Atención y trato muy amable. Reconocimiento auditivo muy exhaustivo.
Como no necesitaba más que una reparación mínima del audífono, NO intentaron venderme otro. Lo que es de agradecer.

My husband had hearing aids from Auditec more than two years ago and they have improved his life tremendously. We cannot say enough about the incredible service they offer and how they manage to combine professionalism with friendliness. We would recommend them wholeheartedly. All the staff are wonderful and for people who do not speak Spanish, they speak Emglish perfectly. Sorry I do not know if they also speak other llanguages but it would not surprise me if they do. They are well trained in their profession and extremely helpful

Auditec staff were extremely helpful to me and performed a comprehensive series of tests on my hearing explaining fully what they were for and discussing all the results with me. My options were explained together with their recommendations. At all times the staff were friendly while remaining professional. The after care also appears to be excellent (judging by other customers who attended whilst I was there). I would thoroughly recommend Auditec to anyone who feels that they are suffering from hearing loss.

Highly recommended for the total professional approach shown by all the staff. As a medical professional myself, I was highly impressed by the thoroughness of the initial hearing assessment by Maria. The subsequent follow-up to find hearing aids to fit my severe hearing loss was so impressive, and I now have new hearing aids, linked to my phone, tv and external microphone- whole new world! The receptionist, Tania, speaks perfect English, and is extremely helpful and courteous. A real find for the future.
