Apartamentos Greenlife Golf Marbella

Acabo de ir a jugar al campo de golf y ¡no pienso volver!
Los greens mal cuidados, calles muy estrechas y encima, carísimo para ser un pitch&putt y en el estado que está
Estaba deseando terminar…

El lugar es precioso pero el trato al cliente deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron otro apartamento dado que el que debíamos ocupar tuvo una incidencia. Eso lo entendimos perfectamente. Lo malo fue que ese otro apartamento se iba a ocupar nuestro último día y por tanto nos tocaría cambiar. Al parecer no era posible alojarnos en un mismo apartamento las 4 noches.lo aceptamos de buen grado pero fueron incapaces de avisarnos del modo de proceder al cambio y tuvimos que estar nosotros insistiendo para ver cómo gestionarlo. El día que llegamos nos indicaron fatal dónde encontrar el apartamento y estuvimos dando vueltas un buen rato con las maletas a cuestas. No nos quedó más remedio que llamarles y acercarnos a la recepción de nuevo ya que ellos ni se molestaron en venir a ayudarnos. Por último, tuvimos que marcharnos un día antes de lo previsto por una desgracia familiar y solicitamos si se podía recuperar el importe correspondiente o una parte por lo menos pero nos dijeron que no. Es una lástima que un lugar tan bonito se vea empañado por un trato tan poco humano.

The vending machine was not working
Housekeeping only once a week, which consists of making bed (but they didn't change our kid's beddings and left the basket with the dirty water inside our room.)
They allow pets, so if you're unlucky as we were, you're constantly awake because of barking through the paper thin walls
No pool towels
After "cleaning" we had to call the reception as we didn't get the towels at all and then we only got 2 pcs instead of 3 as we were with our kid.
The fridge doesn't work very well

Un lugar maravilloso para descansar. Apartamento muy completo en dotación con muchas comodidades.

Loved the service, golf, tennis and apartments. Nice restaraunt with michelin star. Highly recommended, but you will need a car to be able to go everywhere

I enjoyed my 6 holes before it poured down! But no worries cos I got a voucher to play again
Very helpful guy on the reception. Looking forward to many more games on the tight par 3 course. At a good price for this area.

Just enjoyed our second stay in a few years at GreenLife. We rented an appartment both times. Very friendly staff, peaceful environment, clean appartments (they really made an effort cleaning up several times after the recent Sahara sandwinds). Challenging and well kept 9 holes par3 on site).

Sitio espectacular, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Un lugar encantador para jugar al tenis, al golf o echar un ratito en el gimnasio. También tienen una mini tienda estupenda con ropa deportiva. Victoria, encantadora. Os recomiendo ser socios del club!

Mi pareja me invitó y no nos gustó porque había cucarachas, el colchón estaba viejo y una de las ventanas no cerraba bien. Buenas vistas al campo de Golf y la atención del camarero del desayuno fue muy agradable. Lo peor de todas formas, fueron las cucarachas de la habitación

Nice spacious clean apartment with great views, staff were friendly and professional. It has a restaurant on site which again has fantastic views, the food and service was excellent. The apartments are in a nice location the shops and supermarkets are a short drive away. Highly Recommended.

With a swimming pool, well equipped gym, 9 hole golf course and one star Michelin restaurant all on your door step, it's a great and peaceful place to stay. All the staff were very helpful.
I will certainly stay there again.
