Esos tipos son ladrones. El vehículo estaba lleno y aún así cobraron el combustible, porque la estación estaba demasiado lejos del garaje (tuvimos que mostrar el recibo). El responsable, Elías, ni siquiera sabe tratar bien a los clientes. Fue agresivo y casi violento y nos insultó cuando le pedí ver los términos y condiciones del alquiler. No olvides tirar el recibo cuando compres combustible, de lo contrario intentarán estafarte. Informaré de esto a la empresa.

Click rent es una empresa muy fácil de usar. Me recibió una señora llamada Verónica cuando dejé el auto. El inglés de Verónica era increíble, la comunicación fluida y sus modales encantadores. Gracias Clickrent.

Hassan fue muy educado con nosotros. Hay un lugar para que los niños jueguen y es posible realizar el check-in online durante el traslado.

Todo el proceso fue súper fácil y muy bien organizado. Desde el servicio de transporte en el aeropuerto hasta la recogida y devolución del coche. Sobre todo, el proceso de devolución con Adela fue muy positivo, educado, rápido y sin complicaciones. Volveremos a reservar con este proveedor de alquiler de automóviles en nuestras próximas vacaciones.

Rara vez escribo reseñas, pero me siento obligado a hacerlo. Este establecimiento no solo canceló mi reserva original justo antes de mi llegada, sino que luego se negaron a alquilarme debido a mi permiso de conducir internacional (a pesar de que ese no es un requisito incluido en la reserva). Tenía ambos formularios y un pasaporte, pero ¿mi dirección era antigua? Cualquiera que tenga una licencia de manejar en EE. UU.sabe que esto sucede todo el tiempo, recibimos una cada siete años. De todos modos, entonces comencé a que me gritaran y me sermonearan sobre visitar España, lo cual fue absolutamente ridículo y más allá de un horrible servicio al cliente.

Luego hablé con un agente de Chase Ultimate Rewards, quien mencionó que varias personas tuvieron una experiencia similar aquí. Afortunadamente me volvieron a reservar en otro lugar.

Este es un horrible lugar para alquilar. Si eres EE. UU, evita este lugar. Elige otra opción.

El auto estaba bien, el servicio fue agradable y atento. El camino hacia el transbordador fue difícil de encontrar. El hecho de que tuviéramos que dejar el coche 20 minutos antes nos costó 55€.

Bonito, rápido y muy buen servicio. El coche funcionó muy bien durante seis días.
La Sra. Isabel, que estaba regalando un coche, respondió con claridad y paciencia a todas sus preguntas.
La señora Raquel quien estaba recibiendo un auto lo hizo muy rápido en una amena conversación.
Lo único que podría ser mejor es una explicación sobre dónde encontrar un autobús lanzadera en el aeropuerto de Málaga, que figura en los documentos de reserva. Por teléfono me orientaron bastante bien.

La compañía es una completa estafa una vez que llega, nos presionaron para que actualicen el automóvil a pesar de que dijimos que no, el automóvil que recibimos estaba muy rayado en varios lugares diferentes. Regresé a la oficina y no saldrían a revisar el vehículo, así que tomamos fotos pero no vimos una marca de 10 mm dentro de la puerta trasera al devolver el auto fue examinado hasta que finalmente fueron a la marca pequeña como si ya supieran que estaba allí Me cobraron 280 euros de inmediato porque no pude producir una foto del marca exacta ahora que ha llegado la factura final y son £ 300

La peor oficina en la que puedes alquilar un coche.
Aconsejo a nadie que se ocupe de él.
Es muy comodo perder el dia mientras esperas que alguien te atienda y el servicio al cliente es malo y con una sola persona se pueden sentar media hora o mas

I had a very bad experience.the way this company works is an example of what happened to me.when you pick up the car they don't accompany you to the car for check.but when you return with the car they do the check, this procedure is flawed, because they can point out defects that already existed in the vehicle. Worst car rental company I've seen. I do not recommend.

Wir wurden vor Ort am Flughafen in Malaga bei AutoClick Rent a Car von Veronica sehr freundlich, kompetent und sogar in deutscher Sprache betreut. Die Autoabholung hat einwandfrei, so wie vorab gebucht funktioniert.

Waiting for 6 months now to get back 950€ for damages somebody caused before i rented the car. Unpolite atending in office of Malaga. Customer care has no phone number and keeps messing around with my request with already 3 different persons. The last one is Andres Trefz, before that Alba Marti, before that Maria Umbert… getting tired of it. If you dont take the insurance they take advantage to charge you for things that were already wrong with the car before your rental period. It is impossible to take good pictures of the car because of reflections everywhere in their pick up space. That s also an advantage for them because it d your word against their. Not amused at all. I rented several times with them in the past but now bad luck and not a correct service and robbery.

