Excelente lugar y buenísima atención de los chicos del staff. Pietro, un encanto y muy buen guia de la ciudad, excelente cocinero. Fran, muy servicial en todo momento. Y Alberto el mejor guía de los bares y recorridos nocturnos.

El albergue tenía una cocina grande y bonita, un lugar cómodo para alojarse y las habitaciones también eran muy bonitas. Todo estaba bastante limpio y el albergue ofrece muchas actividades, lo que hace que sea fácil conocer gente nueva:)

La ubicación es lo mejor del lugar. Por lo demás, las áreas comunes son muy pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes. Es difícil encontrar un lugar donde estar. El refrigerador de la cocina está lleno y es un asco. Muchos de los miembros del staff son voluntarios y sienten que te están haciendo un favor a ti como huésped. El aire del cuarto no funcionaba así que era muy difícil dormir por el calor y lo suave del colchón. El tamaño del cuarto está bien pero subir a la litera de arriba es muy incómodo. Hay cierta privacidad en las camas pero no tienen cortinas. La cantidad de duchas y baños es buena. Si volviera a Sevilla probaría otro lugar.

El hostal està increíble, la ubicación y sobre todo la atención. Tuve la suerte de encontrarme con Sandy, una chica muy amable y simpatica, además de excelente cocinera. Recomiendo totalmente!

Gran experiencia. Buen precio, buena ubicación, buenas actividades, se conoce mucha gente en el lugar, los trabajadores muy amables en especial Sandy una chica muy alegre y atenta.

The best part of my stay is the free dinner cooked by Sandy. The pasta is amazing with one of the best sauces I've tasted.

I had a nice experience, the bed was good I slept well all night! Its safe and clean I was in the ground floor the room was clean and well ventilated, the receptionists were very helpful and there was a Paella night where everyone could experience the preparation and eat for only 5€, including Sangria! The hostel is very well located, I recommend it

Due giorni passati in questo ostello, posizione comodissima e ambiente accogliente e caloroso. Tutto lo staff é carino e disponibile, reception aperta h24. Ogni giorni ci sono attività da fare in condivisione e si crea un'atmosfera davvero familiare. Grazie in particolare a Silvia (che abbiamo scoperto di essere quasi vicine di casa), con cui abbiamo fatto tante chiacchiere e risate, a Edoardo e ad Alberto che ha organizzato uno splendido Pubcrawl. Consigliatissimo!

Localização bem central no centro histórico de Sevilha, a cinco minutos da Catedral, muitas opções de bares, cafés, restaurantes e afins por perto. Atendimento excelente. Quartos limpos e constantemente arrumados. Muito bom!

Bien por el precio. El staff muy amigable y super dispuesto a ayudar, en especial Alberto tuvo siempre la mejor actitud para hacer nuestra experiencia mejor.

Me alojé en una habitación privada, con mi hijo. Lindo lugar, muy agradable. Solo algunas cosas por mejorar pero lo recomiendo. La ubicación es muy buena.

Hostel vem localizado e com camas individualizadas e confortáveis. Fazem todas as noites uma janta comunitária.
O único ponto a se questionar é que os hóspedes não se comunicam muito em espanhol, melhor para quem já tem fluência em inglês.

La internet no anda. La wifi de la habitación 207 peor. Solo funciona en el corredor o comedor. Mismo en la terraza conexión 0.

I never even stayed there and they charged my card FOR THE FULL STAY, if you need money for your bills just say that.let me know upfront when I'm doing charity work and I'll do it but don't take money from my account just because.not cool. 0/10 my rate wasn’t a non-refundable rate. You could’ve 10000% refunded me and chose to take my money instead.

The bedding was just a thin blanket, so I didn't feel comfortable sleeping. The towel is 3 euros, but I asked to change the towel once during my three-day stay, but I've never seen a case where I asked to pay again. In some cases, the card key didn't work well, so I had to go to the reception and register again, and it was a pity that there were no curtains on the bed. I checked out a day earlier than scheduled, but a patient suspected of COVID-19 coughed too much every night in the room to stay. And you don't disinfect your room at all. That's why I evaluated it like that.

Perfect place to stay! The vibe is amazing and the stuff is incredible helpful and lovely! I feel like Home!

