La experiencia con Laura ha sido increíble, me hice un masaje de relajación. Antes de empezar el masaje tenéis una pequeña conversación a modo de terapia en el que ambas partes llegáis a conectar y eso es algo que veo esencial a la hora de continuar con la siguiente parte que es el masaje. Gracias a las técnicas aplicadas por Laura llegas a un nivel de relajación y de cuidado personal que no es fácil llegar, pero Laura te guiará en ese camino de serenidad. Se nota que no te hace los típicos 30min de masaje que podrías encontrarte en balnearios, etc.
Laura te adentra a un viaje dónde hay un antes y después al estar con ella.

I stumbled upon Laura when I needed a massage in Seville and was so impressed, I booked in for a week - a massage a day for five days. I was really impressed by the holistic approach. She was interested not just in my physical well-being but in the psychological landscape too, so we chatted for a while and set goals that went beyond muscle relaxation and reached towards something deeper and more spiritual. I then surrendered to her expertise and allowed her to guide me through a process that included massage, reflexology, energy-healing and other techniques, as well as ambient flourishes such as sounds and smells. By the end I was floating through Seville and I felt both transported in the sessions and deeply relaxed afterwards.

I thoroughly recommend her and suggest you take a similar approach - play the long game… treat yourself to an adventure in well-being and trust her to carry you along, at times floating, at times resting in the silence on the floor of the ocean. Fabulous.

Paso demasiadas horas sentadas trabajando con el ordenador, así que, por recomendación, decidí probar este tipo de masajes. Además de relajante y de ayudarme con el dolor muscular, Laura me transmitió mucha calma en todo momento y eso hizo que saliera de su consulta como una persona nueva. Este tipo de masajes (y de atenció), son los que uno/a necesita darse de vez en cuando para liberar estrés y tensiones. Un 10 en todo.

Me ha encantado esta experiencia, un regalo para mi cuerpo y mi alma. El estrés de la rutina ha podido tomar una pausa una vez he entrado a la sala de masaje y más aún con las manos de Laura. Súper recomendada!
