spanish Acro in Barcelona and trained once in a jam. They always show up with compassion, respect and awesome skills.

Did you ever wish Cirque du Soleil had a summer camp for adults? That's what this feels like! Here you can learn and do things that you thought would be beyond your capabilities. From total beginner to advanced practice. The staff was fantastically supportive and super fun. The lodging was wild, rustic and luxurious all at once. It was an incredible experience. I can't recommend it enough and I will definitely be back. I wish I could give it a hundred star rating!

Lanzarote Retreat 2022

Eine wunderschöne Location abseits, perfekt zum entspannen, energie tanken, neue Leute treffen.
So speisen die Götter. Ich hab noch nie so leckeres Essen gehabt. Es wurde Rücksicht auf jede Ernährungsform genommen.
Ein perfekter Tour gide mit mega viel wissen und ein Hammer Entertainer abends an der Gitarre, danke das du uns in deinem Haus so herzlich empfangen hast.
In den Zimmern gibt es alles was man braucht. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kann man jederzeit am Supermarkt halten (2× hiking, surfing, restaurant) fals man was bräuchte.
Normalerweise bin ich nicht jemand der frühs Yoga macht aber bei der Location und der Athmosphäre war ich jeden Tag dabei.
Wifi gibt es vor Ort da man dort sonst keinen Handy empfang hat.
Gute Workshops um einiges Neues zu erlernen.
5min Fußmarsch zum Meer, was will man mehr. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder machen. Ein perfekter Start in den Sommer.
Danke an alle die dabei waren und diese Zeit zu einem unvergesslichen Moment gemacht haben.

It was my first retreat in Lanzarote with the Acrology team, and definitely not the last. They are great professional who create safe and funny space to practice acro, in the middle of nature, but they are also so great humans. They have this sincerity and generosity that made people feel at home, sharing good vibes, hugs and love. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!

Turma gente fina e cheia de energia boa para compartilhar. Conheci em workshops de Acroyoga e estive no retiro de Lanzarote, muito recomendando para desconectar, conhecer uma ilha mágica, pessoas novas, pratos fantasticos, praticar surf, acroyoga e tertuliar em jams musicais.

Unos de los mejores equipos que he conocido, se complementan genial, te prestan mucha atención para que puedas aprender bien a cualquier nivel que tengas, incapié en la técnica y muy divertidos, clases muy diversas, muchas risas, muy familiar, cada retiro que hacen consiguen hacer de ello una experiencia única ya que involucran el entorno que les rodea, pude disfrutar de excursiones en Cerdeña y en Croacia cosa que aprecio mucho ya que en otras ocasiones te encierras en el mundo de acro solo en el lugar que estes y al volver sientes que ni estuviste en otro lugar. He estado en varios cursos suyos y coincidido en varios encuentros de acro y ojalá muchos muchos más, totalmente recomendables!

I love the retreats with the Acrology boys! They make every activity fun, inclusive and memorable. Sardinia was my second retreat and Morocco was my first. I really love all the different aspects of each retreat, from all the acro fun to discovering the beautiful nature of each place and all the adventure in between. It’s also amazing getting to know so many different people from all over the world. It’s always a great group of people and a unique experience of a lifetime. I can’t wait to join another retreat with them! ️

This was my first Acrology retreat, and it won't be my last. Imagine Adult-Summer-Camp - complete with group singing and silly games - as well as the big-thrills of gravity-defying sports. The Acrology Team are masters at creating breathtaking adventures, for all skill levels, in spectacular locations. Many in my group were first-timers in acroyoga, or first-timers in rock climbing, or first-timers in BOTH - but Acrology's enthusiastic coaching provided everyone - including the skilled peeps - opportunities to overcome normal fears, and step-up to next-level skills. The group-dynamic was hella-fun (love you all!) - and the staff they brought along -were simply the best. High value, high time, high altitude fun!

Sardinia retreat was amazing! Thanks to Carú, David and David for making it the most fun week in 2020. Yoga, acro, food, beach, hikes, people, games and location - they had it all in one place. I am up for more in the future!

