Tuvimos una emergencia eléctrica en nuestro departamento español a las 8 p.m. De la noche y Cliff of Cool Breeze fue el único electricista de emergencia de los que tratamos de responder. Luego me habló de manera muy experta sobre lo que debía hacerse y el problema se resolvió en minutos sin ningún problema. Excelente servicio amable. Altamente recomendado.

Absolutamente recomendado Desafortunadamente, nuestro aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar. Cliff pudo venir con poca antelación y solucionar el problema. Los costos fueron muy razonables, por su buen servicio le di un extra y una botella de licor. ¡Gracias acantilado!

Muy impresionado con Cliff y su reparación de nuestra unidad de aire acondicionado. Llegó (según lo acordado) el día después de que lo llamé, lo cual fue genial considerando que tenemos dos niños menores de 3 años en el calor español. ¡Pudo reemplazar la pieza allí mismo y también cambió el filtro! ¡La unidad de aire acondicionado funcionó tan bien después de su reparación que tuvimos que apagarla porque teníamos frío! Fue extremadamente eficiente, amigable, tenía un precio razonable y lo recomendaría ampliamente.

Esta es la segunda vez que Cliff y su equipo instalan sistemas de aire acondicionado. En ambas ocasiones fueron muy profesionales, receptivos, puntuales y siempre educados y corteses. No dudaría en recomendarlos a cualquiera que esté buscando reemplazar unidades de aire acondicionado viejas o instalar un nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado en su hogar.

Tenía un problema con el arranque de la maquina de aire en una obra me decían que estaba roto y el arreglo y encontró el problema rápidamente!

Excellent firm with first class engineers. Arrived on time at 8 am and worked through non stop until 10 pm to get the job done. A rarity in Spain!

He was very honest with me, he fixed the air conditioner perfectly, and the prices are very suitable. The demand on him is high, so you should make an appointment well in advance, and I liked that he calls you after four days to make sure that your air conditioner is working well after repairing it.

Cliff was amazing. Fitted us in straight away for air con issue. Diagnosed a pcb fault in our old machine. Tried to source the item to repair but the machine was over 20 years. He then found us 3 units that would work. Explained the kw and btu abilities and fitted it within our time frame. His team were clean and prompt with agreed times. We had a non-functioning AC in January 2022 in the house we recently took possesion of. Ben came to inspect at short notice. I had dreaded a potential write off as the AC had not been serviced for 10+ years and didn't start at all.
A thorough cleaning as well as a repair of the control unit saved the day the AC sprang back to life.
In May 2022 we started having intermittent breaker board RCD relay tripping. It wasn't due to load or any specific activity on our part. Cliff came out and found an issue in a couple of cables that were shorting as fell as some other issues. Further to this he inspected our house in general and offered clear and professional advice on what to expect going forward.
We're very pleased and look forward to seeing them around next time we need work done.

I have used Cliff Savage at Cool Breeze a couple of times. The last time was Nov 2019. He managed to fit us in his schedule at short notice as we had a bit of an emeergency. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him. A good polite man that knows his stuff.

Our air conditioning was installed efficiently and neatly. We have been using it for a few years now and have never had any problems with it. It only took a few days to arrange the installation and everything went ahead on the promised schedule.

Cliff has been a brilliant electrician for me so many times from when I had my bar and now my apartment - NOT JUST AN ELECTRICIAN BUT ALSO PLUMBING. Decent costs and always an excellent and professional service, more recently dealing with an emergency bathroom flood. Thanks Cliff!

I wouldn't touch this with a barge pole. Work was carried out on my kitchen to put some extra cabling in to stop the amount of electrical trips. Instead the man not only couldn't deliver on what he said but trashed my kitchen to boot. He had a pathological obsession with causing as much damage by chasing through the walls to fit cable and some sockets and left not only an unfinished job but so much mess and damage, we had to get a new kitchen. He couldn't even tile over where he had filled in.
Any basic job he was unable to complete and he was very pricey. I had even a problem with my air con unit which he was unable to repair. So please avoid.

We had an emergency electrical situation and managed to get the guys out to us as quickly as they could. They were professional and courteous, completing the job with ease. I would highly recommend.

Used twice now and both occasions really good, my air con has never been cleaned so thoroughly in the 13 years I have been in Spain and I get it done each year. I was really impressed both times and such a nice guy to go with it. Totally recommend.
