Tuve un problema con una receta que era muy, muy importante resolver rápidamente y gracias al maravilloso personal de su clínica, obtuve la ayuda que necesitaba. Especialmente la señora tan hermosa, amable y servicial de la recepción, lamento haber olvidado su nombre, pero si su jefe ve esto, dele a esta señora un pequeño bono por Navidad, ¡sin duda se lo merece!

Es muy fácil conseguir una cita, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Recomendaré este lugar para personas de habla hispana e inglesa.

Fui esta mañana, las chicas de recepción me atendieron bien pero la Doctora Tatiana Osipova me atendio horrible, antipática, me hizo sentir mal y no me dio ninguna solución para mi problema. Solo me dio un montón de pastillas y me dejo ir sin más, con un dolor fuerte que tengo en el pecho. Cero interés y demostro muy poco conocimiento. No recomiendo para nada esta clinica mientras esta doctora trabaje ahí.

Ayer estuve en esa clínica, la atención del médico genial, la chica de recepción amable. La mujer que parece organizar aquello muy muy desagradable y prepotente en su trato, pedí informe de mi visita y me lo dieron incompleto dos veces. Lo puse en conocimiento de mi aseguradora.

Very unprofessional! Had my first visit with them to a traumatologist. Spent 50 minutes waiting for the doctor and he left without seeing me! I can only assume the admins failed to let him know he had another patient.

What an exceptional medical center.werequired an antigen test for a last minute flight. They were closed as it is a Sunday but they asked a member of staff to go and do the test. Incredible service. We use this center all the time. They are so professional and this proves patients are at the heart.

La recepcionista embarazada, en plena pandemia, debería esta en su casa porque los modales que tiene no son los correctos para atender al publico. Si no quiere trabajar y esta amargada que se vaya a su casa. NO QUEIRE HACER SU TRABJO CON UNAS FALTAS DE RESPETO INCREIBLE. GRAITANDO A LA GENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO, una pena por los profesionales que están allí trabajando

I have used this clinic for past 2years now and find it quick and easy and friendly. I have private insurance which I don't need as have state also but because you don't have to make a appointment and can be seen more or less straight away, blood test done there and results within 2-3 days, its very handy. Im thinking of changing my insurance company but need to see which ones the clinic cover as don't want to move to different clinic. Its also good as I can't speak much Spanish so puts my mind at easy that we understand each other. We'll done guys

Been using this clinic for several years and I have always received the best quality care from doctors and staff. The atmosphere is calming. Very few clinics have full X-ray services complete with a full list of associated specialties. I highly recommend.

I went in with a slight ear infection. The doctor measured my temperature and checked both ears, then prescribed ear drops. In total 5 min. They charged me 85 Euros for this. The doctor said I should come back for a check up, but then they wanted another 65 Euros. I live here, but they think they can rip off tourists.

The center has a nice atmosphere, is neat and clean. The doctor is always present and ready to help you. You can come with any problem. They are well equipped may X-ray. If you have private insurance, you don't pay, if you don't have it you will have to pay for the visit, which is perfectly normal. I don't understand negative comments about payments. It is a standard in every country that if you have no insurance you pay. I recommend this center kazdemy. I have very good experience within 3 years of using their services. And finally. When a doctor orders you to check, it is a sign of professionalism.

The doctor saw one of our instructors as she had fever, sore throat, chest pains and he was the most rude doctor, the total opposite of sympathetic and so unhelpful. We will never send people there again. Dont go there!

I have beeb using this clinic for years and cannot Express my gratitude enough for their professional and helpful service particularly as I dont speak Spanish. They diagnosed me with skin cancer and it was dealt with so quickly

I have also had to have various ct scans and mri which appointments have been made for me by lady and had them within a few days

We had to use this clinic twice and they give a good service but BEWARE
when you have been treated or looked after they want you to come back for a follow up. In my first case I had minor cuts on my hands and they told me to come back to take the band aid off making it look like this was a service but they wanted to charge me € 40 again which they then waived. The next time my wife had a knee injury and was x-rayed and treated at the cost of € 170 which was fine.
They again said to come back for a check up, we went back and told the doctor the knee had improved and pain was gone.he looked at it
and we left. CHARGE € 130!

ASK for the charges first especially if they ask you to come back!

I will never go here again. The doctor prescribed me the wrong medicine as well as a wrong dosage. Luckily i found out in time before taking the meds, could be dangerous otherwise.

A visit is very expensive; I paid about 85€ for a 5 minute appointment.

I reccommend going to another medical center if you are in Calahonda (the one near El Zoco for example) but do not let this quack doctor treat you with his unfriendly and unprofessional staff!

Pequeña clínica en un emplazamiento inigualable y de muy fácil acceso.

Muy buenos precios para todo tipo de consultas y/o intervenciones.

Good aspect is that you don't need an appointment. Pop in between 9-11 or 1-3 to be seen by the GP. The surgery itself is a bit non-descript and as my partner describes "not serious" (professional). Feels a bit cold. The GP that we saw was wearing socks with sandals which was a bit unprofessional. The consultation itself seemed to take longer than necessary with a hand written outline of what action was required by the patient (opposed to computer printed). The service itself cost 80€ less a 20% new patient discount. A bit pricey - although cheaper than the 130€ charged by the GP at El Zoco just down the road. Considerably more expensive than the 40€ charged by a GP that we saw in benalmadena.
