Después de la gran experiencia de noviembre de 2022 con el Mini Cooper S Cabriolet, este noviembre volví a reservar directamente con CarGest.
¡Un BMW Serie 1 con transmisión automática por 25 € al día (paquete premium) fue una mega oferta!
Lo que obtuvimos fue simplemente fantástico: BMW X1 18d sDrive

Ojalá existiera CarGest en otros aeropuertos españoles.

7 años alquilando autos y esta ha sido mi peor experiencia hasta ahora. Alquilé un Seat Ibiza por una semana y cuando llegué allí el único Seat Ibiza estaba retenido para un "miembro de oro" (¿eh?). Es justo que en su lugar ofrecieran un Fiat Punto. Este coche estaba todo rayado, la segunda marcha estaba arruinada y rígida, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tenía un golpe en la parte delantera.
Su respuesta fue que después de dos alquileres los coches suelen estar en ese estado (el coche tenía unos pocos miles de kilómetros). Personalmente nunca había visto eso antes, todos los autos que alquilé antes estaban en buenas condiciones.

Por último, pero no menos importante, tenían un Seat Ibiza de gasolina de "repuesto" y no me quedó más remedio que cogerlo. El motor era más pequeño y obviamente los coches de gasolina consumen mucho más, como todo el mundo sabe. Terminé pagando mucho más de lo que esperaba en gasolina y encima no querían rebajar el precio final.

Primera y última vez con esta empresa.

Quedamos muy satisfechos. Rapido y Facil. Incluso con una actualización. Con mucho gusto otra vez.

El transporte llegó rápidamente. Todos los datos ya se habían introducido mediante un código de barras en el transbordador, por lo que el contrato de alquiler ya estaba listo cuando llegamos a la estación 5 minutos más tarde.
Vehículo completamente bien.
El regreso no fue complicado, pero lamentablemente hubo que esperar mucho tiempo en el maloliente vestíbulo de vehículos (unos 20 minutos) para recibir el servicio de transporte.

Atención inmejorable, rápida, autos muy nuevos. Me han dado uno superior automático por no haber del que contraté. Precio muy bueno sin franquicia ni zarandajas. Volveré

El servicio de recogida desde y hacia el aeropuerto estuvo bien organizado.

Alquilé un coche del 19 de septiembre al 14 de octubre. No revisé el coche, pero al llegar a Estepona vi los grandes daños y había 47.000 km en este coche. Regresé al día siguiente a Cargest y hablé con Miguel. Con miras a cambiar el auto, dijo que no podía hacer nada hoy, pero que alguien llamaría en los próximos dos días y arreglaría otro auto. Le envié un correo electrónico 5/6 veces una vez que me pidió detalles del contrato y le di que escuché. Ya no, simplemente no respondiste. Lo contraté en 4 ocasiones anteriores, siempre de 3 a 4 semanas seguidas. Estoy decepcionado porque Cargest simplemente no respondió ni se preocupó. Ian Martín

Coche alquilado el 6 de julio, reservado meses antes, y descubrimos en ese momento que hay una fianza de 300 euros. Auto devuelto intacto el 10 de julio, a la fecha el monto sigue reservado en mi tarjeta de crédito (dijeron máximo 2 semanas), con daño porque me impide usar el límite y hacer compras. Enviado por correo electrónico, sin respuesta. La única estrella es para el simpático Darío, pero no contesta. Le entrego el caso a mi abogado.

En sí una buena empresa para alquilar. Pero como todas las demás partes, siguen insistiendo en que tuve que contratar una póliza de seguro "extra" con ellos. Mientras que yo había contratado un seguro a todo riesgo a través de Doyouspain.

Hired a car for a week from this company having had a bad experience with another large company. Easy to deal with, collected from the airport in their courtesy bus. Was given a 2022 Nissan Qashqai. No problems on return and friendly helpful staff dropped us back at the terminal. Will use again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, problemlose Abholung und Fahrzeug in sehr gutem Zustand und Sauberkeit.

Wichtig: bei der Abholung nicht den Schildern zu den Rental Cars folgen, sondern zur Courtesy / Shuttle Bus Station laufen, um dort abgeholt und zur Mietwagenstation gebracht zu werden.

Sehr gutes Service! Shuttelbus fährt alle paar Minuten und man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten bei der Abholstation. Es wurde uns keine Zusatzversicherung aufgeschwatzt. Bekamen auch ein tolles Upgrade ohne Aufzahlung (nagelneuer BMW X2)! Kommunikation mit CarGest lief einwandfrei und wir bekamen bei einer Anfrage sofort eine Rückmeldung.

A very friendly professional experience and an excellent deal, cheapest I've found in Malaga so far. Shuttle bus to the terminal a few minutes away. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Car was immaculate, tires brand new. Maybe that's why it slipped a bit on the Autovia. Fast service. No one tried to talk us into anything ;-) Return went smoothly. Only the entrance to the return area is a bit adventurous.

