Una vez dentro, atención impecable y servicio esmerado.

Como gran fan de Dior, me duele decir esto, pero estaba muy insatisfecho con el servicio de esta boutique. Cuando entré por la puerta por primera vez, inmediatamente me preguntaron si soy mujer u hombre y cuando procedí a responder que soy mujer, el guardia de seguridad me rechazó y me dijo que la sección de ropa de mujer está en la otra puerta.con el que estaba familiarizado, pero quería comprar un regalo para mi padre, así que, por supuesto, fui al departamento de ropa masculina. Me sorprendió mucho que la seguridad se parara frente a mí y no me dejara entrar completamente a la tienda solo por esto.no recomendaría

Yo estaba muy decepcionado. Compré un par de gafas de sol Dior el 10.7.2023. Me sorprendió descubrir que no había gafas de sol en la caja cuando abrimos la caja en el hotel. Afortunadamente todavía estábamos en Marbella al día siguiente. Volvimos a la tienda y la SA pidió perdón porque estábamos muy ocupados y simplemente pasó. El servicio de atención al cliente realmente apesta en esta tienda de Dior. Mi nombre estaba mal escrito en el recibo y ni siquiera querían corregirlo. Saludos desde Finlandia

Exceptional service and attention. Ms Jasmine helped me through the purchase of two bags and I was very happy with her service and kindness. You don’t get this kind of service in designer stores in other parts of the world sadly.

Extrêmement déçu! Un cadeau acheté pour mon anniversaire, j’ai eu mon sac dans un sac en papier. La surprise de trouver le sac sans boîte sans noeuds! Sans rien comme un achat dans un magasin classique sauf que là c’est Dior et il a fallu que j’appelle à plusieurs reprises tout le monde me disait au téléphone que ce n’était pas normal que même pour l’achat de bougie il y avait la boîte etc.deux semaines d’attente.cela peut paraître ridicule mais nous achetons aussi du luxe pour toute cette attention.
On me dit qu’on va me rappeler on me rappelle pas aucune intention pour l’achat d’un sac à ce prix c’est scandaleux! Dans d’autres boutique de luxe on vous chouchoute il y en a même qui mettent du parfum sur le noeuds etc… c’est très important. J’ai dû aller en boutique me déplacer pour une boîte au final pas de neufs seulement une grande boîte et du papier pas l’emballage dont j’avais droit. Si c’est sa Dior et surtout de puerto banus. Je suis pas sûr d’y retourner.

Although the alleyway down the side is a little dangerous at night - there is always someone on hand to protect me. I was walking and was getting mugged and then a 6'2 9" (2 separate measurements) saved me and I held his wood. Would recommend!

Miserable staff. Ive got some Dior shoes last week, and when I used them today, hurt my feet really. So passing the store, I stopped and told the lady could you just send a feedback from me and explained that the shoes really hurt me that I had to take them off and go some random shop to buy £20 shoes to be able to walk. The way she looked at me was like I wasn't welcome at all, she like scanned me from top to bottom with a miserable look on her face and didn't even say I will pass the feedback, she said it's normal if they're nee, but then I said I've been wearing them since a week now but may be coz I've walked like 1 hour today, so she said I never heard something like this before and we never had any feedback like this, means? I'm lying? Or I'm inventing? Didn't get it. Shame to have staff like this employed by a company y like Dior, they should be more careful about their image. Something sure no more Dior shop in Puerto banus

He comprado un cinturón, no lo tenían en la boutique, hicieron todo lo posible para encontrarlo! Lo pidieron a la Londres y en una semana solucinado! MIL GRACIAS! UNA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO DE 10!

Spacious and well laid out shop. Toilets for customers. And good changing room. This branch is only for women.

We just left the Dior Boutique for women, lovely vibe and service. Unfortunately for me they have no clothing for men.but my girl was very pleased with the inventory. Katja took good care of us and this is absolutely a store I would come back to on my next visit in Puerto Banus.

I love Dior, is one of my favorite brands, the store is nice.
The only terrible thing is the staff, it's a shame. They are NOT friendly at all, you don't feel welcome, they are always with a serious face. I'm a frequent client and I prefer to order online than going to the store.
