Estoy completamente abrumado por lo fácil y placentero que es cada aspecto de tratar con Atlantic Clinic. Esto es muy importante cuando uno se siente enfermo y preocupado.
El personal de recepción es fantástico y muy rápido a la hora de responder a las solicitudes de citas y mi experiencia al ser tratado por el Dr. Martin Heidemann fue excepcional. Tiene una personalidad y unos modales peculiares que me hicieron sentir inmediatamente cómodo y confiado en que en realidad estaba prestando atención a mis inquietudes y buscando la mejor solución posible en lugar de tratar de sacarme lo más rápido posible para poder seguir con el asunto. siguiente paciente.

Mi pareja y yo visitamos al Dr. Anthony Chricton-Smith para recibir tratamiento. Fue extremadamente profesional y fácil de tratar. Realmente no puedo recomendar Atlantic Clinic lo suficiente; ha sido un servicio de primera clase, desde nuestra llamada inicial hasta el tratamiento real y luego el cuidado posterior. Un personal tan servicial y tan eficiente.
Estoy de vacaciones en Irlanda con mi joven familia y me resbalé un disco en la espalda la mañana en que debíamos volar a casa. El Dr. Crichton-Smith fue absolutamente increíble, salió casi de inmediato para una visita domiciliaria ya que no podía levantarme de la cama. Hizo una revisión exhaustiva de mis síntomas y la medicación que me recetó ha sido muy efectiva. Obviamente no pude volar a casa, pero el Dr. Crichton-Smith ha sido muy atento, con otra visita a mi hogar para controlarme y contacto regular en WhatsApp para verificar y brindar consejos y responder cualquier consulta que haya tenido.

Highly overpriced service. They charge almost double or triple for tests that you can order yourself from Synlab (they have small clinics and blood drawing facilities across Marbella). 70 eur for ECG (25 eur in my home country). I never received the results of my urine test after paying 260 eur in total for the visit plus tests. The doctor never checked my nose and sinuses which was one of my main complaint. Could have ordered the Mens Health package analysis from Synlab for 45 eur and gotten much more comprehensive set of tests. Synlab has also much nicer modern facilities and the clinic sends the samples to Synlab anyway.

If you need recommendations from doctor about which tests to order, it is fine to pay for appointment but avoid overpaying for the tests and just go to Synlab directly.

I found all the staff at the clinic to be friendly & efficient.
Dr Crichton Smith was very thorough & organised relevant checks quickly.

Only saw one doctor here who was incompetent - I came in with a fever, a sore throat, a cough and a headache. He claimed it was a virus and did not prescribe me any medication. He also bullied me into getting a COVID test when I told him I JUST tested negative (around 45 euros in their pocket to tell me what I already knew). He answered his phone throughout the consultation (like actually took phone calls mid-way through my physical exam). When I asked him about what I could do about my throat, he just ignored me. Two days later, my situation was still the same; when I asked for him to prescribe me some medications, the clinic informed me that I needed to pay for a second visit. I will obviously not be going back there.

I attended the Atlantic Clinic for my Covid test to return to the UK. The website is excellent and booking my appointment online was very easy.
They sent reminders which was also good.
The testing process was very slick and well organised and the results were available after 15 minutes with a certificate and email confirmation.
Definitely recommend.

I Had a vasectomy 10 years ago. I was told by multiple doctors that it was not possible to reverse. After speaking with Dr Fernandez Montero and undergoing the procedure to reverse the vasectomy 3 months later it has been successful. From consultation to hospital the care and work has been perfect. Highly recommend Dr Montero, brilliant surgeon. Thank you!

The clinic was so helpful, as English speakers and worried about my husbands health, they were so efficient & easy to deal with.

The doctor spoke fluent English, took a thorough history before delivering the correct diagnosis (which was confirmed by the hospital later that day).

They also followed the result of the hospital findings by telephone the next day.

Excellent service, booked our COVID tests to return to the UK, only had to wait 15 minutes for the results, fully recommend, a big thank you to the nurse/doctor who looked after my husband who struggled to have the stick put up his nose, she was extremely patient with him

Dr. Crichton-Smith was incredibly patient and helpful! He listened to all of my concerns and asked thoughtful questions. All of the secretaries were lovely and I felt well cared for and well informed. I can't recommend this practice highly enough, especially if you are an English speaker in southern Spain!

Spectacularly rude. If you want your doctor's advice to include comments like "a monkey with a laser could do damage in a cathedral" then Dr Milano is the right fit for your needs. If you are looking for something more professional then stay away.