After trying several rentals, these guys are by far the best.
I've had many horrible experiences with the other companies: incorrect charges, horrible service, pushy techniques to sell you i surance, etc.

They are scammers! We rented a car in Malaga and got to pay 560 EUR for a 1 mm scratch (like a dot) on the door. Of course we did not make it and we never imagined that we would need to take photos of all dots on the car before taking the car.

Alquile un 500 Fiat para dos semanas y el coche estaba bien potente, el servicio de entrega muy rápido y la devolución también muy profesional con consejos de la señora Inma acerca de seguros y precios. Un servicio muy profesional. Buen equipo.

Nº CR719083G mi última reserva con Click Rent ha sido como siempre una maravilla. Sobre todo resaltar el trato personalizado, la amabilidad y la profesionalidad del personal. Los coches están siempre en las mejores condiciones. El servicio de Shuttle tal y como el resto, muy cómodo y puntual.

Pésimo servicio. Contraté un coche en una página web para cuatro días, el precio era de 80 eur con seguro a todo riesgo incluído. Al llegar a la isla de Menorca, un autobús nos recogió en el aeropuerto pero no tenía más que ocho plazas, con lo cual, tuvimos que esperar a que llevara primero a otros pasajeros. Al llegar a las oficinas, nos exigen un depósito de 1050 eur, y al pagar con tarjeta de débito, nos la rechazan porque dicen que debe ser de crédito, rechazan el pago en efectivo, y cualquier otra tarjeta de crédito que no esté a nombre del titular que hizo la reserva, en este caso mi esposo. Como única solución para no perder la reserva, me exigen el pago de otros 80 eur en concepto de otro seguro a todo riesgo (a parte del que yo ya tenía contratado), por lo que el total me sale por 160 eur (el doble de lo que yo contraté en un principio). Curiosamente, sí que aceptan mi tarjeta de débito para pagar este seguro. Este mismo seguro me había costado cuando lo contraté desde la web, 26 eur, Resumiendo, me exigen un seguro que yo ya tenía y encima me lo cobran el triple. ALUCINANTE, esto es una ESTAFA en toda regla. NO ALQUILEN EN ESTE SITIO!

40 min waiting for shuttle bass. Customers of all other rent-car services had left. We were alone at the shuttle-bus stop. Very difficult to get them by phone - 15 min of listening to music.
At 7.30 am while we’re in a hurry before departure regular drop off parking still closed and you can’t find any instructions where to drop the car. The staff is already in the office but reluctant to open the door to explain what to do with the car. That’s terrible!
Drop off procedure is very slow. Only one employee at the drop off point. Damage control is very strict.
Advice: be prepared for long waiting for shuttle bus, avoid drop off out of working hours, come earlier at list 30 min

We booked the car online and were taken to car rent with a transfer. From the handover to the return everything went perfectly. We can recommend it.

Alquilamos un coche para 5 días. Fiat Panda. Cogimos el seguro a todo riesgo por 100€ no nos pusieron ninguna pega. La recogida fue en una furgoneta dónde están estacionados los Uber y nos dejaron allí para volver. Rapidez en la búsqueda y dejada. El coche tenía algún golpe hicimos fotos pero al coger el seguro no miraron nada

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! I bought the zero excess insurance from them – however when picking up the car they said I still had to leave a 1200 euro deposit – the girl at reception wouldn’t rent me the car unless I left this. Of course you have to take it as you have holiday plans, they know it and extort this. On returning the car, they charged me 620 euros for damage I didn’t do. Be careful! They play the trick where if there is 2 existing marks on the car that are close to each other they will only mark 1 on the paper. I didn’t take photos (my mistake) but I knew I had bought zero excess and had the booking voucher and proof so I had full cover. On disputing the charge, they said they made a mistake and I had in fact bought a reduced excess – which isn’t zero excess that was advertised and sold to me. They said reduced excess doesn't cover the tires – so they said they would refund me all the damages apart from a tiny mark on the tyre hub. In the end they refund me less and still owe me over 100 euros.they don’t answer any emails. Why waste your time and energy on these jokers, they are plenty of reputable car hire companies in Malaga that operate legally and fairly…avoid these scammers. The power is with the consumer – lets put them out of business. Their prices are no different to other companies. Why take the risk? GO WITH OTHER COMPANIES…! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Best avoided, booked through booking. Com booked an estate car and paid for it. On arrival they gave me a banged up hatchback. Unfortunately at that time of night and with 2 kids we didn't have much other than to take it. Complained through booking.com wanting partial refund. Company refused telling them Ir was an upgrade!

