I was a "newbie" to colonics and Lisa couldn't have been a better provider and guide. She is such a professional and took her time explaining the process, benefits, after-effects, and the like. During the procedure, she was very attuned to my body's responses, coached me throughout it all (when to breathe in and out, when I might feel a bit of cramping - totally normal considering what's being done), and I always felt comfortable and supported. Lisa provided me with after-care steps such as diet and pro-biotic recommendations. She checked in via text afterwards to see how I was faring (I had a bit of a headache after my first colonic - again, totally normal due to the release of toxins and lack of caffeine) and answered any questions I had. After two colonics, I feel brighter and very satisfied with the treatments. I look forward to Lisa treating me in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you are considering a colonic.

Lisa is in short AMAZING! She doesn’t just tackle the symptoms of the problem, but she helps you find the roots of the problem. She helped me learn how to eat better in order to help myself, she helped me discover I have food intolerances and of course, her colonics were really lovely. Now that she moved to Spai, I wish I could find someone in Dublin that does the tummy massage during the procedure like she does.
