Mal trato y pésima profesionalidad

El trato recibido fue horrible, llevé a mi hija para hacerle un empaste y entiendo que los niños pueden ser difíciles a veces pero incluso habiéndole puesto la inyección de la anestesia la dentista se negó a realizarle el empaste alegando que ya era la hora del siguiente paciente, como entiendo que los horarios hay que respetarlos e intentando ser empática y respetuosa con su trabajo, cosa que ellas en ningún momento hicieron con nosotras, les dije que no me importaba esperar con tal de que a mi hija le hicieran el empaste y dejara de dolerle su diente, a lo cual me contestaron que no podían ni iban a poder en las siguientes 5 horas, pero como tenía la anestesia puesta que me fuera a otro dentista y eso hice me fui a otro dentista y nunca mas volveré a esa clínica, no recomiendo ni la profesionalidad ni el trato que recibí del personal que trabaja en ella.

Clínica totalmente recomendable.
En mi caso, he ido con bastante dolor en una muela y muchas dudas sobre unas extracciones radiculares, bastante complicadas. Los 2 doctores me han tratado muy bien desde el principio.
Un especial agradecimiento a la doctora Cristina que me ha hecho varios tratamientos resolviendo mis problemas y sin sentir ningún dolor.

My whole family entrusted our dental health and fixes for many many years and don’t have but praising words for them. From simple fixes to implants, teens braces for my youngster to Invisalign treatment for me, 3 generations in my family are still counting on them any time needed. Highly recommended. I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Mihai and his assistant, for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my visits with them. I was very anxious and everyone in the surgery, let me know that that they all genuinely cared about me as a patient and that I was in good hands. The after care was second to none with regular follow up calls from Crisitna the receptionist, who also held my hand through surgery!

I went here as an emergency appointment, and had first class treatment from the gentleman Dentist (sorry I don’t know his name).
He was honest and very professional, and prescribed antibiotics which sorted the problem, and he did not even charge me.
I will definitely go back again if I need to. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful.

Acudí a la consulta para llevar a mis hijos a una revision rutinaria, salieron muy contentos.
Por lo que decidí programar una cita para mi también.
La impresión que me causó, el Doctor Mihai es inmejorable;
aparte me comento que mi diente que en otra consulta daban por perdido tenia remedio y no habia que extraerlo, también me informó de restauraciónes oseas de las que en ninguna otra consulta en mis casi 60 años me habian hablado.
Es un grandisimo profesional.de haberlo conocido antes tendria una mucho mejor salud dental.de eso no me cabe la menor duda!

La atención es impecable y muy profesional. Me atiendo aquí desde hace un año y no lo cambiaría por ningún otro centro dental. Me he arreglado caries y actualmente me estoy colocando un implante dental. La relación calidad-precio es ideal. Totalmente recomendable.
