Amazing place, the vet was even English so can speak multiple languages

Absolutely the best! Maria was fantastic in helping us care for our kitten. The after-care second to none. Very happy to recommend.

Operación de esterilización de una gata. Recepción mejorable. Tras la operación se quedó muy anestesiada durante más de 16horas. Atención del veterinario muy profesional.

Operación esterilización gata. Primero me dicen que si la llevo a las 17: 00 sobre las 20: 00 me la puedo llevar. En la clínica me dice cuando voy a recogerla que mejor pase la noche allí. Le pregunto si va a tener supervisión por la noche y me responden que no, que se queda sola con una manta térmica. Como es obvio me la llevo a casa. Tardó mucho en despertar de la anestesia, vomitó tres veces.
Mala atención por parte de las chicas que nos atendieron (no había habido trasvase de información entre la que hablé por tlf y la que nos atendió en la clínica). La atención me pareció muy impersonal y fría. El cirujano sí nos atendió muy bien. La operación salió bien.

I cannot praise this vets enough! They have been absolutely amazing with my rescue dog who was in a really bad way when we found him. He had a terrible infection in his eye due to something that had embedded itself behind his eye lid and I was really worried he would lose his site, after cleaning it all up they did a treatment on it called PRP, which used his own blood to heal the scar tissue. Within a few days you couldn't tell he'd had anything wrong with it, and the treatment wasn't expensive at all! All of the staff speak both English and Spanish, and you can tell they really care about the animals. This will always be my "go to" vet from now on.
