Alferini Golf Club

Jugamos en Alferini, que es un campo muy espectacular y muy difícil con calles estrechas. Los golpes deben ejecutarse con precisión y precisión, de lo contrario castigará inmediatamente, sin perdonar. El panorama es fantástico, compensa la vista de los greens y calles manchados y defectuosos en muchos lugares. La caminata es larga y cuesta arriba, se recomienda comenzar con buggy. Lamentablemente, los greens son lentos y extremadamente irregulares, algo indignos de la imagen del club de golf. La casa club y sus alrededores están muy bien decorados, un poco como la enorme residencia de un mafioso italiano. El personal es extremadamente amable y flexible.

El campo estaba en buenas condiciones, los greens estaban puros. Los chicos de la tienda profesional y los caddy masters fueron geniales y ofrecieron un servicio superior que asociarías con Villa Padierna. Sin duda, mi campo favorito de la Costa del Sol.

Fantástico curso. Los greens eran excelentes, al igual que todo el campo. Definitivamente no es un campo fácil y prepárate para perder balones. Lo disfruté, pero lamentablemente mi hijo, que tiene una gran discapacidad, no lo hizo porque era demasiado difícil para él. Esto no es culpa del curso en absoluto. Recomendaría esto solo a jugadores de handicap bajo y medio.

Es un campo de golf de los mejores de toda la Costa del Sol. Hoy he jugado un campeonato allí. No es un recorrido difícil. O a mí, no me lo ha parecido. Todo depende del precio. Y el precio que yo he pagado hoy, es razonable.

Played this morning, What a great Golf course! Fantastic looking holes, very testing! Alex in the Pro shop very helpful and took time to talk to us before and after the rounds. Wont forget the 18th tee, great view, pity we didn't do it justice.

Incredibly interesting layout that looks like it has been cut into the mountainside, with some very photo-attractive Par 3s and Par 4s, You need to be very accurate off the tee and it might be wise to leave the driver in the bag unless you are abler to steer it. We were charged EUR 80 for 9 holes however (inc buggy) (all we had time for) and quite honestly the course is not worth this. The tee boxes are ragged (un-mown) in places and the airways are not pristine. Maybe this is something to do with wild animals? Greens decent though.

Me encanta jugar en Alferini, estás en plena naturaleza, alejado de ruidosas urbanizaciones y muy diferente a otros campos de la costa con los fairways discurriendo entre viviendas. Es una sensación diferente, incluso vimos ciervos a nuestro paso.
En cuanto al diseño me gusta aunque es exigente y supone un gran desafío para jugadores de cualquier nivel. Recomendaría jugar de las barras más adelantadas a hcps altos para que también puedan disfrutar de la experiencia. Greenes rápidos, grandes y en buen estado y los bunkers bien mantenidos.
El personal muy amable y atento.

Campo unico en Marbella, juegas en plena naturaleza, sin construcciones que den sensación de ahogo.
Si a esto le sumas el diseño único y mantenimiento, se puede decir que es un campo 10, donde combinar potencia de drive en algunos hoyos con destreza y precisión. Campo original y único.

I played a tournament last week, incredible and really challenging course, perfect greens, really fast. Staff and manager were friendly and helpful. Prize giving was at Racquet club, beautiful place and good food

Villa Padierna Alferini.
Last day of our golfing trip and we expect the best and we got average over all, and I mean it in quality of golf course, not our game.
Once again I'm not going to check driving range which is a bit far away. Again very poor orientation signs, difficult to find 1st tee. Better marking would help. Caddy master here is doing horrible job, to pick up buggy is nightmare, we had no idea who was in charge. Very much valued was water and complimentary bananas, however not surprised since there is no refreshment cart on course and also for the price charged. Buggies without GPS or shot saver. Design of the course is very nice, uphill downhill shots, short par 3s and 4s, reachable par 5s. I like it very much, BUT quality is horrible, few fairways were damaged from wild boars, some greens damaged from deer. On this course you need to have very accurate shots, but from the green tees its quite short now. If I have to choose signature hole I would for sure say 18th.
After game amenities are OK, however worst part there is refreshment, they do not value guest, they do not care. Quality of the service and food was the worst from whole trip. Waitresses who are not able collet correctly order and bring the ordered food are just loosing potential to make any tip and losing customer. On top of that you coming to Spain to eat in restaurant poor pizza, pasta and burger with cold bun, what a disappointment, why. We came to have shrimps, fish, jamon and etc. So price/performance value here was very poor, and not planning to come again.

Soy amante de la naturaleza y de los animales. Tuve la desgracia de encontrarme un ciervo ahorcado por uno de los lazos que había por allí. No volveré.

Very challenging golf course in excellent condition. Some long carry holes, play from the shorter tees if you are not long off the tee. Over all a good challenge of golfing skills.

Fantastic course but condition not up to scratch today. Grass cuttings on fairways and some very patchy greens. Some "cheaper" courses in far superior condition.

Campo de los de verdad. No recomendable para handicaps altos o si no estás en forma. Campo largo y estrecho. Hay que saber mover la bola. El mantenimiento es excelente a la altura de Sotogrande o Valderrama para mí gusto. En caso de que no estés jugando bien, mejor llevar un saco bola: P

I have played Alferini every year for the last 4 years as part of an annual golf trip. We are playing it twice year as we love so much.
It tops the list of everybody's favourite course.

Este campo del complejo se abrió en 2007, está situado cerca del trazado Flamingos Golf y el lujoso Villa Padierna Palace Hotel. Diseñado por Cristóbal Guerrero, el recorrido de este campo de 18 hoyos es muy largo, con más de 6.600 metros y es uno de los pocos pares 73 de la Costa del Sol.

Los green son amplísimos y compensan unas calles que requieren gran precisión de tiro. Con cuatro grandes lagos, el agua entra en juego en numerosos hoyos. Hay un mínimo de cinco plataformas de tees para cada hoyo.

Best golf course I have played on the Costa Del Sol so far, very beautiful as well, Unfortunately the cost of hiring a buggy soured the experience, I must remember to look less like a tourist

Not for the faint hearted! If you enjoy 'resort golf' and blasting a driver off the tee on to a wide fairway this is not for you. Beautiful condition, however, and one for the accurate and long.
