He realizado una llamada para preguntar una duda y la señora que me ha atendido me ha atendido con un tono muy poco simpático. Pésima atención al cliente en esta sede y poca empatía por parte de la trabajadora

Worst customer service ever! Both for privat and business! I would not recommend this Cajamar office to anyone.
If you would like to wait months to get help and always want to go to their office, because help through email or phone call does not exist; than maybe this is the bank for you.
Always technical problems with the app.
You could not do anything in your browser or app, you always have to go to their office, and they have no idea of anything.
They say- there is no limit. But still you can never purchase because there is a limit?
We had to wait 6 month to get our credit card.
They never get back to you with the information you asking for.
If you still wanna go with cajamar, I recommend you to open your account at their office in San Pedro or Marbella, and never Fuengirola!

Worst customer service experience ever. This coming from someone who has worked in customer service related jobs for over 20 years, and I am usually quite forgiving in these situations. But having been a client for 10 years I have run into a problem, and granted it was my own fault, but the help and empathy from this branch is close to none. Would never recommend Cajamar to anyone.

Para la oficina de los Boliches hubiera dado 5 estrellas pero como la cerraron quedó solo esta para todos los clientes de la area y me parece que es demasiado, no pueden atender a todos como deberían. Es difícil que te atienden por correo electrónico y en la oficina normalmente tienes que esperar. Del personal hay unos que te atienden con amabilidad y otros que no (de los buenos recomiendo a Paco y Agneta). El aspecto de la oficina es desordenado. Pero aparte de eso de momento estoy bastante contenta con este banco.

I am not satisfied at all.only one service point and most often a lot of queue.unreliable.there is one friendly bank official, but except for him the service is sometimes inferior.one star for him.

La mejor oficina de la costa del sol, los más profesionales, a la escucha del cliente, los más amables y eficientes, deberían ser un ejemplo para las demás oficinas.

Solo hay una "cajera" para atender normalmente y siempre hay mucha cola, como si no fuera suficiente con cerrar la antigua oficina y dejar solo esta en toda fuengirola, en un lugar que no se puede ni aparcar, ni parar. Lo peor de todo es que alguna de las otras personas que trabajan allí son amables, pero otras. Bastante groseras y maleducadas, siempre quejándose en alto de la gente y encima sin razón. Espero que abran otra oficina y que sepan atender mejor a los clientes porque sino nos cambiaremos de banco.
