Me comuniqué con Juani antes de completar la venta de la casa y desde el principio ella fue servicial, amigable y hablaba muy bien inglés. El primer día que recibimos las llaves de la casa fuimos a ver a este maestro de atención al cliente. Al conocerla, fue absolutamente increíble, analizó todas nuestras opciones y elecciones y, al final, siguiendo sus recomendaciones, compramos 2 camas individuales y una cama tamaño king. Ella nos hizo un trato increíble e incluso nos regaló un par de fantásticas almohadas con recuerdos. El parto, una semana después, lo llevó al siguiente nivel, asegurándose de que todo estuviera ordenado antes del parto, el acceso a la casa, las posiciones de las camas, qué va a dónde y asesoró sobre la retirada de la cama vieja. Una vez instalado, envió fotos confirmando la instalación y también todo lo que dijo que sucedería. Quedamos impresionados con el tiempo, esfuerzo y eficiencia, Juani invirtió en nosotros, no hay ningún otro lugar en Nerja, compraríamos una cama en el futuro, ¡muchas gracias!

Llamamos un par de veces y la mujer de la tienda hablaba bien inglés, fue muy servicial y conocía su stock. La entrega se realizó el día acordado, los repartidores fueron muy amables, instalaron la nueva cama donde se solicitó y se llevaron todo el embalaje. No dudaríamos en volver a utilizar Bed's.

Aunque no soy de Nerja, los colchones que últimamente he comprado lo he hecho en esta tienda, ya que Juani siempre me ha atendido muy bien y ha sabido aconsejarme conforme a mis necesidades. Además de conocer bien los productos es muy amable.

After having looked at several options for buying a new mattress, Bed's Nerja was recommended to us by a friend. We were served by a lovely lady (Juani), who spoke perfect English (my Spanish only slowly improving), who was extremely patient and helpful. Furthermore, she was able to explain the mattress that was best suited to our existing bed and its base. After considering our options, we bought a mattress. We expect to receive it in the next few days, and Juani has been keeping us updated by email. As we stay fairly local to Nerja, the price includes delivery and removing old mattress. Based on our experience at Beds, and particularly the help from Juani, I would highly recommend to anyone considering a new bed and/or mattress.

During a 10 day stay in nerja, we contacted beds nerja to see if we could get a new bed for our apartment. Juani was so helpful and organised this all for us with ease. Communication was prompt, via email and phone, in english. The bed was delivered swiftly and old bed taken away. We were able to have a look online at what we wanted and go in to test the bed too. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend - thank you to Juani and the team for a fantastic service.

We bought a bed from this shop10 years ago and enjoyed such excellent service at the time returned yesterday to buy a replacement mattress. We were surprised and delighted to see that Juani was still there. Within 20 minutes we were sorted with the right mattress, a mattress cover and two new pillows - all at a great price and with a lovely smile from Juani. We can’t praise the service highly enough. I certainly can recommand this shop. We searched for new beds for our new appartement en we were very well adviced by Juany (owner of the shop). We ordered the beds in July but asked if they could be delivered in august wen we returned. That was no problem at all. And on the agreed date they were exactly on time. The beds were assembled quick and good by Juany's brother. And since then we have had a great night's sleep. Many thanks to Juany and her team!

The service and products at Beds Nerja is first class. Juani took the time to find out exactly what we needed, and recommended the beds that we purchased. We needed 4 new beds and mattresses for our recently purchased Apartment, and these were delivered on time 4 weeks later. We were back in the UK on delivery day so Juani spoke to the lady we had asked to wait at our apartment for us. The beds were delivered on time and built up as promised. Fui recomendado por un familiar y la verdad es que me fue genial, Juani es muy profesional y supo perfectamente que recomendarme para los dolores de espalda y poder descansar mejor.
