EVITEN ESTA INMOBILIARIA. Teníamos una reserva para el puente de mayo (del 29 de abril al dos de mayo) con esta inmobiliaria en La Herradura.
El viernes 29 de mayo a las 9 am de la mañana, tras tratarnos TERRIBLEMENTE MAL por preguntarles una duda con el pago, Cobrarnos por adelantando cuando NO PODÍAN HACERLO por la política de booking (fue a través de booking todo y menos mal), y exigirnos además pagar una señal, NOS DEJARON SIN APARTAMENTO. Nos dejaron tirados a una hora de salir de viaje, todo planeado y yo embarazada de siete meses. Sucedió porque Nos quejamos por el mal trato recibido y sus palabras fueron (una señora no española) : no vamos a aceptar que nos ponga mala reseña así que no le vamos a entregar las llaves del apartamento. Así que nos dejaron tirados completamente a ultimisima hora y con todo lo que supone eso más el disgusto. UNA VERGÜENZA absoluta.una chulería increíble. Mal tratan a los clientes. En cuanto sucedió, mis amigos que han cogido casa con ellos este verano están cancelando y cogiendo otras opciones de inmediato. EVITEN ESTA INMOBILIARIA.

Blue Bay Properties (Mina in particular) found us our Spanish home in Marina del Este and helped us through the whole buying process. Their involvement continued after completion of the sale, helping us make modifications to our house with the help of her tradesmen contacts. A very helpful and personal service - my wife and I wholly recommend Mina and her company.

My wife and I stayed in La Herradura for six weeks and everything with was first class, good communications before we arrived and everything in the apartment (perfect location in the centre of La H) was as described and in working order and spotless clean.

I have told you not to market my properties, you agreed in writing to take them off but you have not done so.
You have now blocked me on whats app and not returned my calls or emails. Highly unprofessional and now you are lying that i dont own the proeeties you are marketing, i will now publish all the emails between us that prove it

I would like to get an agreement of both of you to market the houses.

Alun has rang me and told me he was not at all informed that we are marketing the houses which is of course not nice for him.

Alun was also informed that Ronan is helping us with acquisitions and sales and all together this gave a very troubled impression to him.

In fairness I thought you both were on speaking terms and that this all was clear to both of you.

As Ronan already knew and Alun is now also informed, we have two possible buyers lined up for Flecha Blanca. I also told Alun that we made a virtual tour to be able to show the house without physical visits.

It would be wonderful for all parties involved to get this sorted.

My lawyers have now written to Mina to tell her to stop marketing the properties for sales or lettings as she is doing so against my instructions as a director of the company that owns the properties and she is doing this illegally and if she does not stop she will be added to the criminal proceddings currently lodged at Alumencar court, as she has refusrd to stop marketing the properties for sale and lettings, she also is taking monies in for rentals and putting these monies into an account tjat is not the company that owns the propertoes bank account.
