Como siempre, todo perfecto. Deje el coche a primera hora de la mañana y me dieron el coche de sustitución que habíamos acordado. Durante la mañana me llamaron para decirme que había que cambiar pastillas y disco de freno (no incluidas en el presupuesto previo) y me dieron directamente presupuesto y me pidieron permiso para proceder al cambio. El coche ha quedado perfecto una vez más, todo muy bien explicado, todo lo que le han hecho al coche y posibles futuras actuaciones que habría que realizar. En definitiva, un trabajo perfecto y un trato impecable por parte del personal. Vivo en Algeciras, pero desde el primer día mi coche no pisa otro taller que no sea este, a pesar de la distancia.

La atención ha sido inmejorable. El encargado de la recepción ha contestado a todos mis preguntas sobre las distintas posibilidades de intervención sobre un Volvo de más de 20 años de antigüedad. Incluso me han aclarado una confusión mía sobre una reparación del embrague realizada en otro taller hace seis años. ¡Muchas gracias!

Me acerqué al taller porque mi Volvo XC90 tenía un aviso de aceite bajo. No soy cliente habitual porque vivo en otra ciudad y estaba de paso. Pues bien, en cuestión de minutos se hicieron cargo del coche, rellenaron 1L de aceite y todo ello como cortesía, sin cargo alguno y con total amabilidad.

Yolanda tiene una atención magnifica, resolvió todas mis dudas sobre el coche que pregunte y siempre con una sonrisa.

El día que me decidí a pedir información sobre los vehiculos, me recibió Yolanda y me trató muy bien desde el principio e hizo que me sintiera cómoda (había pedido información en Automóviles Salamanca y el vendedor me hizo sentir incómoda y fuera de lugar todo el tiempo que estuve allí). Decidí volver a ir con mi marido a la Volvo para recaudar más información y así poder decidirnos sobre la posible compra de uno de sus coches y tanto Yolanda como Miguel Lopez nos aclararon las dudas que teníamos para decidirnos sobre qué modelo comprar. El día de la entrega, consiguieron que nos sintiéramos especiales por la forma de atendernos y de entregarnos el vehículo y de explicarnos al detalle el funcionamiento y el uso del mismo. Muchas gracias a los dos, no fue fácil decidirse, nos ayudasteis mucho. Grandes profesionales Miguel y Yolanda, os deseamos lo mejor.

After towing our Caravan down from Santander to Manilva we experienced an intermittent loss of power on our XC60 D5, we dropped into Vypsa Volvo (I hope I have the correct name).
I was met by José and was impressed with his almost perfect English and his very positive can do attitude after working in the Motor Trade all my working life 50ish years I think I’m quite well qualified to recognise excellent service which without doubt I experienced from José.

Bought my car here, a bit less than a year ago. Yesterday i had my first service and it was probably the best customer experience i have ever had!

All the guys were super nice, professional and i want to give special credit to Maria, who contacted me regarding the service, welcomed me when i arrived. It probably didn't take more than 10 minutes until i could leave, (Which is unusual in Spain), and during that time Maria made sure i knew exactly what i was waiting for, how long i had to wait, and in a super friendly way.

My car is less than a year old, but in that instant, i decided i am getting my next car from here.

I had been trying to buy a new volvo XC40 T3 momentum pro automatic for 3 weeks from Volvo Algeciras, Sevilla and Granada. They were very difficult to talk with and difficult to do business with and could not produce the car I wanted and wasted alot of my time telling me they could. Time was important to me as I needed to drive back to my family in the UK for Christmas. I eventually lost patience and phoned Volvo Vypsa Marbella and spoke with Miguel. He understood my need and immediately began work to find me the car I wanted. He told me had 3 available in 3 different colors in Cordoba and invited me to Marbella to view the model I wanted with a manual gearbox and view the colors available on different cars he had there. He was extremely professional and extremely helpful and I purchased the car that day and my new car was sent immediately from Cordoba to Marbella. He processed all the paperwork extremely quickly during covid lockdown and my car was ready to take 2 days later. I chose my car in denim blue which was also a color which looks fantastic and was seemingly unavailable everywhere else as all other dealerships only discussed white or black with me unless I ordered from the factory which would then take 4 months minimum to arrive. Miguel and volvo Marbella Vypsa were extremely professional and provided amazing service to deliver exactly what I wanted under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend Miguel and Volvo Vypsa Marbella. Amazing service and a fantastic car!

Great place for car shopping! We’re super happy with customer service that Miguel has provided. This is definitely a place that I would suggest for Volvo lovers and users, as Malaga store colleagues are not that helpful and customer oriented as Miguel is. Muy mal. He llegado 30 minutos antes del cierre para probar y mirar XC40 y 20 minutos mas tarde me han atendido para decirme que estaban cerrando y ya no me podian atender. Con esta pesima atencion dudo en volver y confiarme en Volvo, estoy seguro que no tienen interes en vender.

If you want to look at new Volvos without being bothered by staff this is the place to go. The new electric Volvo will not arrive until late in the year.

Tuve un problema con mi Volvo durante una visita por Marbella y acudi al taller.
Trato exquisto por parte de la recepción del taller, empatizando con nuestro problema, e inmediatamente ofreciendonos un vehiculo de cortesia durante la reparación, para que siguieramos con nuestros planes.
IMPRESIONANTE la profesionalidad del mecánico que hizo el diagnóstico del problema.
No he visto ningun mecánico de ese nivel en la vida.
El precio muy razonable y diría que barato por el trato recibido.

I really love this place. I have been coming here for years and even though they have an hourly rate you might expect from a Volvo garage, they always deliver. Informing me about what absolutely needs to be done and what might eventually wait. They are well organised and today they made an effort to get my car done before lunch. Trustworthy people that I recommend.

Tuve recientemente una emergencia eléctrica en mi XC60 en circunstancias complejas para mi familia y el personal de Taller empatizó con mi problema de una manera que me sorprendió, me ayudaron y solucionaron el inconveniente con una dedicación, tiempo y calidad de atención que me sorprendió.
