Casasol Holiday Rentals Nerja

Acabamos de pasar 4 semanas en una preciosa casa en Fuentesol, Nerja. Durante toda nuestra estancia, el maravilloso personal de Casasol fue extremadamente servicial. Por ejemplo, ¡una lavadora defectuosa fue reemplazada dentro de las 3 horas posteriores a su informe! Definitivamente usaremos Casasol siempre que alquilemos en Nerja.

Excelente experiencia de la empresa de alquiler. Desde el momento en que reservamos hasta que nos fuimos, no pudieron ser más útiles. Conseguir un taxi hacia y desde el aeropuerto y luego ser recibido por un representante de la empresa que nos habló sobre el apartamento y nos destacó que serían allí para ayudarnos durante nuestras vacaciones si es necesario.
El apartamento Milenio 2e era precioso, bellamente decorado, tranquilo y cerca de supermercados, por lo que en general todo fue perfecto además del clima.

Uno de los apartamentos más bonitos que hemos tenido. Justo en el centro, cerca de la playa, precio justo. ¡Muy recomendable!

El apartamento es tal y como se anuncia, muy limpio y espacioso. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de la playa y cerca del balcón. El estacionamiento es muy seguro.

He estado reservando mi alojamiento a través de Casasol durante años y siempre ha sido genial tratar con ellos. Siempre muy amable y servicial. Los recomendaría altamente.

We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week from 11 to 18 August 2023 in apartment nr 15 of the Casasol property. We give a very bad rating for the way we were treated. Upon our entry we were not given a tour to check the conditions of the apartment and when we left they charged us the cost of a broken glass of the piece of furniture, extending the money from the deposit. We reported that the glass was already broken when we entered by sending messages on whatsapp, email, making phone calls and also sending a screenshot of one of our videos where we can see that the glass was already broken when we entered. The thing that annoyed us the most is that they never responded to our repeated reports and phone calls. They only cared about collecting the money. Be careful!
We also point out that, although the house was comfortable, the air conditioning did not work well and despite our repeated reports they never intervened to solve the problem. The beach is located about 800 meters from the sea but the return journey is very tiring because it is all uphill with a considerable slope.

Somos una familia de 4 personas y nos alojamos una semana del 11 al 18 de agosto de 2023 en el apartamento nº 15 de la propiedad Casasol. Le damos muy mala valoración por el trato que nos han dado. A nuestra entrada no nos dieron tour para comprobar las condiciones del apartamento y al salir nos cobraron el coste de un cristal roto del mueble ampliando el dinero de la fianza. Informamos que el vidrio ya estaba roto cuando ingresamos enviando mensajes por whatsapp, email, haciendo llamadas telefónicas y también enviando una captura de pantalla de uno de nuestros videos donde podemos ver que el vidrio ya estaba roto cuando ingresamos. Lo que más nos molestó es que nunca respondieron a nuestros repetidos informes y llamadas telefónicas. Sólo les importaba cobrar el dinero. ¡Ten cuidado!
También destacamos que, aunque la casa era cómoda, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y a pesar de nuestros reiterados informes nunca intervinieron para solucionar el problema. La playa se encuentra a unos 800 metros del mar pero el camino de regreso es muy cansado porque es todo cuesta arriba con una pendiente considerable.

Preciosa villa, muy limpia, bien equipada y espaciosa para nuestra familia de 10 personas. Gran servicio de Casssol, que amablemente nos proporcionó un regalo sorpresa y golosinas para nuestro nieto cuyo cumpleaños era el día de nuestra llegada.

Awful experience. We travelled half way across the world only to get an apartment that was unrentable and unlivable. There was mould in the bathroom, rust on the furniture, bugs in the second bedroom and the place had not been cleaned. Additionally there was no mention up front that the pool was not usable due to work being done on it which other agencies disclose. Although we were able to find other accommodation for the second month it does not deter the fact that the first month of our vacation was totally ruined due to false advertising. We will never use this company again.

Ty for your response and apologies. We understand from all the positive reviews you receive this may have been a one off but just to clarify as there may have been a misunderstanding.we were never offered suitable alternative accommodation until the middle of Feb (we arrived Jan. 31) and said accommodation was not available until the end of Feb for occupancy which meant we had no place to go to for the month of Feb.
Feb. 15th we emailed your associate Sandra requesting a meeting with The Manager but this was ignored and never happened.
We would definitely have used a Complaint Form at the time had we known, we are aware you mention it in your Terms and Conditions, however said sign and info is meant to be visable upon entering a rental property.
You do not mention why the pool was advertised yet not available to be used.
It saddens us that you imply our review was based upon not getting any gesture of goodwill from Casasol as this was not the case at all. This was an experience we wish to put behind us and sincerely hope said property will not be rented again to anyone.

