Excelente equipo, me tratan a mi, y a mis hijos incluido a mi hijo con autismo. Con mucha paciencia y dedicación. He probado muchos odontólogos y he tenido la suerte de dar en unas excelentes manos .

Llevaba tiempo queriendo rellenar mis dientes y la Dra.Hotz hizo un trabajo excelente, una diferencia notoria y gran trato de todos

He estado llevando a mi hija a otro dentista durante más de un año con repetidos empastes temporales en sus dientes de leche con la promesa de que se caerán pronto.
Después de numerosas infecciones y dolores causados ​​por esto decidí cambiar de dentista y llamar al Dr. Hotz. Me ofrecieron una cita inmediatamente.
Mi hija entró en la clínica comprensiblemente asustada, pero salió feliz y aliviada de que su situación finalmente haya sido resuelta por el gran equipo del Dr. Hotz.

He tenido la desgracia de ser paciente de esta clínica y la experiencia ha sido tan nefasta que la he calificado con una estrella porque no hay una calificación màs baja disponible.
No es cierto que siempre estuviera contento, y hasta hubo una ocasión en la que llegué a pedir una hoja de reclamaciones. Fui paciente de la Clínica del Dr. Tallarek hasta su fallecimiento. Cuando cambió a la actual Clínica de la Dra. Hotz, donde, para mi desgracia, seguí con los tratamientos en curso y programados debido a los daños causados por la quimio y radio terapias.
Después de continuos tratamientos y debido a la escasa sensibilidad de partes de mi boca, tenía dudas sobre lo que realmente estaba causándome tantos problemas para masticar e ingerir alimentos.
Tras consultar con otorrino y oncólogo en el hospital, durante los últimos dos años, he sido tratado en otra clínica dental donde con mucho trabajo y dinero han podido corregir, reparar y/o rehacer los graves problemas que me han causado las roturas de fundas/coronas, la rotura y desplazamiento de puente y los daños a dientes sanos de fundas defectuosas que me pusieron en su clínica, al igual que las molestias de un implante con defecto y también realizado en su clínica.
Espero que le alegre saber que actualmente puedo masticar e ingerir alimentos con normalidad.

La verdad me ha sorprendido, le tengo pánico a los dentista, y me han echo cambiar eso. Un trabajo que supero lo que esperaba.

Mrs. Hotz is o.k. But a little greedy
I had been invited for a free first consultation,
but was charged €50 for the x-ray, with out being informed before, of this cost.
Crooke Dental Clinics, did the x-ray free of charge.
Prices are equally high, as most things in Marbella
The clinic had not informed me about any price for anything
I have paid € 50 for nothing, I didn't even get a price estimate.
Crooke Dental Clinic called me, after having studied my x-ray to inform me that a 4 Implant would be sufficient in my case.
Dr. Holzt told me, without studying my x-ray, that 6 Implants would be needed.
I now signed a contract with 4 Implants for a total of €3900 instead of Dr. Holzes estimate €10- 15000.

I went to check one of my teeth as it was hurting and it turned out that the pain was caused by the wisdom tooth. Suggestion was to take it out, which Dr. Hotz did immediately. It took 10 minutes and without pain whatsoever and no complication afterwords. The service was very professional, Alfonso the assistant was very kind and helpful. Due the excellent experience we are planning to get rid of my other wisdom tooth too as soon as the circumstances get better.
I can highly recommend the Clínica Dental Dr Hotz for anyone on the Costa del Sol!

Very professional and extremely kind treatment. Multilingual English, Spanish and German.
I have had a tooth gap between my front teeth and every other dentist suggests veneers. Dr Hotz offered another cosmetic solution with just filling the gap and my front teeth are now perfect still looking natural and keeping my own teeth. Im very happy with the result!

I am starting to get worried by this clinic after my implant failed due to infection after 1600 eur payment and the responsibility for this infection is not taking action by the clinic other than extraction of implant but not covering the cost of the new implant and wanted me to pay another 500 eur extra for the cost of the material.this is totally unacceptable because I had to visit the clinic more than 15 times due to the infection caused by doctor Hotz negligence as she did not prescribe antibiotics after my extraction due to the infection of the original tooth 36. I had my crown detaching once and then replaced and then detaching again due to infection and the only decision was to take laser treatments to avoid the replacement of the implant that was causing further infection to the nearby tooth.from Aug 2017 till Nov 2018 I suffered and visit the clinic more than 15 times and am am still struggling to get my implant to be replaced. I have requested the clinic my visit records and considering a legal demand thru my lawyer. I strongly NOT recommend this clinic at all as I was so patient to have my implant to work and they let me completely down due to Dr. HOTZ negligence to to prescribe antibiotics after extraction.it is totally unacceptable and will report to the consumer organisation as well
