No estoy de acuerdo soy paciente de la clínica desde hace muchos años y el trato de esta chica es inmejorable es atenta y muy amable nunca he visto un mal gesto y es muy educada

Soy cliente desde hace 20 años y puedo decir que son todos unos profesionales y las auxiliares y recepcionistas son maravillosas en el trato y educación.
La mejor clínica en quién confiar sin duda alguna.

De lo más desagradable q me he podido encontrar! El dentista muy bueno pero la señora mas antigua q hay en recepción de lo más imcompetente! No merece la pena ir por ella .! Es una maleducada

I specifically asked to be treated by Dr. Ruiz himself. We agreed to put in place a dental bridge. The first treatment went well with root filling and a temporary dental bridge. When I came back to take out the temporary dental bridge and put on the new one, another dentist suddenly appeared. I said this was not agreed but reluctantly I let myself be persuaded since it was only a matter of removing the temporary dental bridge and putting in a new one. It did not go well, the new dentist went and hammered loose on the dental bridge before he gave up and drilled it to pieces. Then he pushed hard the new dental bridge into place.
The result is I have more than half a year of sore gums around the bridge and pain when touching it. I have complained and Dr. Ruiz himself has said that everything was done correctly till he got angry and wrote a note where I could buy mouthwash etc at the pharmacy and that was it. Later I got the phone number of a specialist I could call to check what could be wrong but he had a long waiting list. I then found another local specialist who did not find out what was wrong. I have on several occasions told Dr. Ruiz's clinic that I am disappointed that they do not care to find out what went wrong, it was me who had to travel around to various dentists who mostly had the same limited knowledge about things.
Finally, I was lucky and found the foremost expert in Malaga and there I got confirmation that Dr. Ruiz's clinic has destroyed the root of one tooth from the dental bridge and that it was the cause of my pain. I then have to take implants due to brutal treatment at Dr. Ruiz's clinic, who is apparently an expert on implants, also something I doubt he is trained for. My advice to those who plan to visit this clinic is that they should not let this clinic do major surgeries as they do not have the education which in turn means knowledge to do advanced things. Another funny thing with Dr. Ruiz is a disclaimer, they are skilled at it. You can not count on any understanding or help and at least dream of getting back what you have paid for mistakes they are responsible for. Rather travel to Malaga where there are experts in operations, dental bridges and implants and I mean experts with education in the field and not local dentists who tempt with experience. What is the value of experience when they are not trained in what to do? But if you need to fix a hole or pull a tooth, Dr. Ruiz is probably a good enough choice as any other local clinic.
Be aware that they are guaranteed to suggest the most expensive and not necessarily the most useful solution for you. And then you may want to ask if they have an education on implants e.g. For me, education, diploma, and experience are worth 10 times more than only learning when you walk experience.
It's estimated that about more than 50 percent of dental implants fail, either shortly after a procedure or months or years later. Do you want to choose a dentist with only experience or a trained dentist with special education on implants? A special expert with education and experience probably brings the failure rate down to under 10 percent. If you don`t want to play with your own health, make a good choice and check if the dentist has the education first.
I must mention that Dr. Ruiz saw that the tooth the clinic destroyed had a bad root canal. One has to wonder why they puts on a new bridge as the life of the new bridge is hardly very long when they lay it around a badly rooted tooth. Anyway, he "forgot" to mention that to me and maybe it was not important, I'm not a dentist so maybe it is normal.
I understand that all clinics can make mistakes but I have zero understanding that those who make mistakes become passive observers and leave it to the patient who has to spend time and money to find out what went wrong, it is shameful behavior as I see it.

Grandes profesionales! Gran atención y cuidado.
He asistido a otros dentistas que me han dicho que tenía algunos "dientes picado" y que tendría que hacerme empastes, que tenía serios problemas de mandíbula y necesitaba ortodoncia. El hecho de necesitar ortodoncia por pura estética no es tener un problema de mandíbula. Ni tengo dientes picados, ni tengo problemas de mandíbula!
Es importante que sean sinceros contigo, te den la mejor solución y no vayan a sablearte la cartera.

He asistido a otros dentistas que me han dicho que tenía algunos "dientes picado" y que tendría que hacerme empastes, que tenía serios problemas de mandíbula y necesitaba ortodoncia. El hecho de necesitar ortodoncia por pura estética no es tener un problema de mandíbula. Ni tengo dientes picados, ni tengo problemas de mandíbula!
Es importante que sean sinceros contigo, te den la mejor solución y no vayan a sablearte la cartera.

