Proceso de recogida y devolución muy rápido. Precios muy competitivos. Tuvimos el coche durante 3 días para descubrir Andalucía. Altamente recomendado.

Joya local absolutamente inesperada. Buen precio, coche totalmente asegurado. Segundo conductor y asiento para niños, gratis. Alquilado en la oficina de la playa de Fuengirola, devuelto en el aeropuerto (también sin coste extra).

¡Súper bien! Tenía el coche reservado online y el pago se realizó en el momento en que recogí el coche, sin garantía alguna. El depósito en el momento de la recogida está lleno y habrá que entregarlo con el depósito lleno. Alguien nos esperó con un coche en el aeropuerto (el número de vuelo y la hora se dan al hacer la reserva) y entregamos el coche en su oficina en Fuengirola. ¡No tuve absolutamente ningún problema!

I am very pleased with my rental. I rented a car from Autos Flores last year too. The service and efficiency of the staff is excellent. Have used Autoflores regularly for years and simply WOULD NOT use anyone else. They are completely reliable, punctual, accessible, professional and friendly. There are no hidden extras in the price. A recent minor mirror damage whilst parked up was reported by us and we were assured not to worry and were thanked for letting them know. You get an excellent deal with complete peace of mind. No other company comes close.

This was the fourth time that I’ve rented a car from Auto Flores, all the cars where in good condition and immaculate clean. Having full insurance is a great asset, no arguments and disputes when returning the car like some company’s.

My best car rental experience so far. Fast and friendly staff, everything included in price, good quality cars.

Extremely good service. Easy to talk too. Good conditions, for example two extra drivers for free.

We have used Auto Flores for over 30 years and they have always been courteous and competitive on price using good quality cars. This time we had a small Ford Ka which went very well although small boot space could be a problem but there were only two of us this time. The full CDW included in the price is excellent value with good service too

If i could i would give Auto Flores 10 stars, they are really fantastic! When we landed, their representative met us at the arrival gate. Everything was smooth and quick. Car was great, clean, reliable and really moderatly priced. With them there are no hidden costs. Every time i will use their service. Highly recommended!

Met in time at the airport, car was in good order, totally inclusive insurance with additional drivers added. So impressed with these guys after lots of upwelling and poor service in the past. Simple drop off process too.

Very efficient service. No hanging around in queues and being asked if you want to pay loads more for “extras”! Drop off again easy by parking in a public airport parking bay and texting them the location. Highly recommended.

Like every year a very good and smooth delivery of the cars. At the last day the Flores men was allready at the parking for picking up both cars. We could carry on to the airport. Great service. Thanks Flores and will come back. René from Holland

We have been using Autosflores for some years now and are so glad we found them after using some of the other rental companies in malaga.
The peace of mind when you hire from them is worth a lot more than you think when considering what other companies can put you through with additional fees for insurance cover and find it is still not total cover, or make a huge pre release charge against your payment card or tell you your extra insurance cover bought before you left home is not valid. No getting home and then finding a charge against you for supposed damage that you know nothing about!
No extra charge for airport collection or drop off, friendly helpful staff and back is there just in case you need help at any time. We would recommend Autosflores most strongly. No fuel problems either, just return the car with same amount of fuel you started the hire with.

Their customer service is wonderful, they are always waiting at the airport ready to help and take you to your car. No hidden extras no being bullied into extras when you get to the airport, as I’ve experienced with other companies. You are off out of the airport within minutes of collecting your bags. I have now used Auto Flores several times from Malaga Airport and would highly recommend them, especially for their professional service. They have made the process to hire a car really easy, from initial online booking to meet and greet at the airport by their representative who will then take you to your car which is only a couple of minutes walk. You can then check the car, sign the paperwork, pay by credit card, load your luggage and drive off on your holiday. There is also a pre-paid parking ticket in the car to use at the barriers so absolutely hassle free.
Your hire includes full insurance, , no excess so nothing else to worry about. Dropping off the car is just as easy as full instructions are supplied as what to do, but basically you park the car in General Parking, SMS the Bay number and floor level and you are on your way home.
It is that easy, no queues unlike other hire car companies I have used.

We have used Autos Flores Rent a car for quite a number of years, each time we visit our apartment in Spain. They are always efficient, on time, courteous and the cars are always clean. Covid-19 meant that additional steps had to be taken to ensure our safety (covering steering wheels, hand breaks with plastic), fully sanitising everything before we collected the car. All the people we have dealt with are friendly and the service overall is of very high quality and reasonably priced.

Auto Flores Rent a Car was brilliant. We were met outside the airport and the paperwork was completed in minutes, we were able to get on with our holiday. We would not use anyone else for car hire, they gave excellent customer service.

We have been using Autos Flores now since 2014 for all of our hire car bookings out of Malaga Airport and always book directly.

We had become completely frustrated with the scandalous approach being taken through all of the hire companies aligned with the various on-line brokers, with their headline rates of €1.99 / day and on the worse occasion an extra €400.00+ of costs to pay after queuing for 2 hrs before we could drive a tatty car away.

Autos Flores have a clear and transparent pricing quality. We have booked in excess of 40 cars with them over the years and have NEVER paid more than the price quoted, NEVER had to pay for a full tank of fuel up-front, when we only wanted to drive 200km, NEVER had to pay any insurance excess, NEVER had to pay for additional drivers, NEVER had to pay a deposit / charge to a credit card, NEVER had to queue for up to 3 hours to collect a car, NEVER had to queue to drop a car off.

Their cars are well maintained, their staff are friendly, real people (we regularly deal with Nadia & Alejandro), the meet and greet service is exemplary and drop off could not be smoother.
