Hotel en la mejor ubicación de Puerto Banús con amplias habitaciones y buen servicio.

La relación calidad-precio aquí en una zona muy cara es razonable.

Sólo visité el bar de la azotea.
Abre a las 2 p.m.
En recepción te dan una tarjeta que te da acceso al ascensor que te lleva al 7º piso.
Hay un bar agradable y bien abastecido con un servicio muy amable.
El panorama es naturalmente genial.

Las cosas fueron muy groseras con nosotros, no hay servicio de limpieza a menos que llames para traer toallas y pañuelos. ¡¡A las 9 de la mañana se escuchaban unos taladros en las paredes! ¡Lo que te hace despertar! Y llámalos para pedirles que paren, pero no lo hacen. Tampoco me devolvieron el depósito, cuando pedí eso me acusaron de cosas que no había hecho y no tienen nada en mi contra, ¡pero no querían devolvernos el depósito!

Una estafa muy grande, pagamos por adelantado 1 año antes por un apartamento con vista al mar y al llegar nos concedieron un apartamento de muy mala calidad.
El personal de recepción es muy arrogante y ni siquiera se le permite hablar. ¡Esta es la última vez que venimos a este hotel sabiendo que pagamos casi 400 € por día y pagamos por adelantado!
En resumen, una estafa muy grande.
¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto!

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y bien ventiladas, vista increíble y personal sonriente.pequeño inconveniente es la falta de aire acondicionado (hace mucho calor) pero sigue siendo un muy buen hotel. ¡Te lo recomiendo mucho!

Die Rooftop Bar hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Yachthafen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, die Preise günstig.

The best hotel to stay in Puerto Banus.
Beautiful apartments, beautiful location and amazing management and staff.

This is my second time staying in Hotel Benabola. Going of the pictures online it looked like it had been modernised since my last time there 6 years ago, this seemed to only apply to the bedrooms. It would be great to have pictures of every part of the rooms so customers can make a more informed decision if they want to stay there.

Its probably one of the best located hotels in Puerto Banus. Your only 1 street away from the marina which is ideal. I had elderly parents with me also so it was perfect for getting to restaurants and for walks along the promenade.

All of the staff at the hotel were beyond lovely. The were a pleasure to deal with and so friendly. This goes from people on reception, to cleaning staff to staff in the sky lounge bar.

The only thing I can fault the hotel on is cleaning. There were hairs around the sink and toilet areas from previous guests and they remained there for the whole week. The floor wasn't washed for the week, it only appeared to be swept/vacuumed. I would think during the quiet season rooms should get a good deep clean when they are free for a day or two? Towels & toilet roll were replenished every day which was great. Bins were changed and beds were made daily. That little bit more attention to detail especially in the bathroom would have made the difference to my rating being 5 stars.

Muy bien situado y el personal encantador, sobretodo las de la limpieza, que gracias a ellas, no pase frío, porque en la calle si que hace frío en Puerto Banus de noche!

Hermosos apartamentos, hermosa ubicación y administración y personal increíbles.

Muy decepcionada, el apartamento es muy viejo y descuidado, la relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear. Para empezar te piden una fianza la cual
no de avisan previamente de 400€ que retienen de tu tarjeta. El baño muy antiguo y descuidado al igual que la cocina la cual no te apetece ni cocinar.
Las camas incomodas los colchones con los muelles salido (aunque nos los cambiaron nada mas decirlo). La parte buena el personal muy simpático nos regalaron el parking por mas molestias del colchon. El desayuno lo mejor de todo, esta en un local al lado del hotel pero esta todo muy rico.
No creo que sea un hotel para 4 estrellas, la recepción tal vez las demás instalaciones son de 1 o 2 estrellas como mucho.

Viejo pero bueno. Buena ubicación, ya sea para ir de fiesta o relajarse, este es el lugar correcto.

Magnifique emplacement, demandez une chambre vue mer et port.tres pratique et pers de tout a pied sorties nocturnes, shopining, restaurants ect le veritable st tropez espagnol.le benabola hotel renove chaque annee des parties de l hotel, leur sky bar a tout simplement la plus belle vue de marbella et du port.le port de PUERTO BANUS est en pleine evolution il change de cap.

