Una persona muy educada nos recogió en mitad de la noche en el aeropuerto, lo cual es un muy buen servicio. En general, es una buena empresa para alquilar un coche, con gente agradable trabajando.

Alquilé un coche del 14 al 20 de febrero de 2024. Todo el personal fue amable y servicial. Viajaba con una persona con movilidad reducida y fueron de gran ayuda para ella. El coche estaba casi nuevo y muy limpio. El papeleo se completó rápidamente. Me formé la impresión de que el personal era digno de confianza y no vaqueros. Devolver el coche fue sencillo, se registró rápidamente, no hubo problemas y se lo llevaron directamente al aeropuerto. El costo era muy competitivo. Me sentí muy cómodo con esta empresa y los volveré a utilizar si vuelvo a Málaga.

¡Estos son estafadores! Retienen del depósito una cantidad mucho mayor de la acordada. ¡350 euros retenidos sin permiso! Alquila tu coche en otro lugar porque te decepcionarás con esta gente.

Servicio de transporte muy rápido y bueno después de devolver el coche.
Llegamos a las 7: 00 am para devolver el coche y menos de 5 minutos después ya estábamos en la sala de salidas del aeropuerto de Málaga.

Coche pequeño, económico, sencillo y genial.
Fianza de 400€, lo recuperé sin dramas. Incluso nos consiguieron un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto; solo íbamos a caminar. No hay cosas por ahí, genuinas.

¡¡Gran servicio! Y qué buena gente servicial. Tuvimos problemas con el coche a 100km de Málaga. En 2 horas se cambió el coche y pudimos continuar. Querido Paco eres oro para una empresa de alquiler. Creo que deberías conseguir un aumento de sueldo. Y hablo en serio. Hasta la proxima vez!

Tuvimos una buena experiencia con esta empresa de alquiler, la comunicación fue buena. El espejo estaba roto en la bicicleta, lo cual era molesto (no nos dimos cuenta de esto hasta después de que nos fuimos). Afortunadamente, aparte del espejo, no tuvimos ningún problema con la bicicleta. Ofrecen servicio gratuito de recogida y regreso al aeropuerto, así que asegúrese de preguntar al respecto. Si hace su reserva en línea, asegúrese de tener copias de sus términos, ya que la comunicación entre su sistema y las empresas de terceros con las que trabajan parece estar desconectada. Su sistema no mostraba el límite de kilometraje ni que habíamos pagado por un casco extra. Esto no fue un problema ya que teníamos copias de todo, pero solo un consejo útil. Volvería a alquilar con ellos.

Just home after a 2 week holiday just outside Malaga, had an almost Brand new Kia Xceed, great little car, great company to deal with, as a family we have been using Autos Lido for well over a decade. Would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. Lovely greeting inside the arrivals Hall, nice air conditioned bus to pick up the car. Great service as usual.

Ha sido la primera vez que hemos requerido sus servicios y la experiencia ha resultado excelente. Inmejorable ubicación, desplazamientos rápidos y profesionales cualificados.
Además nos llevamos la agradable sorpresa de que el lavado del coche estaba incluido, cuando en las página web parecía un extra.

Los servicios muy buenos, pero me encontré el coche rayado en la puerta y aleta trasera derecha. No tuve la precaución de repasarlo por todos lados ya que lo recogimos a las 23: 30 de la noche y me di cuenta a la mañana siguiente en mi casa, ese fue mi fallo. No pagas un parking cubierto para que te rayen el coche. No volveré a utilizarlo

This company is a complete scam. I rented a car through doyouspain.com and was confronted with a car that technically was not up to standard. After some debate they said they would be willing to reimburse of I paid one day rental, which seemed reasonable. The refund would be organized through doyouspain.com and they charged my creditcard with an additional day rent. Clever scam, as they communicated to doyouspain that they are not willing to reimburse the agreed amount.

Both Auros Lido and doyouspain.com ar not to be trusted. Juist go with the mainstream rental companies and avoid these crooks!

It's no surprise local businesses link with this company. Car hire with Autos Lido is very straightforward and well price. I email and say what car I need and when. They email me an excellent all inclusive price. I'm met at the airport and pay exactly what has been quoted - no hidden extras. Their cars are reliable and clean. Car hire without any hassle.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. Literally the worst car rental experience ever. It has been 4 weeks since we have returned the car AND I'M STILL DEALING WITH THEM.

Firstly, they gave our initial car away that we booked because they claimed that we didn't email them our flight details and didn't pick up the vehicle within the 2 hour frame. This was untrue, and even with proof of email, we had to pay a extremely higher price for another vehicle that wasn't even cleaned. Their customer service is horrible. I was initially helped by a rude member of staff who eventually just walked off and started helping someone else midway through a conversation just because he couldn't be asked helping after showing him said email. Not to the redemption of the company, there was one kind soul who ended up helping and sending us off.