The apartment in Carabeo was excellent, well equipped and in a brilliant position. Everything was spotless when we arrived with a bottle of wine and chocolate to welcome us. The staff at Nerja holiday rentals - Loli and Sandra in particular were superb - friendly, helpful and efficient. Thankyou so much

Buenos profesionales, un equipo resolutivo en los problemas que surgen teniendo en cuenta que estoy a 500 km
De Nerja. Atencion personalizada por parte de todos, especialmente de Sandra y José.

Superb apartment, very well equipped, good air conditioning and wifi. Very good location with lots of good restaurants in close proximity. Also a variety of shops for self catering needs. For example. Tony's butchers, several bakeries and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Swimming pool excellent and gardens kept very well. The permanent residents in the apartments are very friendly. Local Casasol office just over the road, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Only downside is we found the traffic noise quite intrusive in the front bedroom, especially with bin emptying and street cleaning in the night, but we realise the necessity of this due to the narrowness of the streets. Parking would be very difficult if you had a hire car. Quite a walk to nearest bus stop.

Amazing Villa, great communication from the team and would definitely book through casasol again.

Des pures arnaqueurs. Ils nous ont taxé une bonne somme pour leur machine a laver qui nous a avalé nos habits on les a appelé a maintes reprises pour faire intervenir un technicien. Rien. Sans oublier que les derniers jours on est resté sans wifi puisque l agence utilise un seul routeur pour deux appartements collés ce qui fait une fois que nos voisins ont quitté on est resté bloqués. Encore une fois appels sans retour. Je vous déconseille cette agence avec des employés inutiles. Vraiment. Là on se retrouve sans habits a cause de leur machine low cost et avec une pénalité en plus.

Svp a eviter

Notre fille partait pour la 1ère fois en Espagne avec des amies et nous avons été entièrement satisfait par cette agence.
Les filles ont été ravies de l appartement et du service de taxi proposé de l aéroport jusqu'au pied de l appartement.
Vraiment une agence extrêmement sérieuse et humaine.

Nuestra experiencia con Casasol ha sido muy positiva, para empezar me sorprendió el trato tan atento hacia el cliente en todo momento, con esto ya tienen mucho ganado. El apartamento era muy bonito y amplio, súper limpio y estaba totalmente equipado y muy importante que siempre habia sitio para aparcar. La piscina nos encanto y nos vino muy bien porque los días que estuvimos había mala mar, así que genial.

On checking in, Paolo at Nerja Casasol gave us inaccurate information regarding parking restrictions outside the apartment. This resulted in a parking fine.

FYI - The parking restrictions outside the apartment are as follows: No parking at any time except loading and unloading from 0800-1200 Monday to Friday. To any future guests please do not follow the advice from Casasol as the information they provide is inaccurate.

The danger of giving out incorrect information to travellers can cause much disappointment. I hope lessons have been learnt.

No response from Casasol to my messages or email.

We have booked apartments with Casasol on 6 occasions over the past 4 years, staying at the Carabeo complex.which is near to the centre of Nerja. We have always found the Casasol staff very helpful and the apartments are always clean and comfortable and the complex is always very well maintained.

We recently rented an excellent property on Oasis Capistrano. A team member from Casasol met us at the property on arrival and showed us around and also gave us a 24/7 number to use in case of any emergency. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and comfortable with a beautiful terrace outside. We could park on the quiet road outside. The Casasol office were excellent to deal with both before and during our stay and we would not hesitate to use them again on our next trip to Nerja.

Very helpful in the current circumstances, have had to postpone for a second time, no problem about deposit being forgone just credited to whenever we make it back to Nerja. Phil.

Empresa recomendada el 100%, alquilamos un apartamento en pleno agosto, súper barato para estas fechas, ubicación perfecta, muy limpio y unas vistas impresionantes! El trato de Sandra a la llegada fue excelente y mencionar a Loli que su trato y dedicación fueron maravillosos, por gestionar todo para proporcionarnos una estancia tan agradable! Volveremos a repetir sin dudarlo!

Just back from a week in Nerja for our daughters wedding. Carabeo 2. Apartments, very clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and Sandra and staff were very pleasent and helpful. Would definitely recommend Casasol Holidays and would not hesitate to go back to.

Apartment was very over-priced for what it is. We got a studio for over 90/night, but wouldn't pay more than 50 when we saw what we got. Quite basic & not worth it at all. Bit disappointed about that.

On the plus side, amazing service by Sandra & Loli at the front desk. They were super helpful & made the experience much nicer)

Great apartment and location; albeit the hill outside was interesting and kept us fit. Stayed with 2 sons and 3 friends. Good space; great pool near by. Nerva old town was amazing. Will definitely use Casasol again. I’m already looking while I write.

Great Air BnB rental. Private parking, a nice pool, close to the beach and restaurants. Just a short walk to old Town.

One of the best real estate in Nerja, they have a lot apartments and the staff are very friendly.