Stayed here for a couple of weeks during a study abroad program in the Summer of 2017. The location is fantastic, the staff is great and helpful, and it's super clean and fun. Only issue I had was with our air conditioning unit not working but we were too busy partying at night to notice. Sevilla is a lovely city and this hostel is great to stay at. Unforgettable memories!

Estuvimos un par de noches y nos encantó. En pleno centro de Sevilla el personal super amable nos atendió Diego en recepción un chico encantador y atento nos explicó sitios para ir y que visitar en la ciudad. Todo muy limpio y camas cómodas volveremos seguro! Lo recomendaré 100%!

Es espectacular! Buena ubicación, instalaciones y limpieza destacable. La atención de los recepcionistas es brillante, especialmente Andrea y Curro. El desayuno es a base de cereales con leche. Lo mejor son los consejos y propuestas para actividades gratuitas en la ciudad. Muy recomendable! (Fundamental llevar candado para el guarda equipaje)

Habitaciones muy cómodas. Tiene un gran espacio para compartir entre amigos, entre ellos un bar en la azotea. Queda muy cerca a muchos lugares turísticos de Sevilla y cerca de la terminal de transporte. Recomiendo este lugar.

This hostel is just wonderful. The rooms are alreally good. So are the toilets n bathrooms. They have several events they organise for the guests like walking tours, pub crawls, flameco shows. There's even a free dinner night. 24hrs réception. Book ahead cuz they're almost always fully booked.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a very social room where I made friends, and the staff were great about talking and giving tips around working. Boris was giving me advice before I even finished checking in, and I talked travel with Yağmur as I got some happy hour drinks on the terrace.

Great, comfortable hostel. We stayed in the 6 bedded dorm. Everything was clean, lockers big. A really nice place to stay in Seville!

By far the best hostel I have ever been to. Located in the center of the city, it's an ideal starting point for exploring Sevilla. Clean, big rooms, friendly personnel and a lot of activities! And what I liked most is that it is a very social place, in the evening everybody is hanging out on the rooftop and talking, it's just a great atmosphere!
I would recommend it to everyone!

This is the best hotel ever! The host is extremely kind!:) the diego who is the host is very kind! There is no problem to communicate with host since he can speak english very well. You must stay here if you want to enjoy seville!

Great, clean hostel. Nice rooftop with occasional free dinner (something to tide you over before going to have actual dinner). Only thing I didn't like was the push button showers.

We stayed at Black Swan Hostel in Seville for two nights and then came back for another night at the end of our trip, because we loved it so much.
The location in the city is awesome and we really appreciated the fun activities like cooking free dinner together with Juan from Argentina:)
Also the rooftop terrace is just stunning!

Stayed for 4 nights in a 6-mixed dorm, which was very nice.you easily get to know new people.the bathroom is apart but very clean.further we have very friendly and helpful staff who work 24h for you.the kitchen is amazing and the location of the hostel is perfect.definitively will come back.

One star only for the very friendly staff working there

This is probably my worst experience in a hostel (and I ve been travelling for the last 9 months so I've seen a few backpackers).
First off, I got sick there because the air conditioning is so high that it actually gets freezing at night. So here I am in the middle of my trip with a cold because there is no mild temperature and we were unable to control the air con.

Second, if you're on the first floor which was my case, you get to hear the door bell 24/7 because you don't have access to the main door you have to ring them every single time. You also hear the music and noises from downstairs as well as people in the hallway (room 102 next to the stairs and with an armchair in the hall way so people sit and talk there at any time of the day or night.
No quiet time.

Last but not least: your guests were probably the most disrespectful people I've come across while travelling. I was in room 102, and it was packed with German girls thinking they were alone in the room, chatting away at night, turning the light on when I was trying to sleep (and I told them several times, they knew I was there!), slamming doors and so on. It was the worst 2 nights of my trip and I got close to no rest because "I guess it's the hostel life" as reception told me when I got asked about my stay.

I will not come back and definitely won't recommend the place to anyone.

Good place to stay! Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the lockers big and secure (byo lock). The terrace was great to hang out on and would suggest joining in on the hostel dinners - they are yummy and good value!

If you like a place you will feel like at home you should pick Black Swan Hostel! Warm people, full of fun and laughter. Very good location and cleanliness. Staff is the friendliest ever, especially Yagmur! Shes so talkative and helpfull. It was a pleasure to meet her and spent time with her.

Very nice hostel. Events make it easy to meet new people. Nights are great. Just a bit too much of air conditioning, but that's OK.
