Muy buena comunicación, respuestas rápidas a todas nuestras preguntas, personal amable, nuestro grupo tenía dos autos de alquiler, entregados en excelentes condiciones, buenos precios, el regreso a las 3:30 de la mañana fue rápido y sin problemas, aunque todos pudimos caber. En un autobús nos llevaron al aeropuerto en dos coches. Recomiendo esta empresa de alquiler a todo el mundo.

Antes de llegar informé que no comparto fotocopias de mi identificación personal, y pueden anotar los datos personales. Al llegar, el empleado no estaba lo suficientemente informado sobre mis derechos y no quería alquilar un automóvil anotando los datos requeridos, ya que era medianoche, de mala gana le entregué la identificación para fotocopiarla. En el BOE emitido el 27 de octubre de 2021 no hay información sobre fotocopias y en los correos electrónicos posteriores así lo aceptaron. A mi solicitud, afirman que eliminan fotocopias y almacenan mis datos de identificación solo en forma escrita. De todos modos, después de devolver el automóvil solicité información que incluye, entre otras, las medidas de seguridad de datos que aplican, el cronograma de eliminación de mis datos actuales y una confirmación por escrito de que todas las fotocopias se eliminaron, incluidos los correos electrónicos, hasta el día de hoy no he recibido.la información que solicité. Es cierto responden rápido, pero no prestaron atención a lo que realmente pedí. - respondieron con una línea en un correo electrónico de tamaño A4 con múltiples preguntas.

Es triste, porque aparte de eso tuve una gran experiencia, el auto estaba en perfectas condiciones, el servicio al cliente funcionó perfectamente una vez que tuve un pequeño problema alrededor de las 8 p.m. Con el nivel de aceite. El transporte al aeropuerto fue rápido. Si hubieran prestado más atención a los derechos y necesidades de los clientes además del automóvil en sí, serían 5.

En resumen, si no le importa la seguridad de su identificación, lo recomiendo. De lo contrario, mejor mantente alejado.

Muy descontentos con el servicio ofrecido porque no somos ingleses como nosotros, nos explicó el vendedor que vimos al devolver nuestro tercer auto en una semana de vacaciones porque el primero tenía 94500 KMS y temblaba por todas partes, el segundo 84620 KMS, con las luces encendidas. Después de 70 km de autopista, al llamar para avisar de la avería, la respuesta y no importa puedes conducir así y finalmente el 3º que sorpresa no tenía más de 10200Kms. Durante el regreso el vendedor del lugar nos explicó que los vehículos nuevos tienen prioridad los ingleses y que los demás son para otros turistas, finalmente dos días perdidos por la falta de seriedad de esta empresa.

¡Gran servicio! No hay tarifas ocultas ni fraude como otras empresas de alquiler de coches.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, excelente servicio, recogida súper rápida en el aeropuerto y procesamiento rápido y sencillo a la llegada y al regreso.

Una experiencia formidable con esta agencia, sobre todo el servicio. Estamos muy contenta y recomendamos mucho mucho.

En 10 días cambié de coche dos veces. El primero tenía el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. 30 minutos después de cambiar de vehículo, el segundo tuvo problemas con el motor (se encendió la luz). Volvemos a cambiar de vehículo, circulamos 14 minutos y se enciende una luz roja (refrigerante). Regrese por segunda vez el mismo día a la oficina de alquiler para su reparación. Tres días después se enciende otra luz (luz del motor). Los coches carecen gravemente de mantenimiento, lo que fue una gran fuente de estrés durante nuestras vacaciones. Es una pena porque el resto estuvo bien.

No tenía nada reservado y me atendieron estupendamente.
Pasaron 20 minutos desde que llegué hasta que me fui con mi hermoso auto alquilado y limpio.

We hired a car on line as i like the idea of "all in". Wasnt to sure how true that would be but it was. Price quoted included excess insurance was price paid. Car was in good condition with fuel tank three quarters full. Quick and easy transfer pick up at airport and a 5 min drive to the office. On return just as quick. Young lady behind the desk was very helpful as well. Will defo use them again.

Well we booked with this company expecting a decent clean car with more or less the model of car I had booked.
I understand they can't guarantee the same model but I expected a 5 door model at the very least. To find I was given a 3 door model that needed a serious clean!
The car looked like 10 years old and it's very possible it was!
The car had a noisy I engine with no modern tech at all.
I photographed all the dents and scratches and complained about the car to be told you can't expect what you want?
On payment for the car I requested to be paying in euros but they decided in sterling?
I HD a bad experience for the money we paid was definitely not cheap.

Excellent right from booking online to hire car return. There were no surprises, no deposits taken on card, you just pay the hire charge at the office. Speedy pick up on arrival and on return. Hire car was in good working order. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Price of hire very competitive when you consider an all inclusive cover. Highly recommended.

Efficient pick up from airport, superb value all inclusive rental no hidden extras the price they quote is the one you pay. Cars are slightly older and you'll need to ask if you want a car with air con. Sun roof etc

All In Car Hire was excellent. We needed a car for 5 days and booked the car online. The car was an Audi A1, brand new, extremely clean. When we needed some more info, we called them and they answered really quick, very friendly, good English and very helpful. They are offering Airport pickup and drop off. They were very prompt in collecting us from airport and also when we needed drop off. No hidden charges, what you see is what you get. I strongly recommend them!