Location it’s good, but it’s very noisy, you can hear almost everything from outside…
It’s not clean…they do the beds and pretty much that’s it…
Furniture it’s outdated, the bathrooms not spotless clean how it should be…
Inside the apartment it’s a smell like a stuffy air.
Breakfast it’s average
The hotel it’s not 4* …

Absolutely one of the best locations in Puerto Banus. Incredible service and nice rooms makes it a very good value for money. The breakfast has improved since last time and can be recommended. The roof terrace is a most though is is not open in the evening. Services close at 1900

My car got broken into they stole money and sunglasses when i informed the person in the desk told me to go the police and thats it. Even though ppl in the area know that this parking witnesses a lot of thefts they did nothing to secure it or at least inform the guests of the risks. Very poor management i will not advise friends to stay in.

La mejor elección si visitas Puerto Banús. El apartamento que tuvimos buenísimo. Desayuno buffet de categoría. El personal, de lo mejor. Para repetir.

Bueno. Es una zona con una fama desmesurada pero el hotel no estuvo mal pero habria que cuidar más as zonas y el civismo de la gente en estas areas debido a que escuchan cosas muy oscuras que no trasnquilizan a las familias que quieren pasarlo de forma relajada en una zona supuestamente top.

Impressive Hotel at the very entrance of Puerto Banús harbour. It has a superb terrace overlooking all Puerto Banús and the sea. Do not miss it!

Great hotel, right next to the port, lovely clean spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff especially the manager Peter and the reception staff. I would highly recommend, looking forward to going back next year.

Pesimo lugar, nada que ver con la fotos. Hay dias que no te hacen la limpieza y cuando te la hacen no te cambian la toallas. Sin duda no recomedaria este hotel por ningun motivo!

Estuve alojada con mi familia en el mes de Mayo. Apartamento bastante amplio y limpio. El sitio magnífico para comprar, comer y buena playa cerca, se puede ir andando.
Sin duda, volveremos el año que viene.

I've been here for 4 days and I personally haven't experienced anything bad and the staff are so polite and nice to talk to and do speak English too which is great. 24 hour shop at the lobby and the views from the sky bar are awesome too. So would definitely recommend benabola apartment/hotel

El Hotel está en pleno Puerto Banus, tiene una terraza muy chula El Sky Lounge con unas vistas al Mediterraneo impresionantes. Antes de ir por el Puerto me paso por el Sky Lounge a degustar de un buen cóctel. Atención del personal fenomenal. Recomendable al 100%.

No le doy 5 estrellas por la limpieza. En este momento estan de reforma y espero que la próxima vez que vuelva haya resultado este problema

Loved this place! The views are absoulougly amazing and the rooms modern, spacious and clean. Perfect location with friendly staff and great service. Cannot wait to get back!

Stayed here twice now! The best hotel in Marbella by far, brilliant location nearby everything! Beach is walking distance as well as all the restaurants and the bars. Amazing views. The staff are also extremely friendly, my room was cleaned everyday. Have no complaints. Also I was there in time for the new sky lounge to open which was also a good chill place! Recommend this for anyone who wants to visit Puerto banus!

FIVE STARS all the way, FAB hotel and great location.we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The hotel wifi connection peaks around 70 KB per second. Totally unusable for people who need to use internet for work.

Great place to stay, amazed by the size as I stayed in a one bedroom with a street view. Really convenient location, great value for money! Port on one side, beach on the other everything is literally on your doorstep no need for cabs! Didn't miss out on the views though as the sky lounge upstairs has an amazing view of the whole port! Would recommend this hotel if you're looking to go to Marbella!

Great location, lovely staff members and very clean! Stayed here 3 weeks ago with a few of my friends and had an amazing time! We were near all the bars and restaurants, the staff were very helpful at all times and the rooms were beautiful and very clean! Would definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples and groups of friends!

We stayed at Benabola for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Very comfortable rooms in a perfect location right in the heart of of Puerto Banus just meters from restaurants, shops, and bars.

Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond wherever possible.

I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marbella either short or long term and would also stay here again.

We stayed in these apartments for a long weekend and they were so convenient for the harbour, the nightlife and lots of lovely restaurants along the sea front the other way from the marina. We had 2 different apartments (large group) Recommend Marina view over the promenade view just as its such a stunning view to wake up to every day!

What an honest hotel, My husband has just had a fabulous 4 days here and when he left in a hurry he left his debit card and some money. I called from the UK when he was at the airport and the hotel reception went to personally look for the money & card.he found it and has kept it on one side for one of his friends to pick up. It's nice to know that there is still honest people around). Thank you

Terrible hotel do not stay there.our room was awful, old molding in need of an update. Wwe booked because the rates were reasonable, the location is good and the rating was 4 star, THIS IS NOT a 4 star hotel. I would rate it 1.5 to 2 stars.
