Estábamos buscando en maps “lavadora” en nuestra zona de Torrequebrada y encontramos Dtodo. ¡Qué magnífica elección!
Teníamos poco tiempo antes de nuestro regreso a Holanda. Luis habla perfecto inglés, buenos consejos y en nuestro caso entrega e instalación el mismo día, exactamente a tiempo con las notificaciones. ¡Nunca antes había tenido tanto servicio y, por lo tanto, es altamente recomendado! ¡Gracias Luis y equipo!

Excelente servicio de la tienda Dtodo. Compramos un frigorífico-congelador nuevo. Había muchas opciones disponibles en la tienda. Luis y su personal lo entregaron personalmente esa misma tarde y retiraron todo el embalaje y el electrodoméstico viejo. Fueron confiables, eficientes y solo tomó unos momentos. En general, brindaron un servicio de primera clase y lo recomendaríamos totalmente.

Excellent service, good prices and delivered the same day free of charge. The shop is in an area where it can be difficult to park but problem solved as parking directly outside the door.

It was a real pleasure to deal with the guys here. They were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Took me through all my options and, same day delivery. The guys who delivered were also very helpful. Moved it to a couple of places before we landed on the right place for it.

Luis was extreme helpful explaining the differences between fridge freezers ensuring we got the correct one for our needs. He was able to deliver the next morning which was the day before the Easter holidays. Brought up the stairs to our apartment and took the old one away all at no extra charge. I will definitely shop there again and highly recommend

The prices are very reasonable and the service is exceptional.

Luis es muy agradable y muy bien informado, también. Sus precios son competitivos y a veces mejores que las tiendas más grandes y Dtodo ofrece un servicio más personalizado y es una empresa local!
Me ofrecieron la entrega gratuita en 24 horas y se llevaron mi viejo electrodoméstico para reciclarlo. Todo esto con una sonrisa también!

If you are looking for home appliances I can really recommend Dtodo Electrodomésticos in the Polígono in Arroyo. I got their name from a post in the Facebook group Benalmádena Social where they come highly recommended. I'd just like to add my experience with them.

Luis is super helpful and very knowledgeable, too. Their prices are competitive and at times better than the larger retail shops and Dtodo offers a more personal service and it's a local company!
They offered me free delivery within 24 hours and they took away my old appliance for recycling. All this with a smile too!

We just purchased our AEG washer and AEG dryer from Dtodo/Luis. Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful, and prices competitive. Previously we also purchased our refrigerator from him as well. Highly recommend!
