We had a fridge/freezer fail upon arrival at our apartment. Visited this small store in the new town where there were two appliances available. Chose the Teka as it had good features. Was quite frankly amazed when the young chap said it could be delivered and installed within an HOUR with no upfront payment! This promptly happened on schedule with help provided to remove an overhanging shelf. Paid by card on the spot and couldn’t be more happy with the product that has been going strong ever since. This exceptional level of service can only be dreamed about in the UK! Well done and muchas gracias.

Local shop. Rather small so limited stock on display. However, they order items in quickly and deliver promptly. Excellent customer service and always very helpful. I’ve had a few things from them and they always deliver and fit promptly. They also responded well when a fault developed on my hob - it was replaced even after more than 12 months.
