I have a restaurant on the costa del sol and we started ordering with Disbesa. We were in contact the the sales manager who is appointed to the area and whenever we tried contacting him he would never pick up, decline calls and never answer any messages. When he picked up he was very rude and very unhelpful. When we said we were going to end the collaboration he was apologizing but he didn’t change his behavior. Tried ordering multiple times but they never showed up. Then they told us to order through the website to assure a delivery. On the site there are a lot of products out of stock.

Complete nightmare trying to work with this company. It is like they want to go out of business.

The sales representative’s name is ‘Lorenzo’. I think this person hates his job or has something going on but he should not be working there if they want to keep clients.

We ended the collaboration today and changing because of the sales representative.

Profesionalidad 0 haces un pedido te mandan lo que ellos quieren y encima quieren que tu pages los errores de ellos no los recomiendo son nefastos