However, 3 weeks after returning the car I realise that there was an additional charge made to my credit card without my knowledge. I called them to inquiry what it was and they explained it was an admin fee for a ticket (which fair enough, I understand that). What I do NOT understand is not being notified that they were going to be charging my card or that there was even a ticket that was received. When I spoke with them on the phone, they claimed that I wasn't notified because my email wasn't on file. How can that even be possible!? At the very least they had access to the phone number and the address that was on the contract. SOME form of contact surely would have been better then none at all? Please PLEASE save yourself the hassle and rent a car with someone else. This experience has been nothing short than a nightmare.

I have used quite a number of car rental agencies in Malaga and other airports. I have to say that the service that Autos Lido have provided is A1. The car was pristine, and the staff member, Luis, who took care of us was very professional. I couldn't recommend them more! Do yourself a favour and give these a try the next time you are in town, you won't regret it.

Qordt place to rent a car for multiple reasons:
1. The cars are old, and smelly like it got water damage or worst.
2. On my contract I have gas full-tilt with no charge. They charge me in advance 90€ because they said, the contract is always full-empty, eventhough I show my co tract over the internet and a copy on email that it shows full-full, condition.
3. They want to charge you 80€ to reduce the amount block on your credit card for renting a car.

We requested the car delivered to our resort which they said would not be a problem and then we decided to get the car earlier than previously planned and again it wasn’t a problem. The car was prepped and ready for us within a few hours.
We found their prices to be very competitive and their all inclusive insurance gave us a peace of mind.
Even when I got a ticket, they were super helpful in helping get the matter resolved even after contacting them after their office hours.

Will most certainly be using them again on our next trip to Spain. They are located three minutes away from Malaga airport. Was. A very friendly and helpful team.

Contrate a traves de do you spain, la ofera era muy golosa creo que unos 20€ / dia. Pero cuando voy me dicen que tengo que dejar a credido 800€ en la tarjeta bloqueado a parte de gastos por repostaje de depositos de gasolina aunque lo entregues lleno. Perdi mi dinero xq me decia que lo saque con ellos en la oficina y me salia 120€ dias. Solucion autobus y tira.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Simply, do not book a car with this agency. Avoid at all cost. Massive scam. Sneaky & dishonest employees that cheat in every way possible. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Stay clear of this company they try to fleece you with added extra costs and lies - if you argue long enough they have to give in because they know they are being dishonest and don’t have a leg to stand on! But just not right in my eyes! Trying it on doesn’t sit well with me!

I called the day before to reserve a car for 9am, when they open. The guy on the phone said no problem and that I should come in at 9. I asked if he needed me to give my name or any information. He said no and that I could come in at 9 the next and get the car. We arrived at 9 the next day and no one was in the shop. I called and a man said that someone would be there in about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later there still wasn’t anyone. Unreliable.

Esta es una de las mejores compañías de alquiler de coches con la que he tenido el gusto de alquilar un coche. El coche estaba nuevo, un peugeot 208 justo el que había pedido y bastante potente que consumía muy poca gasolina. Me trajeron el coche a la puerta de casa sin coste adicional ninguno. Javi el chico que hizo en el momento los trámites muy amable. Lo puede devolver en el aeropuerto muy fácilmente. Lo mejor de todo es el precio SIN GASTOS ADICIONALES con seguro a todo riesgo. 264 euros toda una semana todo cubierto y que te lo entregan en la puerta de casa. Increíble!

In 40 years of hiring cars in Spain I have of course experienced almost all of the rip offs, hence I have learnt how to deal with them, However this one got the better of me. I booked a Fiesta and received an old Mazda with 160,000 miles on it, the list of issues are to great to go into on here, but I think you can imagine a Spanish rental car with that mileage. The Access deposit at £1750 is more than the value of the car! Avoid at all costs.

Alquilé coche con ellos a través de CarRentals con seguro opcional. A la llegada para recoger el vehículo me querían cobrar 140€. De seguro que no acepté. Me dieron un coche lleno de pequeños arañazos imposibles de controlar todos.
A la entrega me dijeron que uno de ellos lo había hecho yo. Acto seguido me cargaron los 140€ que me había negado a pagar de más.
Interpreten ustedes mismos. Desaconsejo totalmente esta compañía.

Staff were helpful, bike wasn't in perfect condition, dtc light came on few times. Airport shuttle is convenient.

Warning! Do not book a car from Autos Lido. From the reviews here I can see that they employ the same scam again and again! I experienced it myself: You arrive with a prepaid voucher from a booking portal (eg Doyouspain) and they tell you that you can't use the voucher because you "forgot to enter your flight number" (which, at the time of booking is an optional field, but not a required field in the form). Then they make you an "offer" considerably higher than what you already paid. Either you take the car for the higher price or you loose the money of the prepaid voucher. This is a scam par excellence and they seem to get away with it (which is almost unbelievable). Never again Autos Lido.
