Colina del Paraiso

En general buen sitio, mucha tranquilidad, no hay ruidos ninguno. Tan solo el de las máquinas del aire acondicionado. Teníamos un bajo con amplio jardín, con un sitio espectacular, pero le faltaba limpieza y mantenimiento, no podíamos abrir la reja de los dormitorios, solo la del salón. Alejado de zona de playa y comercios, hay que depender de coche para ir a comprar. Las piscinas se quedan pequeñas. No me ha gustado que dejaran colchonetas, flotadores enormes, niños tirándose constantemente, bastante permisividad, a pesar de que las normas de la piscina indicaban lo contrario. Ausencia de duchas en la piscina, la única que había ni funcionaba. La calidad del agua de la piscina, además de estar llena de la suciedad del cesped pegada a los pies, no inspiraba confianza. Es la primera vez que me encuentro esto en una piscina de un complejo turístico. Quizás la mayoría de su clientela, no española, está acostumbrado a ello.
Es un buen apartamento, amplio y cómodo, pero por estos detalles no ayudan a pensar en repetir.

Not bad for a 3 star family apartment hotel. The staff are absent which allows you to get on with your stay with your fellow miserable european guests.

Beds are really uncomfortable, springs did into your body
Only 1 SMALL TV for a family of 6, should atleast have 2 and a bigger size.

Pots to cook with are not non stick, nightmare to cook in them.

Some cutlery was broken, scared to touch anything cause can break.

The air con unit is right outside the room you sleep in, woken up 800 times every single night as the air con turns on for 5minutes with a massive sound, and turns off.

The small pool at the top was always dirty, they came in the morning to clean but by 2pm it was filthy again, no jet or pumps were on in that pool, felt very abandoned. I had to call 3 days later to complain to clean it.

Staff were nice.

Go somewhere else if you want to relax.

We visited as 2 separate families but they still managed to place is us next door to each other which was fantastic. I cannot fault any of the staff or customer service during our time here. The accommodation is very well presented and of high quality, the added bonus of a hot tub on the roof was great too.

The restaurant food is very tasty the only criticism is the portion sizes differ greatly and the BBQ night was not a BBQ we did however eat there 5 times during our 7 night stay.

If the resort had a small shop and another bar/eatery this would easily get 5 stars

All in all we enjoyed our time here

Me encantó todo, la ubicación, lo grande que son los apartamentos, la limpieza, el trato de todos, el socorrista, las limpiadoras, camareras, recepcionistas. 3 piscinas super limpias y con poca gente. El wifi Perfecto ¡¡
¡¡ Volveremos seguro y el Restaurante una pasada con esas vista a Gibraltar ¡¡ Nos hemos llevados todos una grata sorpresa con este alojamiento.

Apartamentos amplios con piscinas y aceptables de precio. También hay adosados y zonas de ocio con billar y gimnasio. Por ponerle algún pero, hay que coger el coche para casi todo.

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was not at all a 4 star installation. It was very loud with the pool in front. The building needs urgent renovations, the paint in dropping off and there is water inside the walls. The apartment smelled horrible, the furniture is old and the terraces and outside surroundings where very dirty. I try to cancel and they still charged me 1 night. I think this is not more than a bad 2 star installation.

Maravillosas vacaciones en familia. Volveremos en otoño, enorme apartamento y muy limpios, excelente comida, y las zonas comunes perfecto. Gran descubrimiento para próximas escapadas

Très bon rapport qualité-prix! Très belle vue! On était dans villa 1 chambre avec jacuzzi, très spacieux, bien pensé. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Los aires acondicionados, instalado en la puerta de la habitación, hace imposible dormir por el ruido,

Buen sitio, tranquilo y los apartamentos están bien, el jacuzzi no merece mucho la pena pero por lo demás los apartamentos están bien, cuentan con varias piscinas así si una está un poco llena puedes ir a otra y tiene bar en la piscina.
Por poner alguna crítica no me gustaba mucho que la gente pudiese comer o fumar en la piscina

Alojamiento Villa con jacuzzi. El jacuzzi se rompió el 2 día y nos facilitaron la llevas de otro apartamento para usarlo.

Hotel a raczej kompleks domów oraz apartamentów wakacyjnych ma lata świetności dawno za sobą. Przydałoby się je odświeżyć, zarówno jesli chodzi o wyposażenie jak i wnętrza. Apartamenty są dobrze wyposażone. Jest pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, żelazko, naczynia, telewizor LCD - choć też już wysłużony, deska do prasowania, lodówka z zamrażarką, klimatyzacja, itd. Na terenie kompleksu są trzy baseny, jest bar przy basenie oraz restauracja. Jeśli chodzi o położenie to nie jest najlepsze. Spory kawałek od morza oraz miasta, na wzgórzu, trzeba mieć swój transport, hotel tego nie zapewnia.

The apartments really 1st class they have everything you need.microwave, washing machine, dish washer, free WiFi

This is the best hotel we have ever been at. Straight on 5 Stars. We paid about 6.400 dollars to go here, and it was worth it.

Nos ha gustado la estancia en este alojamiento, trato correcto del personal, muy bien los apartamentos y muy limpios.
Sitio tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar de sus piscinas.

En primer lugar las instalaciones parecen mucho mejores en las fotas aun asi las casas estan bien y las piscinas parecian mucho mas grandes, en el buffet del desayuno no hay ni fruta, al buscar el cafe, nos dimos cienta de que no habia leche caliente, no se esfuerzan en ver si tienen todo lleno, en la cena hay tan solo cuatro platos para pedir, y ninguno esta como para tener cuatro estrellas
Los precios son inadmisibles, un agua vale 3 euros.

Las instalaciones son buenas, pero ni se os ocurra contratar desayuno o media pensión.
La peor comida y desayuno jamás visto.

El sitio es bonito y buenos alojamientos, pero está todo enfocado al turista, además de poca animación y actividades

Restaurant was hidden away but once found, it was a little oasis with reasonable food at a good price and a great backyard.

Excellent place to stay during your holidays in southern Spain. Appartement is very comfortable and even has a jacuzzi on the roof. Beds are good enough to sleep in. Airconditioning is included. Swimming pools are also very nice. We took stay including breakfast, but it was very minimal. We had to pay extra for boiled eggs. Would still recommend the place though.

Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones con tus hijos no lo recomiendo. Tienes que comprar tu propio papel higiénico. Las toallas para que te las cambien tienes que pagar por ello.

We stayed a week at this beautiful resort. Lovely apartment, so well equipped with everything you could need and so spacious. Excellent pools and lovely grounds. It's quite far away from any beaches etc so a car is essential. Highly recommended x

Looks like a development which has been constructed in the good old days, days where they build only for investors.to far out.to far from amenities

Nous avons été charmé par le très bel appartement, tout marbre, toutes les chambres avec salle de bain, climatisation, belle cuisine entièrement équipée, grand living, wifi, vraiment tout confort! Le restaurant était vraiment au dessus du lot, carte variée et personnel accueillant, un très bel endroit!

Fabulous place. Lovely reception staff. Clean pool. Communal stairs need a clean. Otherwise peaceful and quiet.

A very nice and quiet place. 3 swimming Pools, quiet surroundings. A great place! A view minutes to the beach.
