First off rent your car from Espacar, just do it save your time
Autos Aquirre SL is a tourist trap car hire, large deposit, one way fees, limited mileage, return on empty nonsense. They took €204 from us then gave us a voucher, we had to show up to their office in La Linea to demand our refund back due to their hidden fees, we believe we wouldn't have gotten it back if we didn't show up in person. They have poor communication through email, and give you the run around about talking to management and their 'boss'. Please don't waste your time or money, glad we didn't sign a contract with this scam of a company. Again shop around, we recommend Espacar as it was stress free, no fees, no deposit, unlimited mileage, perfect for our honeymoon in Andalucia

Rented a car for a week with no problems. Collection was easy. They hold a deposit on your credit card, which was removed when the car was returned. €30 of fuel was in the tank to start (which I paid for) was enough for the week.

Great service! Nightmare BA flight redirected from Gibraltar to Malaga because of fog. These guys were amazing, Natalia sorted out a car with her colleague Markus in Malaga, who collected us by minibus and drove us to their local office. They completely smoothed out what could have been really stressful situation. Thank you!

Un trato excelente. La semana pasada llegamos a Gibraltar por la noche en el último vuelo. En la terminal del aeropuerto que es muy nueva y moderna estaban esperándonos las dos chicas de Autos Aguirre que fueron muy simpáticas y graciosas con nosotros. Lo mejor es que el coche que nos dieron era ecológico, por lo que en una semana recorriendo Cádiz no logramos terminar el depósito. Él Nissan Juke era súper cómodo, se notaba que era nuevo y de los últimos modelos. Para devolverlo tampoco tuvimos ningún problema. Como Autos Aguirre tiene oficinas a ambos lado de la frontera de Gibraltar no tuvimos que esperar la cola de vehículos para entrar en Gibraltar, así que decidimos devolverlo en La Línea. Nos devolvieron la fianza y el precio del alquiler muy bueno Muy buen servicio. Sobre todo, muy agradable el personal.

I have had plenty of experiences with hire car companies in Spain -and all their petty rip offs. Never had a problem with these guys.
