I paid for an express pcr test because plans to visit Morocco. Two days later, instead of a result, I got an inconclusuve result, and since it was a Sunday at this point, the clinic was closed and no one answered my calls. The following day, I went back to this place where I was tested to kindly ask for my money back. The woman in the clinic the clinic dismissed be, claiming that this is not her problem and I should call to the main clinic. Why i should call another place? It's absurd. The test was here and money was taken here, so why i must called another place? Its their problem. The lack of help and accomodation saddened me, especially as a traveler. I spent 80 euro on this test, not a small price to pay After 2 years of Covid, they should have this figured out. Clearly I do not recommend this place.

Me he quedado encantada con el trato a mi peque de 3 añitos. Mucha paciencia y profesionalidad. Entró diciendo que no quería y salió sonriendo. Gracias por hacer de la primera PCR de mi peque una experiencia agradable. Hasta está jugando a las PCR ahora mismo! Os lo agradezco infinito.
