ARCH Horse Rescue

Un lugar maravilloso haciendo cosas maravillosas para caballos y burros. Su trabajo es tan importante ya que muchos caballos de la zona están muriendo de hambre o descuidados, en parte debido al aumento de los precios del heno.

Fuimos el domingo pasado y la verdad que nos gustó mucho.y como tratan a los animales.se nota que los cuidan y quieren mucho.volveremos seguro.a nuestro hijo le encantó y compramos una camiseta como recuerdo y por hacer una donación

Hacen un trabajo increíble con los rescates que les llegan, muchos se encuentran en un estado verdaderamente impactante al llegar. La transformación cuando es posible es reconfortante. Gente tan cariñosa

La gente es muy amable y servicial, sin olvidar al hermoso Brown Foal y Fabbio. Me enamoré de estos 2 caballos. Sigan con el buen trabajo.

Visitamos ARCH esta mañana mientras estábamos de vacaciones en la zona. Precioso lugar gestionado completamente con donaciones de voluntarios que rescatan caballos y burros abandonados y maltratados. El amable personal estuvo disponible para contarle las historias detrás de los rescates y, aunque fue desgarrador escucharlas, fue increíble ver la diferencia que ARCH está haciendo en las vidas de estos animales. Buen trabajo chicos. Ojalá estuviéramos aquí más tiempo para poder regresar, pero si alguna vez volvemos a estar en la zona, definitivamente regresaremos.

Son una asociación de rescate de caballos y burros, hacen una gran labor con la ayuda de muchos voluntarios que están día a día cuidando de los animales. La finca está muy bien distribuida, organizada y todo muy limpio. Los animales cuidados y bien alimentados. Los domingos el público en general puede visitarlos. Tienen en el pueblo de Alhaurín El Grande una tienda beneficia con la que se ayudan económicamente.

September 2022 - we had the privilege to visit ARCH whilst on holiday recently (listed as Centro Andalusi de Rescate de Caballos on Facebook). We were shown round by the lovely Jean, volunteer and committer member, who took so much time to tell us about each animal there. This is a rescue and re-homing centre (and so much more) - it is immediately obvious how hard the volunteers work and that their work is carried out based entirely on donations. It is a truly worthy place to visit (check for visiting times) but most importantly, donate and help. ARCH is not far from Mijas, Andalusia. We don't live in Spain so can't foster but we left a donation and will look to continue to do so xx

Pasar un rato por allí es sentir el amor incondicional.
Todos unidos por el deseo de beneficiar a todos los seres. Se siente el amor y la dedicación de cada una de las personas que están allí, el sitio en si es precioso, los.caballitos en recuperación o super bien cuidados, se los ve llenos de amor.
Hay que visitarles, y donar tiempo o dinero para que puedan seguir con tan preciosa labor.

Wonderful experience! Chris, the volunteer who introduced us to the rescued donkeys and horses there, is passionate about what she does and makes it contagious! Highly recommended visit.

We attended the sunday open day and had a great time walking round and meeting all the horses, mules and donkeys. The team are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have, special thanks to cath who put up with us asking a million questions. I think we spent over an hour speaking with her and she was very informative, I had very little knowledge of horses before so it was very interesting learning all about these beautiful animals and all the amazing work they do at ARCH

Delightful, well run sanctuary for abused and neglected equines out on the Coín Road out of Alhaurín el Grande. Kind and experienced staff and volunteers. Coffee and cakes. Lovely visit. We were a couple but this would make a nice visit for all the family. We will visit again!

A lovely venue to visit for an hour or so. Well laid out and you visit each resident with a guide. There's a coffee shop and ARCH goods for sale. Well worth a visit.

This is the most amazing sanctuary where these truely beautiful and kind people rescue badly and cruely treated horses and donkeys. Nuturing these beautiful animals back to health, and then finding loving homes. All done with such profound love and non lucrative. All paid for with the monies they raise from donations, their charity shop, and events.
