We took the 2 day ticket and 4 walking tours, 2 of which were with ALEJANDRO DOMINGUEZ who was excellent, very patient and a great guide. We highly recommend it! Great way to see Seville.

Just a waste of time and money. Be warned. It is not worth at all. All wrong. Very little explanations about what are you seeing, expensive, long queues, and 30min just stopped at every bus-stop.

A great experience on board! Waiting time was of 25 minutes, as expected. The tour gives an incredible view from Sevilla. Totally recommended!

Mal.

Worst experience ever in Spain. I would give it a -1 star if I could. My husband and I visited Barcelona, Valencia, Granada, Cordoba, Madrid, San Lorenzo el Escorial, and Sevilla. This was the worst company I encountered during all my travels. Stay away from it. We bought a voucher for this service at Sevilla's main bus station. We cashed our voucher at one of their stops along the same street where the bus station is located. The guide helping us at this station was a guy by the name of Phillipe Mangin. I approached Phillipe at the counter and handed him my voucher, he walked away with it without saying a word. I asked him if he was going to give me a ticket or if I was good to go. Very rudely, he went back to the counter, made patronizing and sexist remarks, and threw the tickets at me. When I boarded the bus I talked about my experience to the bus driver. While doing so, Phillipe took the time to come into the bus, and tried to start an argument with me. The bus driver was not helpful at all. He just sat back and enjoyed the show. This happened while all the other tourists were observing. Absolutely terrible.

On board, the bus was overcrowded and the buses took forever to go around. We decided to get out of this nightmare and walk around. It was faster and better for our mental health. We ended going to Sevilla's official tourist office. They were super helpful and gave us a map to move around the city. I regretted not doing this from the get go. Stay away from this business. They are the worst! Not worth your time and money.

Avoid like the plague!

As regulars of city hop on, hop off bus tours, we are accustomed to how they operate. However, with Seville, we experienced the worst experience so far. Buses run every 30 minutes, which isn’t a problem if the buses are fairly free and have space. But they don’t! We waited 15 minutes for a bus but when it turned up, it was full. We were then told to wait 40 minutes for the next bus. When asked why, they told us that today was extra busy and there was a problem with one of their bus. If so, tell us before we activate our tickets.

There are five us, including a baby in a pushchair and I noticed how their buses had no space for these, people were stood there. We assumed that it will be quiet as it is only February but alas, it was heaving.

We were able to get our tickets deactivated and we could use it in another day but we are not optimistic

Usually find these bus tours over priced and that its easier to walk, but my feet were killing me so I paid for the 21 euro for a 24 hour tour. It was an ok route, saw some parts I wouldn't have looked at otherwise, but (i assume due to traffic restrictions) it doesn't go to the central area with the cathedral area. Whole route took around 80 minutes although I used it more than once to get between places as it was convenient for my hotel. Weight up whether it will be useful for you on your visit - might be helpful if you want to go to places like the aquarium and isla magica.

Bonne visite

VERY FEW buses, and you have to wait over 20 mins for the next bus if you get off. Also, stops have no marked signs for the route, so if you get off and don't save your location, you'll have a hard time catching the next bus. Headphone commentary didn't tell you which stop you were at, so it's easy to miss a stop. Also, in a city like Seville, there is not much need for transportation, as public transportation is good and most tourist attractions are close to each other. Definitely avoid, don't waste your money.

Totally agree with the other reviewers! Avoid.

I've been very happy with the City Sightseeing tours in other cities around the world (including Edinburgh, Cape Town, Athens, and more) and they have been good, but this was just REALLY bad. The bus was always late, and then a 40 minute wait at the main stop, just like one of the other reviewers said. Totally unacceptable for the money.

I've been all over the world and i used to take City-Sightseeing buses almost every city i visit if available because they have good options of routes and they have arabic audio guide. But this one (in Seville) is quite disappointing and i never recommend. I was touring with my family (my wife & my child) and everything was fine till we reached Stop 1 near Torro del Oro when one CSS staff called "Pasqual" wanted us to split so my family enter the bus separately while i stand in the queue. The bus got full and i could not join my family. That staff did not let me join my family and ordered me to stay in the queue away from my family! What is wrong with you guys? ! You do not force people to stay away from their families just because you want them in the line. Families with baby strollers must get the priority and you do not tell them to split. This act ruined our experience and i do not recommend this tour because of the rude staff they hire.