Nous avons retourné le véhicule dans le même état que nous l'avions trouvé, et surtout il ne faut pas oublier de préciser aucune surprise de surfacturation à notre retour pas comme certaines autres compagnies "Eux ne sont pas des charlatans".
Je retournerais dans cette compagnie sans hésiter!

Hace 1 semana cogimos un coche con esta empresa y el trato fue inmejorable. El coche estaba como si fuera nuevo y mi pareja y yo disfrutamos de él para movernos por Málaga. Nos atendió Álvaro, un chico muy amable que gestionó toda nuestra reserva a la perfección. Les doy 5 estrellas porque no puedo darles más.

We have been coming to Malaga over 20 years and finally find a car hire company that charges with NO hidden extras just straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. Cars are not brand new but a couple of years old but well maintained and looked after.
Will be using them in the future 100% staff are great easy to deal with.

Esta empresa te alquila coches SIN HABER PASADO LA ITV. A pesar de que en el contrato que me hicieron firmar decía que el coche había pasado la ITV no la había pasado y NO ME INFORMARON. Me detuvieron en un control policial y me dijeron que el coche llevaba más de un año sin ITV por lo que le pusieron una denuncia al coche y una multa. Al quejarme en la oficina me dijeron que les daba igual, como si me estrellaba con el coche. De excusa me pusieron que no habían tenido tiempo de llevar el coche a la ITV. El contrato les da igual y no me dieron ninguna compensación, les importa 0 que el coche no hubiera pasado la ITV.
PÉSIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE.
TE ENTREGAN COCHES QUE NO ESTÁN REVISADOS Y NO PASAN LA ITV ADEMÁS TE LOS ENTRECAN SUCIOS.

Brilliant service. I took the 'all in' option with no hidden extras, completely hassle free from start to finish. They run a Regular free shuttle bus to and from the airport and the hire depot, so you start and finish your drive away from the madness of the airport traffic. I will use them in the future, with no second thought. And the added bonus, they were no dearer than any others, and were in fact cheaper than quite a few, especially when you factor in the hidden costs of some of the others.

Rented a 9 seater from these guys after reading the great reviews. Car was perfect and very fuel efficient! We rented the Fiat Scudo.

Service and no hidden costs or terms and conditions was the best! Would use again!

Service irréprochable, et excellent rapport qualité/prix. Quand vous revenez avec la voiture et que vous avez pris l'assurance all in (à peine plus cher que la formule classique), ils font le tour de la voiture en 5 secondes et tout est réglé (tout est de toute façon couvert par l'assurance). Aucune surprise possible donc. Je relouerai via cette agence.

Great price no hidden add on extras like other companies and no surprise costs when handing back the car. Always greeted at airport exit, then picked up efficiently by their mini bus. 5 min drive and your at their depo. Cars may be a little older but that doesn't bother us. To date after using them several times no problems.

Très bonne expérience chez ce loueur de voiture. Un service de qualité sans aucunes mauvaises surprises. Une petit bouteille d'eau fraiche à l'arrivée, une voiture propre qui nous as supporté pendant 1000 kilomètres et un retour rapide le jour de la restitution. The staff are extremely professional and the service provided is of a very high standard. The cars are very modern and it's great value for money. There is also a very quick service provided to and from the airport and the paperwork is filled out in no time.

Franchement rien à dire de l'appel à l'aéroport pour la prise en charges tout est parfait, j'ai du même changer de véhicule au cour de mes vacances sans problèmes. Nous avons loué en septembre 2019. Nous avons expérimenté plusieurs locations de voitures à l'aéroport de Málaga et ailleurs aussi en Espagne (aux Baléares, notamment) et malheureusement, nous avons été déçus (on nous mentait, il fallait à chaque fois payer bien plus cher que ce qui était prévu et annoncé initialement).

Au moins, avec All In Car, il n'y a pas d'arnaque.on paie sur place, le jour où l'on prend possession de la voiture et on paie seulement ce qui est annoncé. Ouf!

Superb! Pickup from the airport went as expected. Had to wait about 20 minutes for pickup, but the airport was busy in the morning. The hire office is located 5 mins from the airport.
Really polite staff, the kids were given a sweet each, and we were all given a bottle of water. The small things like this makes a massive difference to your experience. The car was a brand new BMW 2series. Excellent drive and really suited for our family.

Will definitely use All In Car Hire Malaga again, without question.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport de Malaga, comme prévu nous avons appelé le numéro que l'on nous a communiqué, tout de suite on nous indique où est garé le mini bus qu'on a trouvé aussi tôt!
Une fois dans l'agence un jeune Ahmed très sérieux s'occupe de nous, en même pas 10minutes en tout et pour tout nous étions déjà en route avec notre voiture.
Au retour même chose, on dépose la voiture et après un petit contrôle de cette dernière le chauffeur nous dépose à l'aéroport.
MERCI ET BRAVO ALL IN CAR.

Had a good overall experience with this company. Cars are a bit older then usual but with the service up to date. Definitely recommend them and would deal with them again. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is because though the car was clean inside from rubbish was quite full of dust in the more hidden areas and even though I didn't needed them I noticed later the state of the windscreen wipers.
