Marcus era una leyenda, tan divertido y entretenido. Mantuvo el impulso del grupo con algunos juegos divertidos, me encantó. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente ya que realmente inició nuestra despedida de soltera.

Marcus is a great cheeky butler party host! Such great entertainment and the games were a lot of fun. This was a hen party so we wanted something fun and a bit cheeky; Marcus definitely delivered!

Marcus and Flo joined our hen group in Marbella on 15th September and were absolutely lovely! In the run up to the day, Marcus was in constant communication. Marcus and Flo turned up on time and were fantastic throughout.

Nothing was too much trouble, they waited on us hand and foot, played games with us, served our drinks, and even cooked our BBQ for us! Cannot recommend these guys enough! Highlight of our hen weekend:)

Great fun for my friends hen do. Came to our villa, poured our drinks and played some great games! Really easy to arrange and communication was really good.

Marcus has been absolutely amazing with all bookings and communication throughout Hen doo planning. Unfortunately due to the current global pandemic, we are now unable to fly to Marbella from the U. K. Marcus without any hesitation and very quickly transferred all monies back with no deductions at all. Thanks so much again and hopefully see you later in the year!

Due to the Covid-19 situation, my hen do has been cancelled and I have been left trying to get my deposits back from several companies. I cannot praise Marcus enough for his help and understanding in this matter, he offered to postpone the booking but when I explained I wouldn’t be rearranging anytime soon, he immediately gave me back a full cash refund.

If I every get round to arranging this holiday again, I will definitely be using this service.

Unfortunately due to the dreaded C - word we had to cancel my sister in law's hen do to Marbella. However getting a refund was completely hassle free & issued the same day it was requested. Will definitely be re-booking Cheeky Butler when we (eventually) rearrange the hen do. Brilliant customer service from quote through to booking.

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 and the current travel restrictions we are unable to travel out to Marbella this May. As for most Hen Dos I had pre booked accommodation and activities and was unsure if I would get my deposit back! I had booked the Butler Champagne Breakfast as a surprise for my sister and paid a deposit. Marbellas Cheeky Butler service cannot be faulted, once I had informed them that our flights had been cancelled due to the travel ban, they assured me I would get my deposit back in full. Once I provided my details they sent a faster payment so that I received my money back that day. Really happy with this service!
