Dominion Beach

Fantástica ubicación para el almuerzo. Excelente comida y servicio. Tuvimos la suerte de ver a los delfines nadando.

Tranquilo recinto cerrado protegido a la orilla del mar. Muchas flores, vegetación y plantas y árboles exóticos. Dos piscinas y una pequeña piscina para niños. Buen restaurante y bar. Gimnasia. Alquiler de material para SUP surf. Los niños se pueden dejar ir de forma segura a dar un paseo por el territorio. Uno menos no es un patio de recreo. Pero una gran ventaja es una maravillosa calle peatonal a lo largo del mar.

Estuve de vacaciones con Dominion Beach Holiday Rentals, me atendieron super bien y disfrutamos de nuestras vacaciones en familia en Dominion (repetiremos)

Das Essen ist super! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man muss nicht lange auf das Essen warten.

Nous avions un appartement pour 7 hors saison pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. En contre partie il faut prendre la voiture à chaque sortie et la piscine n est pas chauffée.

Beautiful development close to where I am based, used to own a property at this development so grew up in these gardens, so I can vouch its excellent for a family holiday

La urbanización está muy chula. Nosotros estuvimos una semana de vacaciones.
Como dicen los comentarios hay mucho extranjeros. Especialmente rusos. Yo particularmente encantado de ver rusas en bikini en la piscina.
Lo anuncian como que tienen playa privada. Lo que tienen realmente es un acceso a la playa, pero a la playa puede pasar cualquiera por otros caminos.
Decir que la playa no vale nada. Como toda la zona de Estepona llena de piedras
Los apartamentos son grandes y bien cubiertos las necesidades (lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas. Etc) Tienen un gran fallo y es que las camas no tienen almohadas, tienen cojines súper incómodos para dormir. Duermes fatal.

Good food and very accomodating staff.go to the front gate and ask for entry to the beach side restaurant.

Très bel endroit, cette urbanisation est de qualité avec de belles demeures, des jardins bien entretenus, avec des basrins et fontaines de style andalous.
Un restaurant avec vue mer, une salle de sport réservée aux residents, comme la piscine et un acces direct à la plage, il y a egalement un bureau de vente si vous voulez acheter un appartement.
Par contre, un peu isolé, il ne fzut pas oublier le pain.
Accès gardé et filtré.

Es una urbanización muy bonita, especialmente las viviendas de primera línea. Muy buenas zonas comunes.

Sin lugar a dudas un sitio muy especial y muy tranquilo. Si buscas comer en un sitio tranquilo con el mar abrazándote mientras comes, cenas o meriendas sin lugar a dudas es el sitio adecuado. La comida está muy buena. La atención rápida y atentos el dueño siempre está y está pendiente de todo. El precio medio muy asequible. Para comer en familia, con amigos o para comer con tu pareja. El lugar es sin duda muy bonito y se come muy bien. Y precio normal.

We booked flat №85 and stayed here from 25-27th July 2019. The room is a big, comfortable, clean. Our manager has have every official document and receipts too. It is a good organisation! My recommend!
Also, working staff are friendly, open and approachable. Thank you!
It was a nicely surprise to me, when I had been in a local restaurant and met with working team ; who can speak different language (Spanish, English, Russian). Delicious food, drinks and good service too!)

Un oasis frente al mar. Los espacios comunes son bellos y están bien cuidados. Hay 2 piscinas, gimnasio y restaurante privado. Es silenciosa y no masificada

Struttura accogliente, molto ben curata con molta vegetazione, due piscine e praticamente sulla spiaggia; note dolenti qualche disservizio all'interno dell'appartamento e la spiaggia: pochi ombrelloni e pochi lettini

First of all, the location looks fantastic.
Upon arrival we were asked to pay 150 euro deposit.
After cheking in, we saw that in the basement was a maisture smell. We asked them to give us an other apartement, but they did not do it and they said that it is imposible to be moisture in the rooms. Than we found a desumidifier left there. Another issue is that all the house is full of ants, but it's all fine, because you'll find some poison in one closet. There not enough toilet paper in the house, and you won't find any trash bags.
An other big problem, all the staff speaks only spanish, not any other language.
To enter the facility you need a ca badge and we had only one badge for 7 people.
The double beds were actualy 2 single beds one next to another.
The food is average but the service is terrible. You'll ask for a draft beer and you'll have a bottle of Heineken, no ashtray, no menu.

Home sweet home. I may be biased since I bought a property here, but 6 years down the line and we still come for a month plus to DB and we still live it and miss it. If you want a family environment with s great pool, sun, sea and one of the best beach restaurants, then rent s space for your summer vacation here.

Necesario coche para todo, menos para ir a la playa. Mucho Faketaxi. Usa transporte legal. Por tu seguridad.