Une grosse ARNAQUE, ne jamais louer de voiture là-bas.
On a une débit card et eux veulent une crédit card.bien sûr rien n'avez était indiqué auparavant.
Ayant une carte gold celle ci fonctionne n'importe où dans le monde.
Ils n'ont pas voulu la prendre soit disant qu'elle ne pouvait pas prendre la caution dessus si ce n'était pas marqué crédit card.
Obligé de prendre une assurance de 150 euro pour pouvoir utiliser la voiture.idnamissible!
Hôtesse d'accueil désagréable et mal poli.dès qu'il s'agit de s'expliquer, elle nous fou dehors.
D'autant plus qu'ils nous on donné une voiture haut de gamme par rapport à ce qu'on avait commandé, soit disant pour le confort.
Rien à voir.voiture inconfortable, voiture qui consommait énormément (normal c'était le modèle sport RS.) encore un sujet sur lequel ils vous volent.
Au départ de la prise de voiture l'essence n'était pas au complet.on le signal.elle nous dit ramener au même niveau d'essence.ce que l'on a fait.
Bizzarement lors du dépôt de la voiture, son collègue n'avait pas eu l'information donc ils veulent nous debiter l'essence qui manque, insolence envers les clients car il a pas voulu nous ecouter.
Une boîte de VOLEURS! PIRE ARNAQUE! INSOLENCE!

Arnaque! J’ai été prélevé de 400€ et je n’ai pas eu de voiture car sois disant je n’étais pas présente dans les 3h, alors que nous sommes arrivé 2h30 après l’heure indiquée. Le personnel nous a insulté et aucun remboursement possible. Cette agence a pourri mes vacances!

After waiting half an hour at the airoport of Malaga, ClickRent shuttle bus came and dropped us at thier agency.
When we got to the office, the lady didn't found our reservation. When we showed her the email order confirmation, she check again. Bravo, the lady found our reservation. Two minutes later, she told us, the car reserved is not available (Mercedes Class A). That doesn't matter, that can happen to anyone.  Normally, when the car is not available, the company upgrades the car's range. Yes, all companies do it EXCEPT CLICKRENT that downgrades the car's range. The surprise.they want give us a Fiat Panda (Mercedes Class A to Fiat Panda? It's a Joke). I refused and went to their parking to check the cars available. THEN, I found 2x Mercedes Class A and 1 BMW Serie 1 (attached pictures).
I returned to the office et told them to take us to the airoport. They refused. I had to take a taxi.
I would not recommend you CLICKRENT.

Overall not a bad service but scored a 1 due to the computer says no attitude on some credit card issues on arrival. On getting my PIN number wrong I had no way of providing a pre auth payment for the excess of €1050. A debit card would not suffice so I had no option but to pay for their relax insurance at a rate of €80 (already purchased an excess insurance at home so frustrating). I also then had to pay €200 pre auth to ensure I returned the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. This could be taken by debit card? Might be just me but felt vulnerable by the spill, jargon and overall feeling of being guilty of something before the car was taken. Flipping the situation when I arrived at the hotel and explained my pin issues it was met with a ‘no problem sir, you can sign.not an issue’. Moral of the review.make sure you know your pin otherwise it could be expensive. Ultimately I was in the wrong but good to share so others can avoid the charges. Happy New Year!

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.el trató es pésimo por los empleados. Te coaccionan para que te saques el seguro con ellos. Yo alquilé a través de doyouspain y el seguro también con ellos. Durante el periodo de alquiler tuvo un problema con el coche que no arrancaba vino asistencia en carretera y dijo que era un problema de la grúa. Cuando llego a entregar el vehículo me cobran 90 € por servicio de asistencia en carretera. Me quieren hacer pagar a mí la grúa cuando mi culpa no ha sido es un fallo de la batería del vehículo. Cuando le solicito la hoja de reclamaciones me la dan una vez yo rellenada la hoja de reclamaciones le solicito que me pongan el sello y la firma y me dicen que no que no tienen que poner absolutamente nada
Llamo a la policía local y me informan de que están obligados hacerlo y solicito una dotación para que lo hagan. Solo y exclusivamente me firman la hoja de reclamaciones cuando llega la policía local. Es por lo que no recomiendo para nada este Renta-car

They took their time to pick us up at the airport. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the shuttle service with a small child. When picking up the car everything was okay and fast.

When returning the car they argued that we had made two scratched in the car which we didn't. But unfortunately we forgot to make pictures of the car. They wanted nearly 400 € for two little scratches although the car had a lot of bumps and scratches beforehand (additionally the lady who handled this was very arrogant and unfriendly). It seems as I talked to other people who rented with them that it is their way to make some extra money. Never had these issues with any other car rental company before.

Great car rental company! Probably one of the best in Spain, the staff are also very professional and give clear instructions. Maria, Alicia and Daniel do a great job very time I rent a car with them.

Trato muy bueno por parte de sus empleados. Sin embargo, una vez que recogimos el coche, nos decepcionó la limpieza de éste. Dentro del coche, apestaba a tabaco y parecía una playa por la cantidad de arena y tierra que tenía. Creo que deberían mejorar ese aspecto
