We conducted extensive due diligence across all of the major Andalucía building and renovation companies before setting on Rudeco - Arquitectura Técnica y Construcción as our provider of choice for renovation works in the old hacienda. We were impressed by Rudeco’s availability to provide and defend clear budget with a detailed split of works, their ability to streamline the processes and cost of operations. They have proved their capacity to support on-line daily communication via emails, messengers and through any other modern sources of communication, a wide range of video and photo reports, and their willingness to engage with us on design support, after building activities including furniture delivery and mounting, maintenance works after we moved in. They have been keeping the agreed deadlines of the project and showed themselves to be truly reliable provider of services with accuracy in time and quality assurance.