Una atención excelente, todo el personal que me ha atendido siempre muy profesional, se me ha informado todo el procedimiento y durante el tratamiento todo bien, sin lugar a duda os recomiendo.

I attended this dentist recently. From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to make an appointment and excellent customer service. The dental surgery has a calming atmosphere and the dentist treated me with kindness and great expertise and skill. My treatment was the highest standard and I am extremely satisfied.

Un personal amable, cuidadoso y profesional en lo personal tenía mucho susto de ir al dentista pero por la forma que me han tratado en esta clínica he perdido el miedo y me gustaría seguir con mi tratamiento os lo recomiendo

El día 13 de agosto llamo por teléfono a las 12.21h, según registro de mi teléfono, para que un implantólogo vea a mi padre. Me dan cita para el día 17 de agosto.
️Primera sorpresa: no nos atiende ningún implantólogo; sin faltar al profesional que nos atiende, cuya profesionalidad no pongo en duda.
️Segunda sorpresa: se hace una radiografía y no se nos avisa del precio de la misma (30€)
Cuando exponemos, primero, que no nos ha atendido el profesional que se solicitó por teléfono, se nos dice que esto era una visita de “primera evaluación”; me lo hubieran dicho, no habríamos ido porque no es lo que queríamos? ️️
Segundo, al preguntar la razón de por qué se hace radiografía sin avisar del precio, no se nos da explicación️️
Si esto era una visita de “evaluación”, nos deberían haber avisado tanto de si la consulta iba a ser atendida por el profesional requerido como de si llevaba algún coste para que nosotros, como pacientes, hubiéramos evaluado la idoneidad de acudir a la consulta.
Habríamos optado por no ir porque en otras clínicas de Torre Del Mar todo el procedimiento es gratuito en primera consulta y se es atendido por un implantólogo y no hablo de las grandes cadenas, sino de consulta de odontólogos que priman el buen servicio frente al rédito económico?
Me siento mal informada, se me ha ocultado que no se cobra la consulta pero sí la radiografía de cuyo precio previo nadie ha informado. Información incompleta.

Me han llamado de la clínica para ofrecer sus disculpas por el cobro de la radiografía porque, según me dicen, ya no se cobran y la trabajadora de recepción, que sustituye a la compañera que normalmente está al frente para cobros y demás, no estaba informada ayer.
Asimismo, ofrecen visita, esta vez con el Dr. Ruiz Rivas, para aclarar dudas. Se disculpan por el malentendido.
Como gesto de buena fe y buena voluntad, reembolsan los 30€ facturados ayer a cuenta de la radiografía y ofrecen un 15% de descuento si mi padre decidiera realizarse el tratamiento en la clínica

Una muy buena clínica dental, estaba de vacaciones y para mí mala suerte empecé a tener dolor y creí que la iba a pasar mal en mis días allí, acudí a esta clínica y me quitaron todo mal. Me voy feliz y agradecida.

Muy profesionales, muy humanos y una clínica muy acogedora. El Dr Sebastian Ruiz tiene un nivel humano y profesional de "cum laude". Además es lo que se puede llamar un auténtico artista de su profesión. Muchas gracias por todo.

Desde su apertura, hace ya varias decades, voy periodicamente a está Clinical Dental, siempre me han diagnosticado y tratado fenomenal, asi que seguiré acudiendo cada vez que lo necesite. Le doy a todo el equipo cinco estrellas sin dudarlo.

Buenos profesionales, instalaciones y tratamientos muy completos (limpieza y un implante que me ha quedado genial), y una atención amable e inmejorable. No se puede pedir más.

La clínica es moderna y espaciosa, siempre con una música suave y agradable y los colores frescos y acogedores pero lo mejor es el personal que con solo recibirte, hace que te sientas en un ambiente calido, humano y familiar. El equipo de odontológicos ofrece mucha tranquilidad e inspira total confianza y fiabilidad.
Yo vivo lejos de Torre del Mar pero no me importa, siempre he ido a esa consulta y seguiré yendo. Son los mejores!

Tenía prisa y encima no encontraba aparcamiento, llamé y me dijeron que para sus clientes es gratuito el parking de las yucas, me vino genial.

Atención exquisita! Ademas de sus instalaciones en perfecto estado, llevan un protocolo muy cuidado. El doctor Ruiz, dedica tiempo a revisar tu estado bucal, la revisión es muy completa, no intenta ''despacharte rápido''. Buena experiencia.