Muy mal. Reservo un coche a un precio bastante asequible. 2 días después consulto de nuevo los precios y resulta que estaba disponible el mismo coche pero 40 € más caro (esto en baja temporada) y JUSTO 1 DÍA ANTES DE LA ENTREGA me lo cancelan porque no tienen ese coche.
SE CREEN QUE COMEMOS DEL SUELO.
Además, causan un perjuicio económico por su ineptitud.
Pésima gestión, impresentable.

I used Cargest in Dec 21 and wanted a car for 4 weeks. My experience with Cargest was good and also upgraded the car to a BMW X1 as my children decided to join us at the last moment. I come to Spain at least 4-5 times a year and will be looking to use their service once again.

Remarkably good experience! Fair prices, good customer service & car in a good condition. Would definitely recommend CarGest to friends & fam and also rent again myself.

Made reservation online, price paid (281 EUR / week) exactly the same as shown + 300 EUR deposit, which was returned a few days after we returned the car.
Pros:
- the shuttle driver is such a friendly and positive vibe person. It makes you feel you made the right choice.
- free upgrade to the next class, almost new car (300 km only), they seemed to have new cars, in general.
Cons:
- better instructions on where the airport shuttle can be found
- queues at the papers office where the car is picked up.suggestion: ask info upfront, and prefill papers?
- weird fuel policy, half to half, why not full to full? It's tricky to fill the tank 50%
- located outside of the airport (the location on the map is misleading), but probably that allows them to offer better prices => some hassle with crowds, queues, etc

Unfair out of hours charged at the fault of Cargest. This was for golf club hire. No one was waiting to meet us at the area shown in the terminal as shown on the map they provided us with. We arrived at the waiting area at 8 45pm - and we had previously advised we hoped to be there before 9pm. After calling every telephone number provided many times, no one answered and we had to drive to their office, which would have been closed (without anyone calling or trying to get hold of us) had it not been for another couple hiring a car. We had tlo drive to their office despite being advised on booking to wait in the terminal as per the map provided. Then was charged an out of office charge! Very unfair. Since then has been a tedious exchange of emails where the people higher up at Cargest refuse to refund although it was their fault. Very unfortunate because the golf clubs were of good quality, and disappointing they would refuse to refund just 24 euros. This is the first bad review of anything that I've EVER written. (I no doubt expect they'll be another tedious response to this on here as per every email I've previously sent to Cargest).

Un service professionnel et honnête; tout est clair, aucun montant caché; aucune pression. Mon véhicule était en parfait état de marche et de propreté. De plus les prix étaient plus qu'honnêtes et le personnel agréable et serviable. Je n'hésiterai pas à réutiliser leurs services.

Wir haben hier, über SunnyCars, zum bestimmt sechsten Mal einen Pkw gebucht und waren wie immer äußerst zufrieden; Fahrzeugüber- und Rückgabe waren schnell und einfach, das Auto selbst, perfekt.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den Juni 2019, da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt wieder einen Pkw dieses Anbieters gebucht haben.

Everything was nice. Friendly personal, at least one good English speaker, and they handled every problem we had very easily, also a accident we had with the car shortly before we dropped our car off. Definitely recommended!

We were politely served by an excellent English speaking host. Our vehicle had fewer than 15,000 Km. It was a clean, high quality vehicle. I would absolutely go back to Cargest in the future. The shuttle service from, and to the terminal was prompt. Their rates are hard to beat for such good service. There is no need to go to a "brand name" rental company when one finds such good service with a smaller supplier.

We have used Cargest for many years on our golf trips to Spain and have always had a smooth and easy experience. The staff are courteous and professional and the booking, collection and drop off are very quick and easy, add in very good prices then it's a great hire company. We will continue to use for our trips in the future.

We were picked up at the airport and taken straight to the office by minibus where we were served immediately and given our car. The car was in a lovely condition (and even smelled lovely inside for the whole week we used it) When we returned it to the office after our holiday we'll were promptly taken by minibus back to the airport which was literally 2 minutes away Cannot fault this company at all

Great service and follow-up. We had some unfortunate issues but they they sorted them out swiftly and politely. Professionally handled. I will use them again next visit to Marbella.

Accueillis à l'aéroport de Malaga dans le hall de sortie. Explications claires données pour prendre la navette. Navette jusqu'au dépôt à 2 minutes, on pourrait y aller à pied si il y avait un trottoir. Notre voiture de location est en excellent état (BMW 116i avec 20000 km). Je recommande ce loueur a 200%.

Quick and easy service, no problem with communicating, got upgraded but in general I could see in their garage, they have good condition cars. No problem with return of the deposit. Very good price to quality ratio.

I used Cargest last year, it's abit late to leave my opinion but when you are satisfied you have to say it too:). So I did rent a car + Golf back, both very good condition. No surprise with prices. I just booked again Car+Golf bag with them this year!
