Muy profesional y receptiva: la Dra. Rebecca tiene un gran enfoque en el paciente y una mentalidad resolutiva.

Trato inmejorable por parte de todo el equipo de la clinica. Soy clienta desde varios años y puedo decir que no he tenido una experiencia comparable en ningún otro centro. Los doctores son grandes profesionales; me han transformado la sonrisa y me he sentido muy apoyada a lo largo de todo el tratamiento de invisalign que ha durado varios años. Todo el equipo es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a encontrar las mejores soluciones. Muchas gracias!

Me mudé a Marbella este año y he estado postergando la búsqueda de un consultorio dental. Soy higienista dental por lo que sé cómo debe funcionar un buen consultorio, mis expectativas son altas. Finalmente hice una cita para un examen y profilaxis para un nuevo paciente y fue una gran experiencia. Desde el momento en que entras te das cuenta de que es una buena práctica. La sala de espera es relajante y acogedora, pero no pasará mucho tiempo allí. No hacen doble reserva para que recibas toda su atención. One Clinic es de alta tecnología con varios elementos para la educación del paciente, como pantallas grandes y cámaras digitales intraorales. Mi visita con la Dra.fue fácil y ella es muy agradable. Me gusta que haya realizado dos años adicionales de formación en odontología cosmética en Nueva York. ¡Los asistentes dentales son los mejores!

Yes, unfortunatelly I didn't have the chance to come since my email inquiry was ignored by One Clinic team for a week.
Having worked in customer service departments in the past, I do understand how busy it could be, but no answer /not even an automatic one/ for that long I do consider bad experience.
With all due recpect, I wouldn't bother to chase any further.

I came to the one clinic with quiet a few problems as I had made my teeth 3 times already, dr Bruno and his team took on a complicated case which took a few procedures to get done I never had one complication never felt any pain most important of all I never felt fear as every X-ray 3D scan computerised imaging was carried out prior to treatment the attention to detail was marvellous with everything from start to finish, I could not be any happier with the beautiful smile they gave to me also the choice of dr Bruno ‘ #grateful Rachel Ireland
