Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to even meet with BCS after a great deal of effort, let alone use their services.
I flew over to Spain with a pre-arranged meeting. Last-minute, I was sent an email to say they were uncertain they could now meet due to other commitments. When I explained this, their responses were lackadaisical and confusing, with one arm not knowing what the other was doing. I am understanding, but I have already traveled to Spain to meet with them.
BCS may well be very capable, but in my experience, they didn't demonstrate that. I was seeking full-time care for someone. As this is a significant commitment and at great expense, I felt uneasy with their scant correspondence and lack of cohesiveness.
I ended up employing another care agency who were able to commit their time and answer, clearly, any questions I had.

I am disappointed in your paraphrased reply to my review that skims over a number of facts. I would have appreciated and been more sympathetic with a genuine apology rather than something for damage limitation purposes.
I arranged my trip around these meetings. If you are unable to empathise with the grief and inconvenience you caused then I am truly thankful you did renege on our meeting. As an aside, a telephone call would have been far more welcomed and more appropriate in such a time-sensitive scenario.
Lastly, if you are wondering why I never responded to your last email it was because you stated you were unfamiliar with Malaga and for me to suggest somewhere. I don't reside there.

We contacted British Care Services for my grandparents who have been living in Nerja for the past 25 years. They needed continuous live in care support and with the family being in England we needed to look for the right company to take control.
British Care Services team have been a breath of fresh air for both my grandparents, we have been using British Care Services for the past 6 months and find them incredibly helpful and reliable.
We would definitely recommend them!

This is a very good company. They all treated my husband and I with respect and dignity. Also, the employees are top notch and I can't say enough how professional and kind the entire staff was. This company has a heart of gold! I would put 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

We are forever thankful for the great and immediate care British Care Services was able to provide for our suddenly widowed mum in Benalmadena. We had an emergency situation, and they were able to jump to the job with just hours' notice. Their care was exactly what was needed, they knew what to do right away and took over. We especially would like to mention Jane, Shirley and Liz. We can highly recommend British Care Services!

British Care Services were great from the first moment we contacted them, they dealt with my mothers discharge from hospital and have been ever present since. My mum has a live in care package currently and the service is first class. The care, communication and professionalism gives me total comfort my mum is in the right hands during her recovery. Thank you so much!
