Generally excellent but it would be helpful to clarify recorded instructions when calling by phone as even I find them misleading.

By far the worst possible customer service I have experienced in my 15 years of living in Spain!
I have sent multiple emails, not even had the courtesy of acknowledging me, three emails sent in the space of a week and a half. 23 phone calls made to the office and not one single response!
Shocking and pathetic service! Very disappointing especially with the prospect of gaining a new client.

I have been dealing with Tracey over the past year and her help has been invaluable. Any issues I have had she sorted for me but also communicated with me as and when she said she would. I will certainly use them again. Thanks Tracey
