Aparthotel Princesa Playa

Me alojé aquí varias veces. Altamente recomendado. Idea de ubicación para la playa y restaurantes de buena calidad, etc, a solo un corto paseo.
El hotel está limpio. Piscina pequeña en la azotea pero lo suficientemente grande como para darse un chapuzón. Todo el personal es fantástico y se desvive por ti. Sólo usaré este hotel cuando visite Marbella.

La reseña obedece a la falta de mantenimiento en general, los ascensores son del siglo pasado, lo mejor es la ubicación y la atención de todo el personal, de todos modos no volvería!

El mejor lugar para estar en Marbella, está ubicado en el Paseo Marítimo, a 200 metros del mar, las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, balcón y hay una pequeña cocina adentro para que puedas preparar tus comidas. El personal es amable y servicial, el hotel está limpio y tuvimos una gran experiencia, así que seguimos regresando a este lugar. En un día despejado, puede ver el Peñón de Gibraltar desde su balcón.

El hotel está bn ubicado pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es deplorable camas suciedad por debajo de meses no reponen artículos de baño y el suelo en general no lo limpian. Una pena pq el hotel en si no está mal.

I would not stay here again. The price is for location and nothing else. Everything is very outdated. The room we originally had had a very strong smoke smell, and we found a finger nail on the side table. Once we switched, the room was ok, but sheets and top cover were stained. You also have to pay to use the safe which I have never heard of. Toiletries they provide are also not good- only shampoo and bar of soap, no conditioner, lotion, or body wash. Luckily there was a balcony with a nice view. Even though there are many no smoking signs, they still provide ashtrays on all the balconies. The pool is very small. There’s no restaurant for the hotel, just a breakfast room.

Great hotel in a perfect location by the sea in Marbella, stayed there a few nights while working and I will definitely come back for a proper vacation.

Buena situación pero ruido continuo de goteras día y noche, parece una tortura chiná. No deja descansar

Bueno.no tiene Bidet el.aseo.parece que es de los años 50.la caja fuerte es cara y el.parking.caro y mal.señalizado.no tiene categoría para 4 estrellas.pero cobrar si cobran en consonancia a esa categoría. No volveré más.alli.

El personal del hotel muy agradable pero sobretodo el hombre que hay en recepción, muy simpático y servicial para lo que necesites saber. La ubicación es ideal, playa, bares, autobuses, taxis, cualquier cosa está cerca, detrás hay un bazar para todo lo que se te olvida traerte. La piscina pequeñita pero no se necesita más y como esta en la última planta las vistas son buenísimas. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias, no puedo estar más contenta con la estancia, 100x100 recomendable y repetimos seguro. Un viaje exprés de 10. LA NIÑA DE VERA

The service was very good and friendly. The only remark I have is that you are "sensitive" to bed you better contact the hotel in advance.

Situated Right on the promenade just a few steps from the Beach and many Restaurants Cafes? And Bars to choose from something to Suit all.
The Apartment was Spacious clean and with a Balcony, with a Roof Top pool if you preferred and Restaurant.
The Service was excellent and the staff were pleasant Very Relaxing Atmosphere more Than Happy with Our Choice and Definitely Go Again So give it ago?

Excellent location right on tbd beach. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room is much bigger than I anticipated, separate bedroom, living room/kitchen - very well equipped, comfy beds, lovely bathroom, A/C. Would highly recommend.

Lovely aparthotel, spotless clean, comfy rooms with small kitchettes. The hotel overlooks the beach and is a 5 minute walk to the seafront of the old town with a multitude of bars and restaurants. Great value for m9ney and location. Highly recommended.

Un Hotel Apartamento con una Ubicación excelente en pleno Paseo Marítimo de Marbella frente a las Playas y con el Casco Antiguo y Zona de Bares Típicos al lado. Una Atención por parte de la Recepción, Habitaciones y Cafetería muy agradable. Piscina en la parte superior y adaptado a Personas Con Discapacidad o falta de Movilidad. Siempre volvemos y nos hospedamos en este Hotel en Marbella. Calidad-Precio-Servicio-Ubicación inmejorable.

Good value and spacious aparthotel. Rooms are basic but have all the essentails, big bathrooms and are clean and smart. Location directly on seafront road very convenient with a flat walk along seafront and into town.
Would happily use again. Parking (paid) directly under hotel.

Price-performance ratio is great. Location is fantastic. Equipment is very good. Very friendly staff. Clean. Great view of the sea. Very good mattresses (not saggy) so I had no problems with my back problems. I was there now in Feb/March 2022 with my husband for the 2nd time and we would book there again. Thank you very much.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Location toll. Ausstattung prima. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr gute Matratzen (nicht durchgelegen), so daß ich mit meinen Rückenprobleme keine Probleme hatte. Ich war jetzt im Febr. /März 2022 mit meinem Mann zum 2. Mal dort und wir würden wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank.

No se como sera en pleno verano, pero en febrero tranquilo.

Limpieza impoluta, he estado 5 días y he quedado muy sorprendida con la limpieza tan impecable, lo digo por algunas reseñas. He dormido genial, la cocina del apartamento impoluto. Toallas nuevas y en perfecto estado, la ducha tenía mucha fuerza, algo que se agradece y los sumideros tragaban bien. ¿Ahora? No es un sitio de 4 estrellas ni de lejos, los ascensores gritan un cambio a nuevos y a mayor tamaño, también necesita un cambio más moderno el comedor y unos bollos más frescos. Por lo demás ha sido muy grato estar aquí.

Un lugar privilegiado. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Las mejores vistas. Desayunar en su terraza con esas vistas es algo maravilloso

Estoy alojado desde hace 3 días! Habitación 311, recién llamé a recepción porque desde hace 3 días no me funciona Internet, tengo pago 17 días, la respuesta del maleducado de recepción fue que si no estoy conforme me dan el dinero (que obviamente no va a ser todo lo que pague) y que busque otro hotel, en mi opinión les recomiendo que no se alojen en este hotel.

I was a bit hesitant booking this aparthotel as the price seems to be too low compared with other places in this area. OMG this is top notch value for money. So nice to have a little kitchen, spacious beds, mattress a bit harder exactly what we like. Very big shower and balcony with sea view. The sound of the ocean is just too good to wake up with. Supermarket around thr corner. Extra bed for baby in living area.

Two beautiful days at Princess Playa ApartHotel in Marbella in early November. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for location and price and we're happy with our choice. It is on the beach and near Old Town Marbella and many restaurants. Nice view of Mediterrean. Close to everything you need for nice stay. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

Óptima relación calidad/precio, hotel enfrente a la playa, habitacion con terraza y todos los "comfort" dormir con el sonido de las olas ha sido maravilloso.

Clean, spacious apart-hotel next to the beach, with rooftop swimming pool and sundeck. Beware, they forbid storing your bicycle anywhere inside the hotel and offer no alternatives, unlike car parking where they negotiated a discount with an adjacent carpark.

Excellent place clean situated on promenade near old town planning another stay already

Locatie prima. Ruimte in appartement is minimaal, balcon is erg klein. Personeel spreekt bijna geen engels.