Landed more or less by accident in the Acrology retreat in Ulassai on Sardinia last year while I was traveling the island with my bus. I never heard of retreats before and I have to say that this was the best thing that could happen to me! I learned a lot about myself and got to know to so many great people in that week I'm partly still in contact with. Even if the weather wasn't on our side everyday was pure fun. We did acroyoga, yoga, hiking, climbing, played games and had amazing food together. The team was very organized and flexible during the whole week, all of them have great characters and positive vibes.
Thanks to the Acrology team and all the participants who made that week unforgettable!

Estuve en el retiro de Lanzarote 2020 y fue increíble! La experiencia fue maravillosa, tanto los profes como la finca donde nos quedamos estuvo genial! Sin duda alguna repetiría!

I've been to two retreats with the acrology team: Morocco and Lanzarote (sadly, David Sanjuan wasn't there on the second one). I wouldn't hesitate to attend a third, a fourth or a fifth one. They are great human beings and teachers! Always caring, funny and welcoming. Every experience with them is magical. Their good vibes are contagious! Can't wait to share some more time with them again soon. Thank you again for eveything! (should also thank Nino for his hospitality and his warmth in Lanzarote!) ️

One of the best experiences of my life! Not only for the program, the place and all the lovely details, but above all for this wonderful TEAM (Carú, David and David) who makes everything such conscientiously and with all their love, that you won't forget it. Oh hello- If you are reading the reviews because you are not sure whether or not to book a retreat or a workshop with these three guys - stop doubting -  just do it!

I didn't know the acrology team until a series of coincidences made it possible for me to join their 12 day retreat in brazil. The retreat was thoughtfully planned and turned out to be as amazing as it can be - the coosen destinations, the housing, the food, the hikes, the participants, the workshops and especially the acrology crew - those three lovely human beeings, funny and patient teachers, passionate and creative acrobats, curious animal and nature lovers and mindful travellers with the desire to connect with and learn from the local communites (i could go on like this) obrigada muchachos.

Acrology es una familia, con ellos todo es posible. No solo son profesores de acroyoga, son las personas más increíbles que puedas encontrar y las cuales vas a tener cerca siempre.
Grandes profesores, motivan a realizar cualquier cosa y a conseguirla.

The Brazil Adventure retreat with the Acrology team was a truly magical journey. They are very warm and talented guys who care a lot about making the days fun and the acro is world class!

Well its quite hard to summarize and describe in words.

These three lovely human beings are amazing in all directions.wonderful teachers and students.crazy monkeys that love all kinds of different types of movement.they all have great attitude, character, wisdom and soul.each completely individual for his own.
I'm really super grateful for getting to know them and share lots of time together!

Im just coming back from my 6th retreat with them. First was Sardegna September 2017, then Lanzarote 2017/2018, Marocco 2018, Sardegna 2018 again (its truely amazing, you should all go at least once to visit this magic village Ulassai!), Granada Acro Convention in Granada and now Brasil 2019. All of them left me speechless and more connected to myself as well as to the new born families <3

I definitely would go for every event they organize if i had enough time and money, i would go again for every past one as well. Its like guaranteed good and fun time because they somehow always bring together super like minded open and warmhearted people in fascinating places all over the world!

Acrology is an incredible team, bringing together awesome people from around the globe to go on amazing trips. After Morocco the Brazil retreat was another breathtaking adventure.

These guys are just amazing.

In their classes they seem to find a right challenge for everyone, making sure that nothing is impossible, whether you are a beginner or advanced.

In the non-acro activities they do their very best to share some of the local treasures with you. Their respect for local environment and habitants is inspiring.

In the groupdynamics they create that safe haven with space for fun play and/or sharing of whatever appears in the process. Always making sure that nobody is left behind. One big FAMILY!

All this is where the magic happens!
Follow your gut and go on a trip with these mothertruckers. You won’t regret it.

You are awesome guys! I really like the energy with which you organize and conduct your events. You do everything to make people comfortable. I enjoyed it a lot while spending time with you in Sardinia and Granada.
I think Sardinia is the perfect place for an acro retreat. Climbing is a great practice that complements acro. Ullasai is a very beautiful place, one of the best where I have been.
