Unbelivable.
We rented 3 bags for three days but because a delay i called in to clubstohire and a nice person helped me to change the returning time to around 6.00 next day.
In the morning when we show up att 6.25 the person in the shop (the owner?) starts with a horrible attitude how it is that we show up late and that he has to go up 1 hur earlier. I tell him we are sorry but he gets angrier for evry second. We argument for a while and when i say that he should respect the customer more he says he dont care about customers. A guard from the airport stopped the argumentation.
It all ended with some extra payments for the delay of returning clubs and we payed because we didnt want to talk more with this man. Cant belive how you can talk and behave to a customer like this!
