Servicio muy profesional.

Tuve problemas en el cuello y la zona lumbar, después de dos sesiones y de haberme proporcionado ejercicios de estiramiento en casa me recuperé por completo.

Debido al dolor, tenía mucho miedo de que me trataran, pero Allen, con su naturaleza tranquila y amigable, me hizo sentir muy cómoda.

Sin duda puedo recomendar sus servicios.

Una persona muy agradable que se toma el tiempo para tus problemas. Crea un ambiente relajado y sabe exactamente lo que está haciendo.

Have visited twice now about chronic pain on 2 different medical problems. Alan’s treatment and further advice/ referral were amazing on both occasions and still ongoing. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and quickly puts patients at ease. Very easy to talk with and very respectful.

I went to see Allan with tremendous pain in my left shoulder. Turns out it was a torn muscle. After an hour of massage, acupuncture, heat treatment and other manipulations, I was in agony. However I woke the next morning with very little pain and improved movement. Allan gave me some simple exercises to do at home which further increased my movement. Allan is definitely a genius with God given hands. A true master of his craft. Thank you so very much.

I went to see Allan following a severe ankle injury and lower back pain after my first treatment the back pain has been relieved and my ankle feels 100 times better the swelling has reduced and the pain has reduced considerably I can’t thank him enough

Allen went above and beyond to help me when I had a painful dislocated rib. He was there for me late in the evening even after a full day that he worked in Gibraltar. He is very dedicated and did all he could and it worked! I was super happy to wake up the next day with almost no pain at all! Allen is very kind and he really listens. Allen tailor made a rehab program I did at home and had another session a weeks time after and I am on the road to recovery.

Of all the osteopath I have used over the years, Allen Sas is probably the best. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his subject and treats the whole person and the cause of the problem, rather than just the pain/problem you take to him in the first place. I have found him to be kind, caring and have always felt that he is concerned with making you well in as short a time as possible, rather than wanting to extend the course of treatment unnecessarily. I feel so much better since seeing him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, particularly if you have never seen an osteopath before, or have had a bad experience with one in the past.

I have seen many osteopaths in my life and generally you get 45 minutes and then your time's up. With Allen I felt that he really wanted to work through the issues I had until they were fixed, rather than limited to time. Not only great value for money, but he has done an excellent job and I thoroughly recommend him!

I was in loads of pain with repetitive strain syndrome top of back shoulders all stress as in lockdown not used body for months how I normally would. Allen worked wonders on my did my whole body found knots in places I didn’t know I had. Very honest said if I can’t make you pain free in few appointments I’m not guy for you. After two days of going here all my pain gone I’m back to normal. Would highly recommend 1000%. Worked in first appointment.

Allen has been a brilliant help to me over the last few months. I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy and have recently been diagnosed with Arthritis. He has followed my case closely and has taken it on himself to try alternative techniques to relieve my symptoms. Very professional and easy to talk to!

I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Allen uses all kinds of techniques on me to get the best results. What ever the problem is he’ll find a way to get to it! Deep tissue massage, acupuncture, myofascial release, adjustments.you name it he does it. Allen is really, really easy to chat to as well. It’s nice to feel at ease when you’re in pain. I can't recommend the private Pilates sessions with Tii highly enough!
Having suffered from lower backpains for years, I felt that I would need to do something about it myself. I admit that I was so skeptical (and thought I wouldn't like it) - but I was so wrong! Tii is amazing as a teacher and person and makes this workout a great experience. I was so enthusiastic that my husband is joining me once a week now as well. I can actually see my body changing over the weeks and can feel my core and back muscles becoming stronger. If you ever thought about doing Pilates classes, I can only encourage you to try Tiis classes!

I had an aching hip and Allen was recommended to me. Allen cured the ache and gave me an MOT too with stretching exercises to do at home. Couldn’t believe how much better I felt. Thank you.
To continue improving my fitness, I was recommended to try Pilates.
Tii, the Pilates instructor is based at the centre and holds classes and 1 to 1 sessions, she made me feel comfortable and confident immediately and as a beginner that’s what I needed. I have been having 1 to 1 sessions now for 5 weeks and am learning something new every week. I feel like a new woman and at 54, I think that’s great!

Tii is a professional, friendly instructor who cares about her clients. She is great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging to suit everyone’s needs or ability.

After suffering muscular pain in my shoulder due to contact sports and lifting weights I came to Allen, he sorted my issue out and now i have more movement back in this area and less pain
