From initial purchase at the Fuengirola shop to installation everything went smoothly! Spa arrived on time and the driver managed to negotiate a very difficult access to drop off Spa! Johnny the installation technician deserves special mention as he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the spa! He took the time to explain the operation and chemical control in a clear and easy to understand manner! In summary excellent professional company can’t recommend them enough!

Strongly recommended. You will not find a more professional, knowledgeable and helpful spa retailer on the Costa del Sol. From the initial enquiry to installation, the service has been first class. Advice on electrical connections and location were all provided prior to installation. On the actual day of install, the installation was conducted without any problems. The instructions provided on maintaining the spa were comprehensive and easy to follow. A great company to use if you are looking to buy a spa.

We bought a Hotspring Beam some months back from the Mijas store and LOVE it. They guided us thru the installation process and were in good communication and coordination with dates, etc. We stop by their store occasionally and they continue to offer excellent service. We recently used Aquapool Spas to purchase a new spa after several visits to the Mijas showroom. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Once we had chosen our spa it was stored for us in their warehouse until we were ready for our installation. The installation went very smoothly and our technician Johnny was very helpful. We have enjoyed our spa for just over a week now and feel it’s been a great investment that will provide us with many years of happy hot tub experiences!
