El enclave es precioso, la Bodega muuuy bonita, la explicación del proceso productivo por José García-Delgado fue buenísimo y los vinos maravillosos!

Las visitas están muy bien, la bodega es muy bonita y el paisaje es espectacular, además los vinos son de lujo muy recomendable

Muy buen vino de Cádiz.
Por el precio es mejor que un Rioja o Ribera del Duero, estoy encantado.

Probamos una de las viñas en un restaurante de Cádiz. Al día siguiente fuimos a la Bodega.
Desafortunadamente no nos fue posible probar ni siquiera una de las vides.
Así que compramos sólo el que ya conocíamos del Restaurante.
Para nosotros no es nada común que no puedas probar la viña cuando estás interesado en comprarla.

Asistimos a las jornadas de puertas abiertas y fue espectacular. Entorno privilegiado, buena organización y vinos excelentes.
Lo único agradecería que hubiera un cartel señalando el aparcamiento, ya que dejé el coche abajo en la embotelladora y tuve que subir la escalera, pero bueno después del verano tampoco viene mal.
Muchas gracias por todo Marta, fuiste muy atenta y amable.

La asistencia de David para poder finalizar mi pedido fue excelente y eso me permitirá disfrutar de sus vinos una vez más. Saludos cordiales y gracias

Aunque la bodega está dentro de la zona de producción de los vinos de Jerez tan conocidos mundialmente sus productos se enmarcan dentro de la denominación geográfica protegida Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz.
Es una bodega familiar de larguísima tradición bodeguera que se nota en el cuidado de sus productos, tanto tintos como blancos con una relación calidad precio bastante aceptable.
La visita recorre las distintas viñas así como la bodega en sí, finalizando con una cata.

Nada recomendable! La visita muy mal, muy pobre en contenido y la chica muy poco formada en el tema, sin adentrarnos en el mundo del vino! NADA RECOMENDABLE. Sin duda en Jerez, hay muchas bodegas muy por encima del nivel de ésta.

cultura vinícola al 100%. Nunca se termina de aprender sobre vinos.

Let me start by saying that it is unusual that I write a review of my experience, but this case was so unprofessional that I have to do it. My intention is not to harm Marta or her position with the owners or bosses, but rather to warn any other group that wants to travel miles to visit this beautiful real estate about my really disappointing experience.
Our guide’s name was Marta.
We did not feel welcomed at all, she seemed in a hurry while speaking to us outside in the parking/garden. The whole time she kept mentioning that it was too hot outside and informed us that we “will not visit the vineyards” because it is too hot.
Guess what? That’s why we’re there and paid for a vineyard visit and tour; to appreciate and admire the hard work and labor that has been done at this particular property, it is not our first wine tour around the world.
. Next, we got into the tour, or I will say a brief walkthrough.
With vague information about processing, we finished the walkthrough after maybe 10-12 minutes. After that, she took us to the parking lot, where they have a small garden/sample of a vineyard smaller than a playground. And that was the whole vineyard tour. Unbelievable. Plus, she was on her phone the whole time while on tour, which is very unprofessional by the way.
Now the tasting.
We entered a classroom style room. There were issues with the A/C temperature and it was aprox. 80*F. We had to ask her to turn it on because she was so into her cell that she didn’t even realize it was not working properly.
Tasting begins with:
Tapas: cheese, anchovies, olives, and jamon Serrano were set on tables
Wines: She pours into our glasses from half used bottles.
I couldn’t believe it, are we doing a wine tasting with used wines bottles?
I asked her and her answer was that the wine can be there open for a week?
Are you serious? Maybe in your house, but not in a vineyard where you paid to taste their product and expect them to showcase it at its best.
From there on, it all went downhill. The other 3 wines were previously opened as well, not because they were oxidating, they were halfway filled and clearly were left over from previous tours from the week.
She was still on her cell.constantly.
We asked Marta about the grapes of the wine and she had to read the labels on the wine.
If you’re doing a wine tour of 4 simple wines the most basic thing you want to do is to learn at least some basic info about the wines. We had to ask for water and she gave us hot water from the tap with no ice, it was unbelievable.
By now we all want to leave and get our money back. Nobody from our party finished even 1⁄4 glass of the served wine, we couldn’t even have the water. At a certain point she left the room and never came back. We came outside of the room and she was on her cell once again. I asked her if she finished and she said yes.
We thanked her for her time and left the property very sad and with a huge disappointment. We wasted our morning, along with the money we paid for this terrible, and shocking wine tour.

Hicimos una visita con cata guiada por Marta, encantadora. La cata incluía 4 vinos y Marta nos ofreció probar alguno más. Coincidimos con época de vendimia, con lo cual la bodega estaba más animada. Todos los vinos, de personalidades diferentes, muy buenos. Excelente el tortilla de Rota. Muy recomendable.
