Administración muy muy mal. 2 meses para hacer un cambio de usario. Los papeles firmado por ambas partes fueron enviado el 21/7 y el cambio no se ha hecho ya (el 21/9).

El servicio técnico una VERGÜENZA, empresa joven.lo único que funciona son las multinacionales, se pasan la ley de protección de datos, la ley de consumidores y usuarios.dudo mucho que lleguen lejos así, tienes un problema y 2 meses para solucionarlo.
Nada, suerte con la empresa, veremos a ver lo que os dura.

Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, desde que es Avatel.
Nada recomendable. Todo el día esperando la llamada del servicio técnico para una incidencia en un local comercial en el que nos es fundamental la línea móvil e internet.

Conexión muy buena.
Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones en Nerja y el propietario del apartamento tiene contratado la conexión a internet con esta empresa.
No hemos tenido ni un solo corte. Conexión fluida y muy rápida. Recomendado.

Falla muchísimo la conexión a internet.rara es la semana que no hay alguna incidencia. Tendrán un precio competitivo pero la calidad del producto regular

Fantastic service! Had a problem with my sim through my own fault and not being in Nerja to take it back to the shop, Miriam had the patience to deal with my problem and solved it quickly. Highly recommend Axartel and the staff, and english speakers which helps enormously when not fluent in Spanish.

Javier has been amazing. We've been a difficult case. We're in Canada but still need Spanish phones to pay bills etc. Mine worked, but my wife's didn't Javier has spent weeks trying to find the problem and finally succeeded. He went way above and beyond anything we could expected working with us on very different time zones. Thank you!

I would highly recommend using Axartel in Nerja. I needed to have WIFI set up and it was a very quick and seamless process. Celia in the office quickly dealt with the paperwork side and promptly arranged for a technician to come and install the WIFI. The technician did a great job of making sure the cables were hidden and the WIFI strength is excellent.

Went in, ordered pay as you go internet, one hour later it was being connected to our apartment, can, t fault it well done
