He pasado demasiados años con dolor crónico por fibromyalgia y en un par de sesiones el quiropráctico ha mejorado mi calidad de vida significativamente. Matías hizo que mi rostro se desinflamara de una lesión que tuve en la mandíbula hace muchos años, 100% recomendados aclaro qué hay más profesionales en el centro, en esta reseña hablo de los dos con los que he tenido sesiones.

Just to say. I found Costa spine. On Facebook. Had a bad.problem with neck. And lower back. Ive seen a few chiropractica. Here in marbella. But they made no differerence. To my problem. After 2 years. Finally ive found this company. In guardalmina. I was introduced to Paul. One of the staff who work there. Ive had 2 sessions. With Paul. And i explained all my. Problems with neck and lower. Back. And he understood excacly what was going on. With me. Im feeling a little better. But im confident.with more sessions Paul wil get me back to where i was.before! I have been a regular client of Matias for some years now. He is the only masseuse who has been able to help me recover from a slipped disk. I personally enjoy a technical massage that's very intense/deep, this is something he is particularly good at. If you are looking for someone who is not only good but also passionate about massage see Matias.

I have been looking for a chiropractor for some time. I’ve seen a few osteopaths who couldn't quite help my back pain until I saw Mike. After first appointment my back was adjusted, my shoulder and neck put back to place. Happy and pain free! Highly recommended!

My husband and I are visiting Spain for a month and, as I have a long history of back pain which has been massively helped by seeing a chiropractor, Costa Spine was recommended by my Chiropractor at home - who knew? !
The response to the message I sent to book an appointment was so welcoming I was excited for the appointment. Well they didn’t disappoint- we were met with a beaming welcoming smile on arrival and I was greeted by name - it’s the little things that make a difference. I then had a very detailed consultation to understand my situation and needs and then had some treatment. All through Dr Ricardo was super attentive and asked constantly about how I was feeling and decided on a steady slow start of treatment which would then increase in intensity as long as I could tolerate it. It really helps when people take time to understand you as an individual and not just jump in and give generic treatment.
I highly recommend this practice and will be booking in for a course of treatment for the rest of our stay in Spain.

Cannot recommend any other recovery/rehabilitation centre due to the fact costa spine was my 3rd avenue after excercising other reputable facilities. After 8months of struggle with other practitionists Ricardo and the costa spine team gave me the knowledge and instruction to not only improve and provide a speedy recovery it was sustainable and changed my attitude towards improvement and a positive attitude towards both mental and physical progression. A lovely, professional chap, Ricardo kindly saw me for a number of appointments when I was travelling through the area for a painful knee injury. He interpreted the MRI report and outlined how to address the issues and put a plan in place for management until it is back to full fitness.

This guy is just a lifesaver. Training 6 days a week, 2 hours a day takes it toll on the body. I didn't realise how much till I let Matáis loose on me. Anyone who questions this art does not understand how close they are to an injury and how the body becomes so tight and how much mobility is lost when not having this treatment/release frequently. I cannot recommend CostaSpine highly enough. I have been seeing Diana for chiropractic for a few months and within the first few sessions my debilitating lower back pain was gone. I came out after the very first session walking differently and feeling more balanced and stable in my posture. She identified my hypermobility, which was the root cause of my lower back pain and muscle tension, and suggested that I begin Pilates on the reformer machines, which is only a short walk from CostaSpine. The combination of regular chiropractic and pilates has already started to transform my body and I am no longer in chronic pain. The strengthening exercises that Diana gave me to practice have been so helpful and helped to stabilise my spine, and combined with the pilates I am now developing core strength and restoring my posture.

My daughter began seeing Diana when she was 5 years old, and was immediately at ease and engaged with the process. Diana has a wonderful way with children, and the treatment is very gentle and non-invasive. My daughter said she felt like she had a whole new body after her first treatment, and we continue with regular visits.

Excellent service and treatment. The therapist was really thorough and helped with my troubled shoulder. I have been many places before, but this is truly one of the best. This is definitely my go-to-place when I am in Marbella.

I have had 3 sessions with Ricardo now and found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He uses different techniques for his treatments including needling and cupping therapy. Ricardo is generous with his treatments, I feel progress after each session. Ricardo also provides an exercise plan which you can subscribe to. The treatment rooms are bright and airy and the staff friendly. I had a short complimentary massage with Matias which was amazing! I will definitely be booking a massage with Matias.

I was on vacation in spain and unfortunately had back issues come up again. Being away from my home, a family member reccomended I come to this place, and the chiropracter Mike. I was impressed that he used a combination of techniques heat, dry needling etc and focused on the muscles themselves. Not only was he very knowledgeable about why I had these issues he gave me reccomendations on what kind of treatments would be helpful when I returned to my country. After the one session I felt so much better! The only thing I wish is that they were located where I live because I would definately go back again!

I have gone to see the chiropractors about sciatica and a bad knee which i have always struggled with. They managed to heal me up amazingly. I also see the masseuse regularly and I have never had fewer aches and pains and next to no stiffness (I do overtrain)

I've been a patient at Costa Spine for around 6 months now, initially seeked there help due to a really inflamed upper back and neck and after my first session I noticed a big difference, so I've stuck with them ever since. They have all the equipment and rooms to accommodate a lot of clients so I never have to wait for an appointment, but best of all the staff is simply amazing, no matter what area of your body needs help they know the best way to help you. If you are someone like me who spend their days at the computer and been feeling pain and discomfort dont delay it any longer, get someone to look at you and start the repair as early as possible, before it gets bad. A huge thank you to Ricardo at CostaSpine for helping my 10 year old daughter with an elbow injury. He was so thorough, gentle, and kind with her. When the problem was not resolved on the first visit, he did some extensive research and when we returned the next day, with a specific twist and a bend, all was fixed! We realised that she had suffered an injury common in young children (under 5 years old) but as she had been doing so much swimming and jumping in the pool, she had managed to “trap the ligament” **layman’s terms! ;-) **. I am very grateful to Ricardo for going the extra mile and helping and healing my (not so!) little girl.

I've been seeing Ricardo, CostaSpine, since May 2019 and he has done an incredible work. I suffer from problems in my back and at the time i also needed help with a tennis elbow that caused a lot of pain.
The service and availability are outstanding. Today i am a lot more flexible, the tennis elbow is healed and my back problems is not creating difficulties in my everyday life.

After 2 years of conventional medicine to try to solve a leg problem, the casual comment of a friend to try dry needling, lead me quite by chance to CostaSpine. Ricardo worked on my leg for 3 - 4 sessions, suggested core exercises as well as the needling and the initial pain is gone and my leg health under control. I have been having problems with my lower back for more than 15 years. I’ve seen countless of professionals, with various degrees. Nothing ever worked and honestly I gave up. A friend recommended CostaSpine and I thought I give my back one last go. I booked an appointment with Michael. It only took Michael 12 sessions to fix what no one has ever been able to do. He combined different techniques with a few basic movement for me to do at home. Today I can run, play sports but most importantly I can walk along the beach without to sit down after a few mins.
