Nuestro contacto en BMI fue Jeremy, desde el principio fue muy profesional y se tomó el tiempo para explicar completamente tanto el proceso como las opciones alternativas disponibles. Una vez que se tomó nuestra decisión, se mantuvo un contacto regular hasta el punto del acuerdo del contrato y el pago. Durante la fase final del proceso, se encontraron dificultades debido a los cambios de fecha; sin embargo, Jeremy se abrió paso a través de esto y entregó toda la documentación necesaria antes de lo previsto. Really pleased with the service I experienced. Competitive price for my insurance and great customer service all round. Communication was brilliant and my questions dealt with quickly.

I telephoned BMI about mine and my partners Medical healthcare, I spoke to Jeremy who could not have been more helpful, he sent us a number of options, which were very reasonablaly priced, we chose the one we wanted, and everything was sorted within a couple of days, he even emailed me to let me know what to take to our Visa application.
I would advise anybody needing help with medical health insurance in Spain.

Jeremy Ryan at BMI has been assisting us in obtaining insurance for a British car and campervan, both of which we are registering in Spain. On every occasion that we have contacted him he has responded promptly, providing us with detailed information and subsequently arranging the insurance we required immediately we asked him to do so. When we were able to change the car over from UK plates to Spanish plates at short notice he quickly amended the policy even though we contacted him late on a Friday when most companies would have been closed until the following week. Highly recommended!
